食用菌通用培养料,属一种栽培蘑菇的培养料。
目前供栽培食用菌使用的培养料,一般都是由单一原料构成的,这种单一原料的培养料,使食用菌的栽培品种受到了一定限制,且防杂菌能力弱,生物转化率也不高。
本发明的目的,在于提供一种原料易得,栽培品种范围广的食用菌通用培养料。
本发明的原理如下。利用稻草栽培食用菌品种广,切碎后透气性好的特点,以及利用杂木屑栽培食用菌品种广的特点,作为本培养料的主料。它们均含有丰富的纤维、半纤维和木质素。麸皮或米糠含氮量较高,作为一种重要的添加料,同时辅以石膏粉、石灰粉和食盐矿物质添加剂。按照一定的重量比称重后,均匀地进行拌合,即成为本食用菌通用培养料。
本发明具有原料来源广,生产成本低,加工配制方法简单和使用方便的特点,且培养料的防杂菌能力和生物转化率有明显提高,可广泛用作各种食用菌栽培的培养料。
实施本发明的原料配比是(%):碎稻草34-42,杂木屑34-42,麸皮或米糠10-20,石膏粉2-5,石灰粉1-3,食盐0.5-2。按上述方法配制的食用菌通用培养料栽培实测结果如下:

2、根据权利要求1所述的食用菌通用培养料,其特征在于:各种组成料的配料重量比是(%):碎稻草34-42,杂木屑34-42,麸皮或米糠10-20,石膏粉2-5,石灰粉1-3,食盐0.5-2。
