Abstract

本发明涉及一种机械式的应急调距装置,包括衬套、应急油缸、外油管,所述衬套密封固定连接在艉端轴内,所述应急油缸的缸体设置在艉端轴端前部内,缸体中的活塞套在衬套内,且活塞与衬套之间密封滑动连接,外油管置于艉端轴和艏端轴内,艉端轴和艏端轴内的外油管通过前、后环连接在一起,艉端轴内的外油管插在活塞内,所述艉端轴上设置有注油口;注油口连通应急油缸位于活塞近艉端的油腔。采用本发明的应急装置实现“机械驱动”方式的应急调距,可以在全船失电、调距桨液压系统全部失去功能或者调距桨装置发生故障等极端情况下,将桨叶螺距调整至至全正车螺距位,从而提升调距桨装置的应急使用性能。

Description

机械式的应急调距装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种船舶动力推进装置,尤其是一种应急调距装置。
背景技术
调距桨装置由电气遥控、液压驱动,可在不改变推进器轴转向的条件下,通过调节桨叶螺距角改变桨的推力大小和方向,将主机的功率转化成对船的推力,从而使舰船实现正航、倒航、停车等运行工况以及航速控制或机动操纵。
当全船失电、调距桨液压系统全部失去功能或者调距桨装置发生故障时,调距桨装置将无法进行正常调距,影响到整条船的生命力。目前,国内主要采用手摇泵或气动泵向调距桨装置的桨毂油缸进行注油的方式实现应急调距。采用此方法需要借助于液压系统,并通过桨毂油缸实现“液压驱动”方式的应急调距。有别于传统的应急调距方式,不需要借助液压系统及桨毂油缸,实现“机械驱动”方式的应急调距,同样也可解决调距桨装置在极端情况下无法进行调距的困境。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种机械式的应急调距装置,可将调距装置转变成定距桨状态使用,以保证船舶在极端情况下的航行,并且适用于船舶动力推进系统调距桨装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种机械式的应急调距装置,包括衬套、应急油缸、外油管,所述衬套密封固定连接在艉端轴内,所述应急油缸的缸体设置在艉端轴端前部内,缸体中的活塞套在衬套内,且活塞与衬套之间密封滑动连接,外油管置于艉端轴和艏端轴内,艉端轴和艏端轴内的外油管通过前、后环连接在一起,艉端轴内的外油管插在活塞内,所述艉端轴上设置有注油口;注油口连通应急油缸位于活塞近艉端的油腔。
进一步,所述活塞与衬套之间设有第二密封圈,活塞与应急油缸的缸体之间设有第一密封圈,衬套与艉端的轴内孔之间设有第三密封圈。
进一步,所述应急油缸上设有安全阀。
进一步,所述注油口连接气动泵。
进一步,所述外油管与桨毂内的后活塞杆及后活塞刚性连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用应急装置实现“机械驱动”方式的应急调距,可以在全船失电、调距桨液压系统全部失去功能或者调距桨装置发生故障等极端情况下,将桨叶螺距调整至至全正车螺距位,从而提升调距桨装置的应急使用性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,一种机械式的应急调距装置20,安装于轴内。该装置包括安全阀1、第一密封圈2、活塞3、第二密封圈4、第三密封圈5、衬套6、螺钉7、注油口8、应急油缸9、外油管10等。
衬套6通过螺钉7固定在艉端轴内,应急油缸9的缸体设置在艉端轴端前部内,缸体中的活塞3套在衬套6内。活塞3与衬套6之间设有第二密封圈4,活塞3与应急油缸9的缸体之间设有第一密封圈2,衬套6与艉端轴13内孔之间设有第三密封圈5。应急油缸9上设有安全阀1,用于保护有关机械。艉端轴13上设置有注油口8,且注油口8连通应急油缸9位于活塞3近艉端的油腔。注油口8连接气动泵16。
艉端轴13与艏端轴14之间通过调整轴15连接,艉端轴13和艏端轴14内置有外油管10,艉端轴13和艏端轴14内的外油管10通过前、后环11,12连接在一起,且前、后环11,12处于调整轴15内。外油管10与桨毂17内的后活塞杆18及后活塞19刚性连接。
进行应急调距前,活塞3处于左艉向端位。使用时,通过气动泵从轴上注油口8注入压力油,推动活塞3向右移动艏向,当活塞3靠上外油管后环后,在高压油的作用下,活塞3继续推动外油管后环连同整个外油管向右移动艏向。由于外油管与桨毂内的后活塞杆及后活塞刚性连接,外油管移动的同时也带动后活塞向右移动艏向。通过活塞3的运动,驱动桨毂内的曲柄—滑块机构进行调距,直至桨叶螺距调整至全正车螺距位。

Claims (4)

1.一种机械式的应急调距装置,包括衬套(6)、应急油缸(9)、外油管(10),其特征在于:所述衬套(6)密封固定连接在艉端轴(13)内,所述应急油缸(9)的缸体设置在艉端轴(13)的前部内,缸体中的活塞(3)套在衬套(6)内,且活塞(3)与衬套(6)之间密封滑动连接,外油管(10)置于艉端轴(13)和艏端轴(14)内,艉端轴(13)和艏端轴(14)内的外油管(10)通过前、后环(11,12)连接在一起,艉端轴(13)内的外油管(10)插在活塞(3)内,所述艉端轴(13)上设置有注油口(8);注油口(8)连通应急油缸(9)位于活塞(3)近艉端的油腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述机械式的应急调距装置,其特征在于:所述活塞(3)与衬套(6)之间设有第二密封圈(4),活塞(3)与应急油缸(9)的缸体之间设有第一密封圈(2),衬套(6)与艉端轴内孔之间设有第三密封圈(5)。所述应急油缸上设有安全阀(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述机械式的应急调距装置,其特征在于:所述注油口(8)连接气动泵(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的所述机械式的应急调距装置,其特征在于:所述外油管(10)与桨毂(17)内的后活塞杆(18)及后活塞(19)刚性连接。
