Abstract
一种船用空气瓶供气模块,包括空气瓶;空气瓶上设置有压力表和积水排放口;空气瓶的左右两端分别连接有进气管路和出气管路;进气管路上设置有电动阀门和截止阀;进气管路与出气管路之间连接有旁通导气管路;旁通导气管路上设置有截止止回阀;出气管路的右侧连接有减压管路;减压管路上并联设置有第一减压模块和第二减压模块;第一减压模块包括从左往右依次设置在减压管路上的截止止回阀、空气滤器、减压阀和截止止回阀;第二减压模块与第一减压模块采用相同的构成组件及连接顺序;第一减压模块的右侧、在减压管路上设置有压力表和安全阀。

技术领域
本发明涉及船用供气领域,特别涉及一种船用空气瓶供气模块。
背景技术
目前船舶上各用气设备所使用的压缩空气气体,主要是通过从放置在船上各位置的高压气瓶并引出管路,再通过安装在管路上的各减压阀、安全阀、截止止回阀等阀件获得所需的工作压力。但由于每一个气瓶需要与一个空气压缩机连接,且每个一用气设备需要一套单独的供气管路系统,而船上空间有限,为此管路设置复杂、凌乱,还增加了现场作业量大,对以后的维护工作造成不便。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种船用空气瓶供气模块,解决了以上技术问题。
为了实现上述技术目的,达到上述的技术要求,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种船用空气瓶供气模块,包括空气瓶;其特征在于:所述空气瓶上设置有压力表和积水排放口;所述空气瓶的左右两端分别连接有进气管路和出气管路;所述进气管路上设置有电动阀门和截止阀;所述进气管路与出气管路之间连接有旁通导气管路;所述旁通导气管路上设置有截止止回阀;所述出气管路的右侧连接有减压管路;所述减压管路上并联设置有第一减压模块和第二减压模块;所述第一减压模块包括从左往右依次设置在减压管路上的截止阀、空气滤器、减压阀和截止阀;所述第二减压模块与第一减压模块采用相同的构成组件及连接顺序;所述第一减压模块右侧出口处、在减压管路上设置有压力表和安全阀。
本发明的有益效果;一种船用空气瓶供气模块,与传统结构相比:1)压缩空气供气模块在空气瓶进口处设有截止阀,保证空气瓶在充满压力后不会向压缩空气系统总管倒流,不会因总管的漏气而影响供气模块的使用;
2)压缩空气供气模块在空气瓶输出管路上设置有减压阀组,能够根据用户需要提供所需压力和流量的压缩空气;
3)压缩空气供气模块的空气瓶上设有积水排放口,长期使用的气瓶其中可能会有积水,此时打开排污截止止回阀就能排放相应气瓶中的积水;
4)压缩空气供气模块在高压空气瓶上和减压阀后均设置有压力表,用于读取相应的压力值;
5)压缩空气供气模块在空气瓶上和减压阀组出口处配置了安全阀,当模块系统中的空气压力高于工作压力的1.1倍时安全阀将会自动打开,确保系统的工作安全;
6)压缩空气供气模块在进气管路与出气管路之间连接有旁通导气管路,当空气瓶出现故障时可能通过其它供气源来确保系统正常运行;
7)压缩空气供气模块并联设置第一减压模块和第二减压模块,二组减压可以互为备用,当任意一组减压模块出现故障时不会影响供气系统正常运行。

为了使本发明的发明目的、技术方案及其有益技术效果更加清晰,以下结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明;
在附图中:一种船用空气瓶供气模块,包括空气瓶1;所述空气瓶1上设置有压力表2和积水排放口3;所述空气瓶1的左右两端分别连接有进气管路4和出气管路5;所述进气管路4上设置有电动阀门6和截止阀7;所述进气管路4与出气管路5之间连接有旁通导气管路8;所述旁通导气管路8上设置有截止止回阀9;所述出气管路5的右侧连接有减压管路10;所述减压管路10上并联设置有第一减压模块11和第二减压模块12;所述第一减压模块11包括从左往右依次设置在减压管路上的截止阀7、空气滤器13、减压阀14和截止阀7;所述第二减压模块12与第一减压模块11采用相同的构成组件及连接顺序;所述第一减压模块11右侧出口处、在减压管路10上设置有压力表2和安全阀15;
本发明的具体实施:空气瓶技术参数,容量:1000L;工作压力:19.6 MPa;压缩空气模块将所有设备安装在共同基座上,实现若干设备一体化,运输、吊装、安装方便;所有阀门集中化,操作方便,在海上恶劣的外,船舶会产生一定程度的横摇、纵倾等,对供气模块的安全性、结构的可靠性等要求更高;同时,由于船舶上空间比较狭小,在进行供气模块集成化设计时还要充分考虑到供气模块易于操作和维修;结构紧凑,可以减少占用船上空间;压缩空气模块的各种试验(空气瓶压力低报警试验、安全阀开启试验、减压阀组调节试验、空气压缩机自动启停功能试验)在车间内就可以全部调试结束。减少了设备船上安装后做大量试验的时间;当空气瓶1需要更换时,可通过设置的相应的旁通导气管路8来进行正常的工作,起到输出气体不停歇的目的;设置了一主一备的第一减压模块11和第二减压模块12,能够有效地应对突发的机械故障。

1.一种船用空气瓶供气模块,包括空气瓶(1);其特征在于:所述空气瓶(1)上设置有压力表(2)和积水排放口(3);所述空气瓶(1)的左右两端分别连接有进气管路(4)和出气管路(5);所述进气管路(4)上设置有电动阀门(6)和截止阀(7);所述进气管路(4)与出气管路(5)之间连接有旁通导气管路(8);所述旁通导气管路(8)上设置有截止止回阀(9);所述出气管路(5)的右侧连接有减压管路(10);所述减压管路(10)上并联设置有第一减压模块(11)和第二减压模块(12);所述第一减压模块(11)包括从左往右依次设置在减压管路上的截止阀(7)、空气滤器(13)、减压阀(14)和截止阀(7);所述第二减压模块(12)与第一减压模块(11)采用相同的构成组件及连接顺序;所述第一减压模块(11)右侧出口处、在减压管路(10)上设置有压力表(2)和安全阀(15)。
