本发明属于轴承测量领域,具体涉及一种轴承保持架径向游隙检测装置。
背景技术
轴承保持架径向游隙的检测直接影响了保持架和滚动体的间隙和配合,影响保持架的使用寿命,进而影响轴承的使用寿命,对保持架不合格的产品进行剔除,保证了产品的质量,同时防止了质量不合格品的流出,以往没有认识保持架的径向游隙的重要性之前,每年因保持架损坏进而导致轴承损坏的经济损失很大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种轴承保持架径向游隙检测装置。
本发明采取的技术方案:一种轴承保持架径向游隙检测装置,基座一边接有支撑杆,所述的支撑杆的另一端接有百分表,所述的百分表的测量头与轴承保持架相抵,轴承通过轴承内圈及轴承定位块固定在基座上。
测量方法:推拉轴承的外圈,通过外圈带动滚动体和轴承保持架移动,百分表显示的最大值减去最小值即为轴承保持架的径向游隙。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,仪器的调整方便,稍加练习就可以进行了操作,操作过程中,读取数值方便。可有效保证产品的质量,防止了质量不合格品的流出。

具体实施方式
在基座1一边接有支撑杆5,支撑杆5的另一端接有百分表2,轴承通过轴承内圈4和轴承定位块6定位在基座1上,将百分表2的测量头调整在轴承保持架3的表面。
测量方法为:推拉轴承的外圈,通过外圈带动滚动体和轴承保持架3移动,推动过程中保证用力平稳,力的方向与百分表的表尖共线,百分表显示的最大值减去最小值即为轴承保持架3的径向游隙。

1.轴承保持架径向游隙检测装置,其特征在于:基座(1)一边接有支撑杆(5),所述的支撑杆(5)的另一端接有百分表(2),所述的百分表(2)的测量头与轴承保持架(3)相抵,轴承通过轴承内圈(4)及轴承定位块(6)固定在基座(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承保持架径向游隙检测装置,其特征在于:测量方法为,推拉轴承的外圈,通过外圈带动滚动体和轴承保持架(3)移动,推动过程中保证用力平稳,力的方向与百分表的表尖共线,百分表显示的最大值减去最小值即为轴承保持架(3)的径向游隙。
