本发明公开了一种用于管材清洗的夹持框，包括框体和弹簧柱塞，弹簧柱塞安装在框体上，弹簧柱塞的销柱凸出于框体内侧壁，本发明中，所提出的用于管材清洗的夹持框，通过弹簧柱塞将管材夹持住，从而避免清洗过程中管材在夹持框内转动，确保管材清洗后和清洗前位置保持不变；本发明公开了一种用于管材清洗的清洗装置，包括上述用于管材清洗的夹持框，还包括传送机构、超声波清洗机构和喷淋机构，传送机构传送所述夹持框顺序经过超声波清洗机构和喷淋机构。

一种用于管材清洗的夹持框和清洗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗装置技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于管材清洗的夹持框和清洗装置。
背景技术
现有的管材清洗装置，管材放置在清洗装置上清洗过程中，管材会发生转动，管材清洗完毕后，管材相对于清洗之前的的放置位发生改变，影响下一步对管材的加工。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出一种用于管材清洗的夹持框和清洗装置。
本发明提出的一种用于管材清洗的夹持框，包括框体和弹簧柱塞；
弹簧柱塞安装在框体上，弹簧柱塞的销柱凸出于框体内侧壁。
优选地，弹簧柱塞设有多个，多个弹簧柱塞沿框体周向均匀设置。
优选地，框体内壁与所述管材外壁吻合。
本发明中，所提出的用于管材清洗的夹持框，通过弹簧柱塞将管材夹持住，从而避免清洗过程中管材在夹持框内转动，确保管材清洗后和清洗前位置保持不变。
本发明提出的一种用于管材清洗的清洗装置，包括上述用于管材清洗的夹持框，还包括传送机构、超声波清洗机构和喷淋机构，传送机构传送所述夹持框顺序经过超声波清洗机构和喷淋机构。
本发明中，所提出的用于管材清洗的清洗装置，待清洗管材放置进入夹持框中，传送机构传送夹持框顺序经过超声波清洗机构和喷淋机构，超声波清洗喷淋清洗过程中，管材在夹持框内保持不动。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，图1为本发明提出的一种用于管材清洗的夹持框的结构示意图，图2为本发明提出的一种用于管材清洗的清洗装置的结构示意图。
参照图1，本发明提出的一种用于管材清洗的夹持框，包括框体1和弹簧柱塞2；
弹簧柱塞2安装在框体1上，弹簧柱塞2的销柱凸出于框体1内侧壁，销柱在外力作用下可克服弹簧弹力向后退，最终销柱可退至其端部与内侧壁面平齐。
本实施例中，弹簧柱塞2设有四个，四个弹簧柱塞2沿框体1周向均匀设置，四个弹簧柱塞2将放置在框体1内的管材端部夹紧，避免清洗过程中管材转动。
进一步地，框体1内壁与所述管材外壁吻合，防止管材在夹持框内晃动，本实施例中框体1内壁截面呈圆形，适合放置截面为圆形的管材。
本发明中，所提出的用于管材清洗的夹持框，通过弹簧柱塞2将管材夹持住，从而避免清洗过程中管材在夹持框内转动，确保管材清洗后和清洗前位置保持不变。
参照图2，本发明提出的一种用于管材清洗的清洗装置，包括上述用于管材清洗的夹持框，还包括传送机构3、超声波清洗机构4和喷淋机构5，本实施例中的传送机构3为传送履带，传送履带传送所述夹持框顺序经过超声波清洗机构4和喷淋机构5。
本实施例提出的清洗装置在工作过程中，传送机构3将夹持框传送至上料工位，机械手将待清洗管材放置进入夹持框中，四个弹簧柱塞2将管材夹紧，传送机构3传送夹持框顺序经过超声波清洗机构4和喷淋机构5，超声波清洗喷淋清洗过程中，管材在夹持框内保持不动，传送机构3传送夹持框最终到达下料工位，机械手将清洗完毕的管材从夹持框中取出。

弹簧柱塞(2)安装在框体(1)上，弹簧柱塞(2)的销柱凸出于框体(1)内侧壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于管材清洗的夹持框，其特征在于，弹簧柱塞(2)设有多个，多个弹簧柱塞(2)沿框体(1)周向均匀设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于管材清洗的夹持框，其特征在于，框体(1)内壁与所述管材外壁吻合。
4.一种用于管材清洗的清洗装置，其特征在于，包括权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于管材清洗的夹持框，还包括传送机构(3)、超声波清洗机构(4)和喷淋机构(5)，传送机构(3)传送所述夹持框顺序经过超声波清洗机构(4)和喷淋机构(5)。
