本发明属于高分子材料和化工技术领域,涉及一种聚氨酯涂布液,具体涉及一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液及其制备方法和应用。一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,各组分按质量百分数计包括:脂肪族水性聚氨酯50‑65%,流平剂1‑5%,消泡剂3‑5%,增稠剂1‑3%,交联剂5‑8%,防粘剂3‑5%,炭黑色浆5‑8%,阻燃剂5‑8%,去离子水余量。本发明制备的聚氨酯涂布液流动性好、干燥速度快、无毒无污染;制备方法简单高效、绿色环保,用于海绵表面涂布工艺,制备的海绵表面结膜具有较好的阻燃阻隔性,提高海绵表面的防水性。

背景技术
随着我国经济发展,人民生活水平不断的提高,聚酯薄膜行业的发展面临更多的机遇和挑战,聚酯薄膜厂家需要在扩展薄膜功能性方面进行技术改进,满足市场需求。在线涂布技术就是在聚酯薄膜生产过程中,增加在线涂布工序,使用涂布机将化学涂布液涂覆于薄膜表面,赋予聚酯薄膜产品特定的表面功能的一种工艺,能够大幅扩展聚酯薄膜的使用领域。
聚氨酯 (PU) 是由多异氰酸酯 ( 以二异氰酸酯为主 ) 和低聚物多元醇通过缩聚反应聚合而成的一类高聚物。由于其分子链中含有异氰基(-NCO)和氨基甲酸酯基(-NH-COO-),故聚氨酯表现出高度的活性与极性。与含有活泼氢的基材,如泡沫、皮革、织物、纸张、陶瓷等多孔材料,以及金属、玻璃、橡胶等表面光洁的材料都有优良的化学粘接力。此外,通过改变多羟基化合物的分子量、结构等,还可以在大范围内调节聚氨酯材料的性能,使其广泛应用于工农业和日常生活的各个领域,其中包括涂料、包装、皮革等,是一种多功能聚合物材料。近年来,随着社会发展和人们环保意识的提高,有机溶剂型聚氨酯由于其污染与毒性,在使用中日益受到限制。而水性聚氨酯材料由于使用水代替了有机溶剂,具有安全、无毒、无污染的特点,克服了有机溶剂型聚氨酯的缺陷,具有广阔的发展前景。
目前,很多内饰件、箱包、制鞋等领域均涉及表层与多孔泡沫材料(如海绵)的粘结。将聚氨酯涂布液涂覆在多孔泡沫材料表面(如海绵)时,由于粘度过小,需多次涂覆,且聚氨酯涂布液会渗入材料导致粘结性能不佳,还会引起材料发硬,失去弹性,这就限制了水性聚氨酯涂布液的应用。提高聚氨酯涂布液的粘度以扩大其应用领域,有重大的现实意义。聚氨酯涂布液在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用与各个领域,涂布液形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护和标致作用,目前市面上的大部分涂布液虽然制作简单、售价便宜但同时功能比较单一,只能简单的作为装饰之用,而在一些特殊的作业环境中,简单的涂布液的并不能满足人们的所需。现有水基聚氨酯涂布液并非100%无溶剂,可能含有有限的挥发性有机化合物作为其水性介质的助剂,以便控制粘度或流动性。优点主要是无毒害、无污染、使用安全、易实现清洁生产工艺等,缺点包括干燥速度慢、耐水性差、阻燃性差等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液及其制备方法和应用。制备的聚氨酯涂布液流动性好、干燥速度快、无毒无污染,制备方法简单高效、绿色环保,用于海绵表面涂布工艺,制备的海绵表面结膜具有较好的阻燃阻隔性,提高海绵表面的防水性。
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,各组分按质量百分数计包括:脂肪族水性聚氨酯50-65%,流平剂1-5%,消泡剂3-5%,增稠剂1-3%,交联剂5-8%,防粘剂3-5%,炭黑色浆5-8%,阻燃剂5-8%,去离子水余量;
所述脂肪族水性聚氨酯pH值为 7.5-9.0,所述脂肪族水性聚氨酯分散体的粘度≤1500mpa.s;
所述的流平剂为聚氨酯流平剂,优选冠志OS-6020、消泡剂为矿物油及硬脂酸酯混合物,优选冠志OS-5201、增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯类,优选冠志OS-6040、交联剂为氮丙啶、三乙烯四胺、乙二胺中的一种或几种,优选氮丙啶XR-100、防粘剂为水性石蜡乳液,冠志GZ-720。
所述的炭黑色浆由15-25份炭黑,5-10份聚乙二醇,3-5份六偏磷酸钠,5-8份聚乙烯醇和20-30份去离子水在高速分散机内高速分散后,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到炭黑色浆。
进一步,上述所述的阻燃剂为磷酸二甲苯酯与三氧化二锑的混合物,质量比为 1:5-5:1。
进一步,一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的制备方法,制备所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比准确称取所需各原料;
(2)将脂肪族水性聚氨酯、防粘剂、炭黑色浆、阻燃剂和去离子水一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)将上述步骤(2)混合均匀的原料放在砂磨机中研磨分散;
(4)将步骤(3)研磨分散后的原料放入搅拌釜内,加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、交联剂在转速1000-1200r/min下充分搅拌均匀后,进行过滤,除去机械杂质,即制成高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,包装待用。
进一步,上述所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺中。
进一步,将所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、在海绵表面预涂一层附着力促进剂,在 70-80℃下烘干3-5min ;
第二步、使用涂布设备,将高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液均匀涂覆在附着力促进剂层表面;
第三步、将涂过所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的海绵材料固化烘干;
第四步、将固化烘干后的表面结膜的海绵材料按要求裁剪包装即可。
进一步,上述所述的附着力促进剂为硅烷化合物,选自南京能德新材料技术有限公司ADP-W450。
进一步,上述所述的涂布液的厚度为50-80um,固化温度为100-120℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,其以水为介质,使用时无毒、无污染、不燃烧、价廉、流动性好等优点,炭黑色浆和阻燃剂在聚氨酯体系中分散效果好,而且在性能上仍具有高光泽、高耐磨性、高弹性、高粘结性、耐水、高阻燃等优异的性能。
(2)本发明的一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的制备方法,工艺简单,易于操作,原料和能耗成本低,环保无污染,适合规模化生产和做业。
(3)本发明的一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的应用,用于海绵表面涂布工艺,涂布液干燥速度快,施工周期短,形成的海绵表面结膜具有较好的阻燃阻隔性,提高海绵表面的防水性。
具体实施方式
现在结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,各组分按质量百分数计包括:
pH值为8.0,粘度≤ 1500mpa.s的脂肪族水性聚氨酯60%,聚氨酯流平剂3%,冠志OS-6020,矿物油及硬脂酸酯混合物的消泡剂5%,冠志OS-5201,缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂3%,选自冠志OS-6040,氮丙啶XR-1005%,水性石蜡乳液5%,冠志GZ-720,炭黑色浆5%,磷酸二甲苯酯与三氧化二锑按质量比为 1:5的阻燃剂8%,去离子水余量;
所述的炭黑色浆由20份炭黑,10份聚乙二醇,5份六偏磷酸钠,8份聚乙烯醇和30份去离子水在高速分散机内高速分散后,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到炭黑色浆。
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的制备方法,制备所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比准确称取所需各原料;
(2)将脂肪族水性聚氨酯、防粘剂、炭黑色浆、阻燃剂和去离子水一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)将上述步骤(2)混合均匀的原料放在砂磨机中研磨分散;
(4)将步骤(3)研磨分散后的原料放入搅拌釜内,加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、交联剂在转速1200r/min下充分搅拌均匀后,进行过滤,除去机械杂质,即制成高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,包装待用。
将所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、在海绵表面预涂一层硅烷化合物ADP-W450,在80℃下烘干3min ;
第二步、使用涂布设备,将高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液均匀涂覆在附着力促进剂层表面,厚度为80um;
第三步、将涂过所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的海绵材料在温度为120℃下固化烘干;
第四步、将固化烘干后的表面结膜的海绵材料按要求裁剪包装即可。
实施例2
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,各组分按质量百分数计包括:
pH值为7.5,粘度≤ 1500mpa.s的脂肪族水性聚氨酯65%,聚氨酯流平剂1%,冠志OS-6020,矿物油及硬脂酸酯混合物的消泡剂3%,冠志OS-5201,缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂1%,选自冠志OS-6040,氮丙啶XR-1008%,水性石蜡乳液3%,冠志GZ-720,炭黑色浆8%,磷酸二甲苯酯与三氧化二锑按质量比为3:1的阻燃剂5%,去离子水余量;
所述的炭黑色浆由15份炭黑,8份聚乙二醇,4份六偏磷酸钠,7份聚乙烯醇和20份去离子水在高速分散机内高速分散后,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到炭黑色浆。
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的制备方法,制备所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比准确称取所需各原料;
(2)将脂肪族水性聚氨酯、防粘剂、炭黑色浆、阻燃剂和去离子水一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)将上述步骤(2)混合均匀的原料放在砂磨机中研磨分散;
(4)将步骤(3)研磨分散后的原料放入搅拌釜内,加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、交联剂在转速1100r/min下充分搅拌均匀后,进行过滤,除去机械杂质,即制成高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,包装待用。
将所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、在海绵表面预涂一层硅烷化合物ADP-W450,在70℃下烘干4min ;
第二步、使用涂布设备,将高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液均匀涂覆在附着力促进剂层表面,厚度为80um;
第三步、将涂过所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的海绵材料在温度为110℃下固化烘干;
第四步、将固化烘干后的表面结膜的海绵材料按要求裁剪包装即可。
实施例3
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,各组分按质量百分数计包括:
pH值为9.0,粘度≤ 1500mpa.s的脂肪族水性聚氨酯50%,聚氨酯流平剂5%,冠志OS-6020,矿物油及硬脂酸酯混合物的消泡剂4%,冠志OS-5201,缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂2%,选自冠志OS-6040,三乙烯四胺 6%,水性石蜡乳液4%,冠志GZ-720,炭黑色浆6%,磷酸二甲苯酯与三氧化二锑按质量比为5:3的阻燃剂7%,去离子水余量;
所述的炭黑色浆由25份炭黑,5份聚乙二醇,3份六偏磷酸钠,6份聚乙烯醇和25份去离子水在高速分散机内高速分散后,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到炭黑色浆。
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的制备方法,制备所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比准确称取所需各原料;
(2)将脂肪族水性聚氨酯、防粘剂、炭黑色浆、阻燃剂和去离子水一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)将上述步骤(2)混合均匀的原料放在砂磨机中研磨分散;
(4)将步骤(3)研磨分散后的原料放入搅拌釜内,加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、交联剂在转速1000r/min下充分搅拌均匀后,进行过滤,除去机械杂质,即制成高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,包装待用。
将所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、在海绵表面预涂一层硅烷化合物ADP-W450,在75℃下烘干3min ;
第二步、使用涂布设备,将高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液均匀涂覆在附着力促进剂层表面,厚度为50um;
第三步、将涂过所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的海绵材料在温度为100℃下固化烘干;
第四步、将固化烘干后的表面结膜的海绵材料按要求裁剪包装即可。
实施例3
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,各组分按质量百分数计包括:
pH值为8.5,粘度≤ 1500mpa.s的脂肪族水性聚氨酯55%,聚氨酯流平剂2%,冠志OS-6020,矿物油及硬脂酸酯混合物的消泡剂5%,冠志OS-5201,缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂3%,选自冠志OS-6040,乙二胺7%,水性石蜡乳液5%,冠志GZ-720,炭黑色浆7%,磷酸二甲苯酯与三氧化二锑按质量比为3:5的阻燃剂6%,去离子水余量;
所述的炭黑色浆由22份炭黑,9份聚乙二醇,5份六偏磷酸钠,5份聚乙烯醇和28份去离子水在高速分散机内高速分散后,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到炭黑色浆。
一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的制备方法,制备所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比准确称取所需各原料;
(2)将脂肪族水性聚氨酯、防粘剂、炭黑色浆、阻燃剂和去离子水一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)将上述步骤(2)混合均匀的原料放在砂磨机中研磨分散;
(4)将步骤(3)研磨分散后的原料放入搅拌釜内,加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、交联剂在转速1150r/min下充分搅拌均匀后,进行过滤,除去机械杂质,即制成高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,包装待用。
将所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、在海绵表面预涂一层硅烷化合物ADP-W450,在78℃下烘干3min ;
第二步、使用涂布设备,将高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液均匀涂覆在附着力促进剂层表面,厚度为60um;
第三步、将涂过所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的海绵材料在温度为110℃下固化烘干;
第四步、将固化烘干后的表面结膜的海绵材料按要求裁剪包装即可。

Claims (8)
1.一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,其特征在于:各组分按质量百分数计包括:脂肪族水性聚氨酯50-65%,流平剂1-5%,消泡剂3-5%,增稠剂1-3%,交联剂5-8%,防粘剂3-5%,炭黑色浆5-8%,阻燃剂5-8%,去离子水余量;
所述脂肪族水性聚氨酯pH值为7.5-9.0,所述脂肪族水性聚氨酯分散体的粘度≤1500mpa.s;
所述的流平剂为聚氨酯流平剂、消泡剂为矿物油及硬脂酸酯混合物、增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯类、交联剂为氮丙啶、三乙烯四胺、乙二胺中的一种或几种、防粘剂为水性石蜡乳液。
2.所述的炭黑色浆由15-25份炭黑,5-10份聚乙二醇,3-5份六偏磷酸钠,5-8份聚乙烯醇和20-30份去离子水在高速分散机内高速分散后,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到炭黑色浆。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂为磷酸二甲苯酯与三氧化二锑的混合物,质量比为 1:5-5:1。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的制备方法,其特征在于:制备所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比准确称取所需各原料;
(2)将脂肪族水性聚氨酯、防粘剂、炭黑色浆、阻燃剂和去离子水一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)将上述步骤(2)混合均匀的原料放在砂磨机中研磨分散;
(4)将步骤(3)研磨分散后的原料放入搅拌釜内,加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、交联剂在转速1000-1200r/min下充分搅拌均匀后,进行过滤,除去机械杂质,即制成高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液,包装待用。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的应用,其特征在于:所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺中。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的应用,其特征在于:将所述的高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液应用于海绵表面印刷工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步、在海绵表面预涂一层附着力促进剂,在 70-80℃下烘干3-5min ;
第二步、使用涂布设备,将高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液均匀涂覆在附着力促进剂层表面;
第三步、将涂过所述高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的海绵材料固化烘干;
第四步、将固化烘干后的表面结膜的海绵材料按要求裁剪包装即可。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的应用,其特征在于:所述的附着力促进剂为硅烷化合物。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种高阻燃防水聚氨酯涂布液的应用,其特征在于:所述的涂布液的厚度为50-80um,固化温度为100-120℃。
