Specifically, in the embodiment, an analysis process for an abnormal order is provided, and when a technician receives the abnormal order in a background of a server, an order identifier, that is, an order number is extracted, and then the order is analyzed to extract nodes of each item in each transaction information; referring to fig. 3, a node for inquiring order information, a node for inquiring source information, a node for inquiring user information, and the like are included under an order, and a corresponding report is generated at each information node; the mapping of each information node into the preset information model is embodied in the form of a code, and the reaction result of each node is also embodied in the form of a keyword, so that when the background receives an abnormal order, the keywords of each node of the abnormal order need to be proposed, mapping judgment is carried out in the information model, the comparison of each node is realized, the abnormal node is screened out, and the positioning of the abnormal node of the abnormal order is realized.
