The ginkgo nut kernels, the liquorice and the scallion leaves are all composed of medicinal material extracting solution, the weight percentage of the medicinal material extracting solution is 10%, and the weight percentage of the ointment matrix is 90%; the ointment matrix is prepared by mixing water soluble matrix, oleaginous matrix, emulsion matrix, and gel semisolid matrix; the ointment base comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5% of stearic acid, 3% of glyceryl monostearate, 8% of white vaseline, 1% of lanolin, 0.8% of triethanolamine, 800.2% of tween, 5% of glycerol, 0.15% of ethylparaben, 0.1% of essence and the balance of purified water.

The ointment also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 8 parts of angelica sinensis, 4 parts of rhizoma dioscoreae, 12 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 9 parts of cornstarch, 13 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 15 parts of tea oil, 9 parts of fructus kochiae, 13 parts of lithospermum and 12 parts of lanolin.
The ginkgo nut kernels, the liquorice and the scallion leaves are all composed of medicinal material extracting solution, the weight percentage of the medicinal material extracting solution is 5%, and the weight percentage of the ointment matrix is 95%; the ointment matrix is prepared by mixing water soluble matrix, oleaginous matrix, emulsion matrix, and gel semisolid matrix; the ointment base comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5% of stearic acid, 5% of glyceryl monostearate, 8% of white vaseline, 2% of lanolin, 1% of triethanolamine, 800.25% of tween, 10% of glycerol, 0.2% of ethylparaben, 0.1% of essence and the balance of purified water.
Example 4:
the invention also provides a preparation method of the ointment for treating the hand and foot chap, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: weighing semen Ginkgo, Glycyrrhrizae radix, and folium Allii Fistulosi according to weight ratio, and removing impurities;
step two: crushing the ginkgo nut kernels, and soaking the ginkgo nut kernels in 60-90% ethanol for 1 hour;
step three: ultrasonic extracting semen Ginkgo for 2 times (1 hr each time), filtering, and mixing extractive solutions;
step four: then concentrating the extracting solution to the relative density of 0.98-1.10 to obtain the gingko kernel concentrated solution;
step five: decocting Glycyrrhrizae radix and folium Allii Fistulosi in water for 1 hr and 0.5 hr respectively, filtering, mixing decoctions, and concentrating to relative density of 1.05-1.15 to obtain concentrated solution of Glycyrrhrizae radix and folium Allii Fistulosi;
step six: mixing the concentrated solution of Glycyrrhrizae radix and folium Allii Fistulosi, adding semen Ginkgo concentrated solution and ointment matrix, and stirring at constant speed to obtain ointment.

as shown in fig. 1, the invention also provides a device for preparing an ointment for treating foot and hand chap, which comprises a mounting bracket 1 and raw material processing mechanisms 2 uniformly distributed on the top edge of the mounting bracket 1 along the circumferential direction, wherein moving support mechanisms 3 are uniformly distributed on the bottom edge of the mounting bracket 1 along the circumferential direction, and a stirring barrel 4 is fixed in the center of the bottom of the mounting bracket 1.
