1. in an embodiment of the invention, when the self-service cash recycling machine is in a power-on state, a preset operation interface is not directly displayed, but attribute information of a cash box sent by an external service end is determined firstly, so that when the attribute information of the cash box sent by the external service end is determined, the attribute information is stored, the attribute information of the cash box in a cash channel is acquired, whether the stored logic attribute information is matched with the acquired physical attribute information is determined, if the attribute information is matched, the cash box is normal is indicated, therefore, the preset operation interface can be displayed to provide service for a user, when the attribute information is not matched, the cash box is abnormal, therefore, the abnormal information of the cash box needs to be sent to an administrator through the external service end, so that the administrator can maintain timely, and meanwhile, information of stopping operation needs to be output to prompt the user that the self-service cash recycling machine is prohibited to be used, and the problem that the user sends short cash to the cash is avoided, the user experience is reduced.
2. In an embodiment of the present invention, when determining whether a banknote box in a banknote channel is abnormal, it is necessary to sequentially determine whether an ID, a currency and a denomination of the banknote box that are acquired and stored are the same, and when at least one piece of different information exists among the ID, the currency and the denomination of the banknote box, it may be determined that the banknote box is abnormal, so that an operation state cannot be performed, that is, a preset operation interface cannot be displayed, but information for stopping operation needs to be output, thereby avoiding a problem that a user uses and sends out a long short money, and reducing user experience.
3. In an embodiment of the present invention, when the banknote cassette is powered on and the external server does not send the attribute information of the banknote cassette, the attribute information of the banknote cassette stored last time needs to be acquired, so that the attribute information stored last time is used for matching with the acquired attribute information to determine whether the banknote cassette is abnormal, and the operation is stopped when the banknote cassette is determined to be abnormal, thereby avoiding the problem of long and short banknotes, and reducing the user experience.
4. In an embodiment of the present invention, when a banknote adding instruction input from the outside is received, it is described that the banknote clearing and adding operation is performed outside, so that it can be determined that a banknote box in a banknote channel has been taken out, but it cannot be determined whether the banknote box is placed back in the banknote channel, and therefore it is necessary to determine whether there is a banknote box in the banknote channel.

In an embodiment of the present invention, when the banknote box is not in the power-on state, it is necessary to determine the in-place state of the banknote box according to a preset detection period, acquire the attribute information of the banknote box when the banknote box is determined to be in place, and match the attribute information with the stored logical attribute information, and output the information of stopping operation and stop providing services to the outside only when the stored logical attribute information is not matched with the acquired physical attribute information, thereby avoiding the problem of short money due to use of a user, and reducing the use experience of the user.

s7: displaying a preset operation interface;
the attribute information includes: banknote cassette ID, banknote denomination and banknote currency;
the determining whether the stored attribute information matches the acquired attribute information includes:
d0: determining whether the stored banknote box ID is the same as the acquired banknote box ID, if so, executing D1, otherwise, executing S6;
d1: determining whether the stored banknote currency is the same as the acquired banknote currency, if so, executing D2, otherwise, executing S6;

the attribute information for determining whether the external server sends out the money box comprises the following steps:
when determining that the attribute information of the banknote box is not sent by the external server, acquiring the attribute information of the banknote box stored for the last time, and executing S3;

receiving a money adding instruction input from the outside;
executing S1 according to the money adding instruction;
