Technical Field

Background
The gift box requires 4 actions of manual operation before finished product, including: and (3) gluing, positioning and sticking, and pressing foam/folding foam, and transferring to a production line. Thus, 5 staff are needed for completing the 4 actions, the average capacity of people is 30 per hour, the efficiency is very low, the connecting paper at the inner joint of the gift box is glued and well-glued, glue overflow is easy to generate, and the glue overflow at the inner joint of the box is reversely glued to the inner box body of the gift box and the assembly line belt. Causing the surfaces and the inner surfaces of the gift box to be repeatedly stained with glue. More workers are required to be added to clean the surfaces and the inner surfaces of the boxes, the production efficiency is affected, the workers are increased, and the production cost is correspondingly increased.

An automatic internal connection paper pasting device for gift boxes comprises a conveying device, a paper sucking and pasting device, a flanging device and a carrying device.
The conveying device consists of a working shell, a working table and a driving motor, wherein the working table is arranged at the bottom end of the inside of the working shell, a supporting frame is arranged on the bottom surface of the working table, a working transverse plate is arranged in the middle of the supporting frame, the driving motor is arranged in the middle of the surface of the working transverse plate, a rotary table is arranged on the left side surface of the working table, and the rotary table is connected with the driving motor;
the paper suction pasting device comprises a third driving machine, a first robot, a driving motor and a paper clamping frame, wherein the third cross beam is arranged on the right side edge of the top end inside the working shell, the first cross beam is arranged on the left side edge of the top end inside the working shell, the first cross beam and the third cross beam are connected through a second cross beam, the third cross beam is provided with the third driving machine, the third driving machine is electrically connected with the first robot, the bottom end of the first robot is connected with a paper suction panel, the bottom surface of the paper suction panel is provided with a plurality of grooves which are uniformly distributed and arranged, four suckers are arranged on the bottom surface of the paper suction panel, a plurality of air holes which are uniformly distributed and arranged are formed in the periphery of each sucker, a glue containing basin is arranged on the left side surface of the working platform, a glue containing roller is arranged in the middle position of the glue containing basin, the driving motor is arranged on the side edge of the glue containing basin, the driving motor is connected with the glue roller, and the top end of the glue containing basin is provided with a connecting pipe;
the left side of the paper suction pasting device is provided with a flanging device, the flanging device consists of a second driving machine and a third manipulator, the second beam is provided with the second driving machine, the second driving machine is electrically connected with the third manipulator, and the bottom end of the third manipulator is provided with a groove clamping plate;
the right side department of hem device is equipped with handling device, handling device comprises first driver and second robot, be equipped with first driver on the first crossbeam, and first driver electric connection has the second robot, the bottom of second robot is equipped with splint.
Preferably, the support frame is made of aluminum alloy.
Preferably, the turntable is in a cross frame plate shape, and mold fixing positions are arranged at four corners of the surface of the turntable.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. instead of 4 actions of manual operation, comprising: and (3) gluing, positioning and sticking, pressing foam/folding foam, transferring to a production line, wherein the original operation is completed manually by workers, the efficiency is very low, 5 workers are required for completing 4 actions, and the average capacity is 30 per hour. By using this apparatus, only 1 worker is required to operate. The per-person productivity is improved to 360 per hour. The overall efficiency is improved by 12 times.
2. The paper sucking panel of the paper sucking and pasting device is formed by an original smooth surface structure, a striped groove structure is improved, in the paper sucking and pasting process, the plate groove area is thinner in glue, thicker glue can be diluted to a thinner glue area in the process of pressing connecting paper at the joint of the inside of a paste gift box, and the glue is prevented from overflowing to the appearance surface and the inside surface of the box.

The conveyer comprises work casing 1, workstation 2 and driving motor 5, the inside bottom of work casing 1 is equipped with workstation 2, and the bottom surface of workstation 2 is equipped with support frame 3, support frame 3 is the aluminum alloy material, not only firm, long service life makes workstation 2 can not take place to collapse easily moreover when working, the intermediate position of support frame 3 is equipped with work diaphragm 4, and the intermediate position on work diaphragm 4 surface is equipped with driving motor 5, the left side on workstation 2 surface is equipped with carousel 6, and carousel 6 is connected with driving motor 5, carousel 6 is cross frame plate shape, and the four corners department on carousel 6 surface is equipped with mould fixed position 19, the surface of mould fixed position 19 is equipped with first mould 20, and the side of first mould 20 is equipped with second mould 21 to the place of paper box and paper lid, driving motor 5 drives carousel 6 and rotates, and carousel 6 pivoted angle at every turn is forty five degrees.
The right side of the transportation device is provided with a paper sucking and pasting device, the paper sucking and pasting device consists of a third driving machine 11, a first robot 13, a driving motor 23 and a paper clamping frame 27, the right side of the top inside the working shell 1 is provided with a third beam 12, the left side of the top inside the working shell 1 is provided with a first beam 7, the first beam 7 and the third beam 12 are connected through a second beam 9, the third beam 12 is provided with a third driving machine 11, the third driving machine 11 is electrically connected with the first robot 13, the bottom end of the first robot 13 is connected with a paper sucking panel 14, the bottom surface of the paper sucking panel 14 is provided with a plurality of grooves 31 which are uniformly distributed and arranged, the depth of each groove 31 is five millimeters, the bottom surface of the paper sucking panel 14 is provided with four suckers 32, the periphery of each sucker 32 is provided with a plurality of air holes 30 which are uniformly distributed and arranged, the left side of the surface of the workbench is provided with a glue containing basin 33, the middle position of the glue containing basin 33 is provided with a glue roller 24, the side edge of the glue containing basin 33 is provided with a driving motor 23, the surface of the driving motor 23 is provided with a protective shell 22, so that the driving motor 23 is not influenced by the outside when in work, the driving motor 23 is connected with the glue roller 24, the glue roller 24 rolls on the glue containing basin 33, the right side edge of the supporting frame 3 is provided with a paper clamping frame 27, the paper clamping frame 27 clamps a plurality of pieces of connecting paper 29 which are uniformly stacked, the right side of the top end of the paper clamping frame 27 is provided with a blocking beam 28, the blocking beam 28 can prevent the paper sucking plate 14 from deviating the paper clamping frame 27, the side edge of the paper clamping frame 27 is provided with a storage barrel 26, the inside of the storage barrel 26 is provided with a glue extracting machine, the top end of the inside of the storage barrel 26 is provided with an extracting machine, and the top end of the surface of the storage vat 26 is provided with a connecting pipe 25, the connecting pipe 25 is connected with a glue containing basin 33, and glue in the storage vat 26 is transported into the glue containing basin 33 through the connecting pipe 25 so as to carry out the pasting work of the connecting paper 29.

The left side edge of the workbench 2 is provided with a production line, so that the compacted and stuck gift box is clamped out from the die fixing position 19 on the turntable 6 and then is placed on the production line for the next work
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the gift box is attached with the internal connecting paper 29, the operator places the box and the box cover of the gift box in the first die 20 and the second die 21 on the die fixing position 19 on the surface of the rotary table 6 respectively, the driving motor 5 drives the rotary table 6 to rotate, the die fixing position 19 on the rotary table 6 rotates to the bottom surface of the third driving machine 11, the third driving machine 11 drives the first robot 13 to operate, the glue of the storage bucket 26 is extracted into the glue containing basin 33 through the extracting machine, the driving motor 23 drives the glue roller 24 to roll, the glue is adhered to the surface of the glue roller 24, the first robot 13 drives the paper sucking panel 14 to adsorb the connecting paper 29 on the paper clamping frame 27, the first robot 13 drives the paper sucking panel 14 to slide from the surface of the glue roller 24, the bottom surface of the connecting paper 29 is adhered with the glue, the groove 31 on the paper absorbing surface plate 14 makes glue uniformly adhered at each position of the bottom surface of the connecting paper 29, at this time, the first robot 13 drives the paper absorbing panel 14 to be transported to the die fixing position 19, at this time, the connecting paper 29 on the paper absorbing surface plate 14 is adhered to the inner connecting position of the box and the box cover, at this time, the adhered box and the box cover are rotated to the bottom surface of the second driving machine 10, at this time, the second driving machine 10 drives the third robot 17 to operate, at this time, the third robot 17 drives the groove clamping plate 18 to compact the connecting paper 29 at the inner connecting position of the box and the box cover, so that the connecting paper 29 is completely adhered at the inner connecting position of the box and the box cover, thereby forming a gift box, at this time, the formed gift box is rotated to the bottom surface of the first driving machine 8, at this time, the first driving machine 8 operates the second robot 15, and the second robot drives the clamping plate 16 to clamp the formed gift box from the turntable 6, so that the next work is performed.
