本发明涉及一种复合式双组份吸音棉,它依次包括吸音层Ⅰ、隔音层和吸音层Ⅱ,它们相邻之间通过粘结层连接,所述吸音层Ⅰ和吸音层Ⅱ都是由聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维按照重量份数3:8熔融而成的混合层,所述吸音层Ⅰ、隔音层和吸音层Ⅱ的厚度比为(2‑4):(0.2‑0.5):1,在所述吸音层Ⅰ内设有“V”字形吸音孔,在所述吸音层Ⅱ内设有“八”字形吸音孔。本发明质量轻,隔音吸音效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸音棉,具体涉及一种双组份吸音棉。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和人们消费水平不断提高,客户对于汽车吸音隔音、轻量化、舒适度等方面的也要求越来越高。现有的汽车用吸音棉,普遍存在结构单一,吸音隔音效果差,不环保等问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种质量轻,隔音吸音效果好的复合式双组份吸音棉。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种复合式双组份吸音棉,它依次包括吸音层Ⅰ、隔音层和吸音层Ⅱ,它们相邻之间通过粘结层连接,所述吸音层Ⅰ和吸音层Ⅱ都是由聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维按照重量份数3:8熔融而成的混合层,所述吸音层Ⅰ、隔音层和吸音层Ⅱ的厚度比为(2-4):(0.2-0.5):1,在所述吸音层Ⅰ内设有“V”字形吸音孔,在所述吸音层Ⅱ内设有“八”字形吸音孔。
所述“V”字形吸音孔的开口端设在吸音层Ⅰ的外端面上。
所述“八”字形吸音孔的开口端设在吸音层Ⅱ的外端面上。
所述吸音层Ⅰ、隔音层和吸音层Ⅱ的厚度比为5:1:2。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明整体结构设置合理,采用厚度比为5:1:2的吸音层Ⅰ、隔音层和吸音层Ⅱ,并且吸音层Ⅰ和吸音层Ⅱ都是由聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维按照重量份数3:8熔融而成,使整体吸音隔音效果优异,在吸音层Ⅰ内设有“V”字形吸音孔,在吸音层Ⅱ内设有“八”字形吸音孔,进一步提高吸音效果,本产品整体环保耐用,符合实际使用要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种复合式双组份吸音棉,它依次包括吸音层Ⅰ1、隔音层2和吸音层Ⅱ3,它们相邻之间通过粘结层连接,所述吸音层Ⅰ1和吸音层Ⅱ3都是由聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维按照重量份数3:8熔融而成的混合层,所述吸音层Ⅰ1、隔音层2和吸音层Ⅱ3的厚度比为5:1:2,在所述吸音层Ⅰ1内设有“V”字形吸音孔4,在所述吸音层Ⅱ3内设有“八”字形吸音孔5;所述“V”字形吸音孔4的开口端设在吸音层Ⅰ1的外端面上;所述“八”字形吸音孔5的开口端设在吸音层Ⅱ3的外端面上。本发明整体结构设置合理,采用厚度比为5:1:2的吸音层Ⅰ、隔音层和吸音层Ⅱ,并且吸音层Ⅰ和吸音层Ⅱ都是由聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维按照重量份数3:8熔融而成,使整体吸音隔音效果优异,在吸音层Ⅰ内设有“V”字形吸音孔,在吸音层Ⅱ内设有“八”字形吸音孔,进一步提高吸音效果,本产品整体环保耐用,符合实际使用要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种复合式双组份吸音棉,其特征在于:它依次包括吸音层Ⅰ(1)、隔音层(2)和吸音层Ⅱ(3),它们相邻之间通过粘结层连接,所述吸音层Ⅰ(1)和吸音层Ⅱ(3)都是由聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维按照重量份数3:8熔融而成的混合层,所述吸音层Ⅰ(1)、隔音层(2)和吸音层Ⅱ(3)的厚度比为(2-4):(0.2-0.5):1,在所述吸音层Ⅰ(1)内设有“V”字形吸音孔(4),在所述吸音层Ⅱ(3)内设有“八”字形吸音孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合式双组份吸音棉,其特征在于:所述“V”字形吸音孔(4)的开口端设在吸音层Ⅰ(1)的外端面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合式双组份吸音棉,其特征在于:所述“八”字形吸音孔(5)的开口端设在吸音层Ⅱ(3)的外端面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合式双组份吸音棉,其特征在于:所述吸音层Ⅰ(1)、隔音层(2)和吸音层Ⅱ(3)的厚度比为5:1:2。
