Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉,包括:增强层,所述增强层的外表面包裹有纤维复合层,所述纤维复合层的下表面为底面无纺布层,所述纤维复合层的上表面为顶面无纺布层,所述顶面无纺布层和纤维复合层之间设有吸音面板,所述吸音面板上带有垂直于所述吸音面板长度方向的吸引孔。本发明一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉,结构简单,设计合理,其通过在纤维复合层内内置弹簧丝,起到增强和回弹的效果;通过带吸音孔的吸音板设计,起到强化吸音的功效,本发明的吸音棉整体吸音性能优异、隔热、回弹效果好,强度高,综合性能优异,市场前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及吸音棉领域,特别是涉及一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉。
背景技术
现有吸音棉,一般为玻璃纤维吸音棉或聚酯纤维两侧粘胶上隔音层构成。由这两种吸音棉衍生的吸音棉类型各种各样,但大都使用铝箔作为增强层,存在隔热效果差的缺点,且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉,能够解决现有吸音棉隔热效果差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉,包括:增强层,所述增强层的外表面包裹有纤维复合层,所述纤维复合层的下表面为底面无纺布层,所述纤维复合层的上表面为顶面无纺布层,所述顶面无纺布层和纤维复合层之间设有吸音面板,所述吸音面板上带有垂直于所述吸音面板长度方向的吸引孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增强层为弹簧丝层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纤维复合层为PP与PET纤维复合层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PP与PET纤维的复合质量比为1:1~3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述顶面无纺布层和底面无纺布层的层数为3~5层,且采用过压圆点分别固定在所述吸音面板和纤维复合层上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸引孔的长度等于所述吸音面板的宽度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸引孔自顶面无纺布层向纤维复合层一侧依次包括孔径逐渐增大的小孔吸音空、中孔吸引孔和大孔吸引孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉,结构简单,设计合理,其通过在纤维复合层内内置弹簧丝,起到增强和回弹的效果;通过带吸音孔的吸音板设计,起到强化吸音的功效,本发明的吸音棉整体吸音性能优异、隔热、回弹效果好,强度高,综合性能优异,市场前景广阔。

实施例1
一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉,包括增强层1,所述增强层1为高弹性弹簧丝层,其外表面包裹有纤维复合层2,该纤维复合层2为复合质量比为1:1~3的PP与PET纤维复合层,其下表面为底面无纺布层3,其上表面为顶面无纺布层4,且顶面无纺布层4和纤维复合层2之间还设有吸音面板5。其中,顶面无纺布层4和底面无纺布层3的层数为3~5层,均采用过压圆点分别固定在吸音面板5和纤维复合层2上。
所述吸音面板5上带有垂直于吸音面板长度方向的吸引孔6,且吸引孔的长度等于吸音面板5的宽度。
该吸音孔6自顶面无纺布层4向纤维复合层2一侧依次为孔径逐渐增大的小孔吸音空61、中孔音引孔62和大孔吸音孔63,且孔径以公差为2mm的等差数列逐步增长,其中,小吸音孔的孔径为1~3mm。

1.一种环保型高强隔热吸音棉,其特征在于,包括:增强层,所述增强层的外表面包裹有纤维复合层,所述纤维复合层的下表面为底面无纺布层,所述纤维复合层的上表面为顶面无纺布层,所述顶面无纺布层和纤维复合层之间设有吸音面板,所述吸音面板上带有垂直于所述吸音面板长度方向的吸引孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高强隔热吸音棉,其特征在于,所述增强层为弹簧丝层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高强隔热吸音棉,其特征在于,所述纤维复合层为PP与PET纤维复合层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保型高强隔热吸音棉,其特征在于,所述PP与PET纤维的复合质量比为1:1~3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高强隔热吸音棉,其特征在于,所述顶面无纺布层和底面无纺布层的层数为3~5层,且采用过压圆点分别固定在所述吸音面板和纤维复合层上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高强隔热吸音棉,其特征在于,所述吸引孔的长度等于所述吸音面板的宽度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的环保型高强隔热吸音棉,其特征在于,所述吸引孔自顶面无纺布层向纤维复合层一侧依次包括孔径逐渐增大的小孔吸音空、中孔吸引孔和大孔吸引孔。
