Abstract
本发明属于基因测序耗材技术领域,公开了一种基因测序芯片,其包括硅片和透光盖片,硅片上设有接头区域,接头区域设有可捕获待测序基因分子的接头,透光盖片贴合于硅片上,透光盖片与硅片贴合的一面设有流道槽和密封胶槽,流道槽与硅片表面围合成流道,流道可供液体流过,接头区域位于流道内,硅片设有由外部连通至流道内的液体入口和液体出口;密封胶槽与硅片表面围合成密封胶道,密封胶道内填充有密封胶,密封胶道围绕流道。该芯片的流道四周接合面少,密封效果好,密封胶与流道分离,液体流速均匀、压力稳定,可以有效提高测序结果的准确度。本发明还提供了上述基因测序芯片的安装框,可以用于保护基因测序芯片,也可以用于辅助定位。
