技术领域
本发明涉及隔音材料制品技术领域,具体涉及一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料。
背景技术
汽车已经成为人们生活中必不可少的交通工具。
随着人们生活水平的逐步提升,越来越多的人将汽车的需求从代步工具转变至舒适的移动空间,因此,降噪隔音成为衡量汽车质量的重要标准。
汽车的主要声音来源分为:发动机噪声、车身与底盘噪声、外界风噪、以及厢内共鸣噪音。然而,由于汽车在实际的车身选材中受到质量、强度等众多因素的影响,现有技术中吸音材料由于其自身的物理性质,很难直接应用至汽车上。
因此,先亟需一种能够应用至汽车上的超轻吸音材料。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料;本发明材料具备质量低、强度高、吸音性能较佳的优势,能够满足汽车制造较高的降噪隔音标准。
本发明的技术方案是:一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,超轻吸音材料采用复合材料,所述复合材料从上至下依次包括第一吸音层、第一粘结层、第二吸音层、第二粘结层、基质层;所述第一吸音层采用A组分组合物;所述A组分组合物按照质量份数包括50~75份羽绒、30~42份吸音棉、18~25份聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、13~25份聚烯烃弹力纤维、7~15份甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷、3~7份热塑性树脂胶粘剂;
所述第一粘结层采用石墨烯泡沫、聚乳酸泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫的任意一种;
所述第二吸音层基质层采用B组分组合物;所述B组分组合物按照质量份数包括35~48份聚四氟乙烯超细纤维、20~35份亚麻纤维、15~25份聚丙烯纤维;
所述第二粘结层采用超轻微点阵铝材料;
所述基质层采用C组分组合物;所述C组分组合物按照质量份数包括34~50份改性碳纤维、23~25份纸黏土、13~20份PET短纤维、2~5份海泡石绒、0.5~2份表面改性剂。

进一步地,所述热塑性树脂胶粘剂具体采用过氯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯酸酯、聚酰胺的一种或多种;氯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯酸酯、聚酰胺均具备较佳的耐冲击性能,其实际的剥离强度和起始粘结性都好,在实际的使用中可任意搭配,使用方便。

制备第二吸音层基质层:将聚四氟乙烯超细纤维、亚麻纤维、聚丙烯纤维放入熔喷机内,在260~280℃条件下进行喷丝,得到第二吸音层;
制备基质层:改性碳纤维、纸黏土、PET短纤维、海泡石绒、表面改性剂放入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后采用压延法制成膜层,再经冷却定型、收卷、熟化、分切,即得基质层;
步骤二:超轻吸音材料的制备
采用粘合法从上至下将第一吸音层、第一粘结层、第二吸音层、第二粘结层、基质层粘接得到超轻吸音材料。
更进一步地,第二粘结层的制备方法具体为:采用3D金属打印技术打印处微点阵结构的铝材料,并对其进行切割处理,得到相应厚度的超轻微点阵铝材料,即第二粘结层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明所采用的第一吸音层、第一粘结层、第二吸音层、第二粘结层、基质层均为开孔结构,能够最大的优化吸音性能,在保证材料强度的基础上采用轻质材料达到较佳的吸音性能;另外,本发明基于羽绒与纤维为主要原材料制备两种不同结构的吸音层并与基质层进行结合,一方面实现了轻质化的材料转变,另一方面在实际的吸音层制备中生成的多孔聚合物材料具有刚性骨架有效地保证整体结构的强度。

实施例1:如图1所示的一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,超轻吸音材料采用复合材料,复合材料从上至下依次包括第一吸音层1、第一粘结层2、第二吸音层3、第二粘结层4、基质层5;第一吸音层1采用A组分组合物;A组分组合物按照质量份数包括50份羽绒、30份吸音棉、18份聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、13份聚烯烃弹力纤维、7份甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷、3份热塑性树脂胶粘剂;
第一粘结层2采用石墨烯泡沫;
第二吸音层基质层3采用B组分组合物;B组分组合物按照质量份数包括35份聚四氟乙烯超细纤维、20份亚麻纤维、15份聚丙烯纤维;
第二粘结层4采用超轻微点阵铝材料;

步骤二:超轻吸音材料的制备
采用粘合法从上至下将第一吸音层1、第一粘结层2、第二吸音层3、第二粘结层4、基质层5粘接得到超轻吸音材料。

1.一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,具体采用复合材料,所述复合材料从上至下依次包括第一吸音层(1)、第一粘结层(2)、第二吸音层(3)、第二粘结层(4)、基质层(5);其特征在于,所述第一吸音层(1)采用A组分组合物;所述A组分组合物按照质量份数包括50~75份羽绒、30~42份吸音棉、18~25份聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、13~25份聚烯烃弹力纤维、7~15份甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷、3~7份热塑性树脂胶粘剂;
所述第一粘结层(2)采用石墨烯泡沫、聚乳酸泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫的任意一种;
所述第二吸音层基质层(3)采用B组分组合物;所述B组分组合物按照质量份数包括35~48份聚四氟乙烯超细纤维、20~35份亚麻纤维、15~25份聚丙烯纤维;
所述第二粘结层(4)采用超轻微点阵铝材料;
所述基质层(5)采用C组分组合物;所述C组分组合物按照质量份数包括34~50份改性碳纤维、23~25份纸黏土、13~20份PET短纤维、2~5份海泡石绒、0.5~2份表面改性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,其特征在于,所述第一吸音层(1)、第一粘结层(2)、第二吸音层(3)、第二粘结层(4)、基质层(5)之间的厚度比3~7:0.2~0.5:13~18:2~4:15~18。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,其特征在于,所述热塑性树脂胶粘剂具体采用过氯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯酸酯、聚酰胺的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,其特征在于,所述表面改性剂包括质量百分比为70~75%的偶联剂、25~30%的表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂具体采用硅烷偶联剂;表面活性剂具体采用季铵化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料,其特征在于,所述第二粘结层(4)采用超轻微点阵铝材料。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种基于羽绒与纤维防脱落刚性骨架结构的超轻吸音材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括:
步骤一:原料的制备
制备第一吸音层(1):将羽绒、吸音棉、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚烯烃弹力纤维、甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷、热塑性树脂胶粘剂放入熔喷机内,在220~230℃条件下进行喷丝,得到第一吸音层;
制备第二吸音层基质层(3):将聚四氟乙烯超细纤维、亚麻纤维、聚丙烯纤维放入熔喷机内,在260~280℃条件下进行喷丝,得到第二吸音层;
制备基质层(5):改性碳纤维、纸黏土、PET短纤维、海泡石绒、表面改性剂放入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后采用压延法制成膜层,再经冷却定型、收卷、熟化、分切,即得基质层;
步骤二:超轻吸音材料的制备
采用粘合法从上至下将第一吸音层(1)、第一粘结层(2)、第二吸音层(3)、第二粘结层(4)、基质层(5)粘接得到超轻吸音材料。
