本发明涉及蔬菜种植技术领域,特别涉及一种尖椒的种植方法。
背景技术
尖椒是辣椒的一种,尖椒幼,嫩果中辣,嫩绿色,鲜食脆、香、辣;成熟果强辣,鲜食加工均可,泡制不分层,不褪色,水分少,宜腌制、制干,尖椒颜色鲜艳,色红发亮,辣性强,油质大,果肉厚,大小均匀,辣中带有蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质等。尖椒主要用以佐食调味,果实因小如线,晒干后果皮发皱。但是现有的种植方法种子发芽率低,尖椒产量和品质也不高,导致经济收益较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的缺点和不足做出改进和创新,提供一种尖椒的种植方法,该方法能大幅提高种子发芽率和尖椒苗成活率,缩短发芽时间,增产提质。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种尖椒的种植方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选种及预处理:选择无腐烂霉变、无虫害、无残缺的尖椒种子,晒种1~2天,放入55~62℃的浸种剂浸泡5~8小时,捞出沥干,放入10~14℃的环境中冷冻处理3~6小时,再放入0~5℃的环境中冷冻处理10~15小时;
(2)催芽:将处理后的种子用纱布包好,放置在27~29℃的环境中催芽,每隔24小时喷施一次催芽营养剂,当80%的种子都露白时,便可进行播种定植;
(3)播种定植:选择富含有机质的壤土土地作为种植地,整地作畦,按20cm×20cm的间距播种定植,播种后按58~70kg/亩施加清粪水,然后覆盖地膜,当芽苗长出三片真叶时,白天在地膜上开一小孔,夜间用地膜封盖住小孔,4~7天后白天将地膜掀开1/3,夜间将地膜盖好,5~7天后去除地膜;
(4)田间管理:定期按30~40kg/亩施加专用肥,按40~45kg/亩施加清粪水,中耕除草;每隔20~25天按20~24kg/亩施加除虫剂;当尖椒植株花谢结果时,按38~42kg/亩喷施一次叶面肥。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述浸种剂由以下重量份的原料组成:天冬氨酸0.6~0.85份、赤霉素0.25~0.46份、氯化镁0.7~1份、硫酸锌1.2~1.6份、三氧化铬1~1.4份、L-丙氨酸0.9~1.3份、水10~15份。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述催芽营养剂由以下重量份的原料组成:黄腐酸钾1~1.5份、柠檬酸钠0.8~1.2份、高锰酸钾0.5~0.7份,水8~10份。

本发明的优点及有益效果:
本发明在种子预处理时,通过晒种初步消毒处理,再通过热的浸泡剂浸泡和变温处理,既达到了温汤浸种消毒的目的,也为种子发芽提供了养分,提高了发芽率和后期生长速率。本发明在催芽期施加催芽营养剂,促使种子发芽,大大提高了种植发芽率。本发明在播种后让尖椒苗逐步适应外部环境,降低了尖椒苗的死亡率,大大提高了尖椒的存活率和产量。本发明在尖椒生长后期,通过专用肥为尖椒生长提供养分,使用植物性的除虫剂,避免尖椒果实内出现农药残留,在尖椒花谢结果时,通过喷施叶面肥提高尖椒果实长势,提高了尖椒产量和品质,增加了经济效益。
