本发明公开了一种孔轴用组合挡圈,包括孔用挡圈、外撑套、分断环、半分环、内撑套、轴用挡圈,其特征在于:所述分断环一部分镶嵌孔的沟槽内,另一部分凸出孔内阻挡轴承,用外撑套撑住分断环内径,再用孔用挡圈挡住外撑套;所述半分环一部分卡轴槽内,另一部分凸出轴外阻挡轴承,用内撑套套住半分环,再用轴用挡圈挡住内撑套。该合挡圈简单新颖的锁定装置和特殊的工件联接,有效解决了轴向推力较大且不易固定的难题。

本发明涉及一种孔轴用组合挡圈。
背景技术
在工程机械、钻探机械、变速箱体齿轮固定、液压机械、旋转接 头以及工作机械等许多机械行业,经常会遇工件之间进行连接时轴向 推力较大且空间小不易固定的问题。基本上都采用焊接等方法予以解 决,这就使得工件连接后不易拆卸,不易维修,损坏时需整体更换, 浪费物力,财力。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种孔轴用组合挡圈, 该合挡圈简单新颖的锁定装置和特殊的工件联接,有效解决了轴向推 力较大且不易固定的难题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种孔轴用组合挡圈,包括孔用挡圈、外 撑套、分断环、半分环、内撑套、轴用挡圈,其特征在于:所述分断 环一部分镶嵌孔的沟槽内,另一部分凸出孔内阻挡轴承,用外撑套撑 住分断环内径,再用孔用挡圈挡住外撑套;所述半分环一部分卡轴槽 内,另一部分凸出轴外阻挡轴承,用内撑套套住半分环,再用轴用挡 圈挡住内撑套。
进一步地,所述分断环为三分环。
本发明的优点效果:该孔轴用组合挡圈能够承受住很大轴向推 力,解决了特殊场合(空间狭小、轴向力较大等)轴承或轴不易锁定 的难题,便于安装和拆卸。结构简单,便于加工。
