As shown in fig. 11, the molding apparatus includes a first roller 171, a sixth linear module 172 and a seventh linear module 173, the sixth linear module 172 connects the frame 10 and the seventh linear module 173, the seventh linear module 173 connects the sixth linear module 172 and the first roller 171, and the first roller 171 is disposed above the molding die 11;
the bottom sealing mechanism 18 is used for bending and forming the remaining bending surface a2 at the bottom of the carton and fixing the bending surface with the bottom plate C at the end part of the carton. As shown in fig. 11, the bottom sealing mechanism 18 is a roller structure, and is disposed above the forming mold 11 and connected to the carton tissue packaging and forming mechanism 17.
The four-opening edge covering mechanism 19 is used for bending the remaining edge covering surface a1 at the top of the paper box and then covering the end part of the bottom plate B of the paper box. As shown in fig. 14, the four-hole hemming mechanism 19 includes a blade 191 and a tenth linear module 192, the blade 191 is disposed on the side surface of the pressing plate 205, and the tenth linear module 192 connects the frame 10 and the blade 191.
The mold releasing mechanism 20 holds the pressure of the molded paper cassette and releases the molded paper cassette from the molding die 11. As shown in fig. 12 to 13, the demolding mechanism 20 includes two clamp plates 201, two eighth linear modules 202, a hook 203, two ninth linear modules 204, a pressing plate 205 and an eighth cylinder 206, the two clamp plates 201 are disposed opposite to two side surfaces of the forming mold 11, the two eighth linear modules 202 are respectively connected to the two clamp plates 201 and the two ninth linear modules 204, the two ninth linear modules 204 and the two eighth linear modules 202 are perpendicular to each other and connected to the frame 10, the hook 203 is disposed at an end portion of the clamp plate 201, the pressing plate 205 is disposed opposite to a top portion of the forming mold 11, and the eighth cylinder 206 is connected to the frame 10 and the pressing plate 205.
The following introduces a carton forming method of the utility model, which comprises the following steps,

s4, the bottom board feeding mechanism 13 provides the bottom board C at the end of one paper box to the bottom board turnover feeding mechanism 14 each time;
s5, the bottom plate overturning and feeding mechanism 14 overturns and attaches the bottom plate C at the end part of the paper box to the end part of the forming die 11;
s6, the bottom edge covering mechanism 15 is used for bending and forming three corresponding bending surfaces a2 on the bottom surface and two side surfaces of the paper box and fixing the three bending surfaces with the bottom plate C at the end part of the paper box;
s7, attaching the bottom plate B corresponding to the top of the carton to the top of the forming die 11 by the carton bottom plate packaging and forming mechanism 16;
s8, the carton surface paper packaging and forming mechanism 17 attaches the carton surface paper A corresponding to the top of the carton to the surface of the bottom plate B;
s9, the first linear module 21 drives the forming die 11 to move upwards, and the bottom edge sealing mechanism 18 bends and forms the remaining bending surface a2 at the bottom of the carton and fixes the bending surface a2 with the bottom plate C at the end part of the carton;
s10, the four-opening edge covering mechanism 19 bends the remaining edge covering surface a1 at the top of the paper box and then covers the end part of the bottom plate B of the paper box;
s11, the mold releasing mechanism 20 holds the pressure of the molded paper cassette and releases the molded paper cassette from the mold 11.

the forming die (11) is horizontally arranged on the frame (10) and moves up and down;
the paper box side face overturning and forming mechanism (12) is arranged below the forming die (11), supports the paper box surface paper (A) and the bottom plate (B) feeding assembly, supports and fixes the bottom face of the paper box, overturns two side faces of the paper box and is attached to two side faces of the forming die (11);
a bottom plate feeding mechanism (13) which provides a bottom plate (C) at the end part of one paper box to the bottom plate overturning and feeding mechanism (14) each time;
the bottom plate overturning and feeding mechanism (14) is used for overturning and attaching the bottom plate (C) at the end part of the paper box to the end part of the forming die (11);
the bottom edge covering mechanism (15) is used for bending and forming three bending surfaces (a2) corresponding to the bottom surface and the two side surfaces of the paper box and fixing the three bending surfaces with a bottom plate (C) at the end part of the paper box;
the paper box bottom plate packaging and forming mechanism (16) is used for attaching the bottom plate (B) corresponding to the top of the paper box to the top of the forming die (11);
the paper box surface paper packaging and forming mechanism (17) is used for attaching the paper box surface paper (A) corresponding to the top of the paper box to the surface of the bottom plate (B);
the bottom edge sealing mechanism (18) is used for bending and forming the residual bending surface (a2) at the bottom of the paper box and fixing the residual bending surface with the bottom plate (C) at the end part of the paper box;
the four-opening edge covering mechanism (19) is used for bending the rest edge covering surface (a1) at the top of the paper box and then covering the bent edge covering surface at the end part of the bottom plate (B) of the paper box;
and a demoulding mechanism (20) for demoulding the moulded paper box from the moulding mould (11).
2. The carton forming apparatus of claim 1 wherein: the forming die further comprises a first straight line module (21), wherein the first straight line module (21) is arranged on the rack (10) and drives the forming die (11) to move up and down.

The carton forming apparatus of claim 1 wherein: the carton side overturning forming mechanism (12) comprises a feeding supporting plate (121), two overturning plates (122) and an overturning driving mechanism (123), wherein the feeding supporting plate (121) is arranged on the rack (10); the two turnover plates (122) are respectively arranged at two sides of the incoming material supporting plate (121) and are hinged with the rack (10); the overturning driving mechanism (123) is respectively connected with the overturning plate (122) and the machine frame (10) and drives the overturning plate (122) to overturn.

The carton forming apparatus of claim 3 wherein: the number of the bottom edge covering mechanisms (15) is three, each bottom edge covering mechanism (15) comprises a fourth shovel plate (151) and a fourth linear module (152), the three fourth shovel plates (151) are respectively arranged at the end parts of the incoming material supporting plate (121) and the two turnover plates (122), and the fourth linear module (152) is respectively connected with the fourth shovel plates (151) and the end parts of the incoming material supporting plate (121) or the two turnover plates (122); the carton bottom plate packaging and forming mechanism (16) comprises a fifth shovel plate (161) and a fifth linear module (162), the fifth shovel plate (161) is obliquely arranged above the forming die (11) and connected with the fifth linear module (162), the fifth linear module (162) is connected with the rack (10) and the fifth shovel plate (161) and drives the fifth shovel plate (161) to move, and a bottom plate (B) corresponding to the top of the carton is attached to the top of the forming die (11); the carton facial tissue packaging and forming mechanism (17) comprises a first roller (171), a sixth linear module (172) and a seventh linear module (173), the sixth linear module (172) is connected with the rack (10) and the seventh linear module (173), the seventh linear module (173) is connected with the sixth linear module (172) and the first roller (171), and the first roller (171) is arranged above the forming die (11); the bottom edge sealing mechanism (18) is of a roller structure and is arranged above the forming die (11) and connected with the paper box facial tissue packaging and forming mechanism (17).
