Abstract

本发明提供了一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,利用对向活塞发动机自身特有的低噪音,低震动,小排量,低排放等优势,采用在对向活塞发动机的两个活塞曲轴上安装两个发电机的工作模式,一个发电机通过电源逆变装置直接给驱动电动机提供电力,驱动电动车正常行驶,另外一个发电机通过充电控制器给超级电容组提供充电电力,同时超级电容组输出端直接连接到驱动电动机,利用超级电容的技术特性,即能够快充、快放的特点,提供电动汽车起步、加速、爬坡等特殊环境行驶所需的电力。

技术领域
本发明属于混合动力电动车的技术领域,特别涉及的是一种由纯电力驱动的混合动力电动车。
背景技术
纵观电动车发展历史,由纯电动车,混合动力电动车,氢燃料电池电动车三大车系构成了新能源汽车——电动车领域。纯电动车由于电池技术的瓶颈以及城市道路工况的影响,严重影响了纯电动汽车的续航里程,制约了纯电动汽车的发展。并联式和混联式混合动力电动汽车以内燃机和电动机两个系统驱动车辆行驶,除了车辆结构更加复杂,成本高昂之外,并不环保,不是电动汽车的发展方向。串联式混合动力汽车对于发动机、发电机与电池组的匹配要求比较苛刻,同时由于整个系统体积庞大,一般只适合公交车辆或大型的运输车辆。氢燃料电池电动汽车环保效益最好,但是同样存在技术瓶颈,包括空气中的杂质比较多,会严重影响氢燃料电池的使用寿命,同时氢燃料电池电动汽车的成本高企不下,加氢系统不完善都是严重制约氢燃料电池电动汽车发展的要素。
发明内容
如何解决目前电动汽车发展中存在的诸多问题,本发明提供了一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,利用对向活塞发动机自身特有的低噪音,低震动,小排量,低排放等优势,采用在对向活塞发动机的两个活塞曲轴上安装两个发电机的工作模式,一个发电机通过电源逆变装置直接给驱动电动机提供电力,驱动电动车正常行驶,另外一个发电机通过充电控制器给超级电容组提供充电电力,同时超级电容组输出端直接连接到驱动电动机,利用超级电容的技术特性,即能够快充、快放的特点,提供电动汽车起步、加速、爬坡等特殊环境行驶所需的电力。
本发明的目标是这样实现的:
本发明所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车由对向活塞发动机,双发电机,电源逆变装置,充电控制器,超级电容组,驱动电动机,整车控制器组成,其特征在于两个发电机的转子分别安装在对向活塞发动机的两个活塞曲轴上,两个发电机分别通过电源逆变装置,充电控制器与驱动电动机,超级电容组连接,整车控制器通过控制总线与对向活塞发动机,双发电机,电源逆变装置,充电控制器,超级电容组,驱动电动机连接。
本发明所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,其特征在于对向活塞发动机两个活塞的两个曲轴直接与两个发电机转子相连接。转速可以达到7000/分钟,由于曲轴与发电机转子直连,没有其他的附加装置,发动机效率非常高。
本发明所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,其特征在于两个发电机一个通过电源逆变装置与驱动电动机连接,直接提供驱动电动机的电力,一个通过充电控制器与超级电容组连接。超级电容组电力输出端与驱动电动机直连,当电动汽车起步或者加速、爬坡需要大电流输出时,超级电容组可以瞬间提供足够大的电流。
本发明所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,其特征在于整车控制器通过控制总线与对向活塞发动机,双发电机组,电源逆变装置,充电控制器,超级电容组,驱动电动机连接。控制整个系统平衡、高效的运作。

具体实施方式
本发明的工作流程及工作原理附图进行说明,本发明的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车启动,对向活塞发动机11开始工作,双活塞曲轴各直连一个发电机12,13,双发电机12,13开始发电,发电机13通过电源逆变装置14将交流电逆变成直流电驱动驱动电机16工作,同时另外一个发电机12通过充电控制器15给超级电容组18充电,超级电容组18输出端与驱动电机16连接,超级电容组18提供本发明的电动汽车起步、加速、爬坡等大电流的支出。整车控制器17通过总线对整车各个分系统进行通讯,对对向活塞发动机、电源逆变装置、充电控制器、驱动电机、超级电容组进行控制,保证整车各个分系统协调运作,提高整车效率。

1.一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车由对向活塞发动机,双发电机,电源逆变装置,充电控制器,超级电容组,驱动电动机,整车控制器组成,其特征在于双发电机分别安装在对向活塞发动机的两个活塞曲轴上,两个发电机分别通过电源逆变装置,充电控制器与驱动电动机,超级电容组连接,整车控制器通过控制总线与对向活塞发动机,双发电机,电源逆变装置,充电控制器,超级电容组,驱动电动机连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,其特征在于对向活塞发动机两个活塞的两个曲轴直接与两个发电机转子相连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,其特征在于两个发电机一个通过电源逆变装置与驱动电动机连接,一个通过充电控制器与超级电容组连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,其特征在于一个发电机通过电源逆变器与驱动电动机连接,另外一个发电机通过充电控制器与超级电容组连接,超级电容组输出端与驱动电动机连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种电力驱动的混合动力电动车,其特征在于整车控制器通过控制总线与对向活塞发动机,双发电机,电源逆变装置,充电控制器,超级电容组,驱动电动机连接。
