If the first judging module 3 judges no, the second judging module 5 is invoked, and the second judging module 5 is used for judging whether the accumulated number of times the notification information is pushed is larger than a second threshold value.
If the second judging module 5 judges yes, the calling processing module 4 processes the target order according to refund operation.
If the second judging module 5 judges no, the pushing module 2 is called again.
In this embodiment, the first preset time interval may be set by user according to practical applications, for example, the first preset time interval may take a value of 24 hours, and in this embodiment, if an operation instruction is received in the first preset time interval, the processing module 4 may process the target order according to a predetermined operation determined by the operation instruction.
For example, in the case of receiving the operation instruction, the third determining module for determining whether the operation instruction is a refund instruction may be further invoked, and if it is determined that the operation instruction is a refund instruction, the processing module 4 may determine the predetermined operation as a refund operation according to the refund instruction, and may then process the target order according to the refund operation, where the refund operation may be a quick refund operation, so as to refund the target amount corresponding to the target order to the target account immediately.
For another example, in the case of receiving the operation instruction, the fourth determination module for determining whether the operation instruction is a no-process instruction may be further invoked, and if it is determined that the operation instruction is not required, the predetermined operation may be determined to be a no-operation according to the no-process instruction, and the processing module 4 does not perform any processing on the target order, and deletes it from the electronic form in which the target order is stored, since the target order has been subjected to the predetermined operation (no-operation).
If the operation instruction cannot be received within the first preset time interval, the second judging module 5 may be invoked to further judge whether the accumulated number of times of pushing the notification information to the target account is greater than a second threshold, where the second threshold may be set according to the actual application user definition. If the accumulated times are greater than the second threshold, the target user can be actively assisted to initiate refund operation, and the processing module 4 can process the target order according to the refund operation, so as to protect the benefit of the target user and improve the service experience of the target user. If the accumulated number of times is not greater than the second threshold, the pushing module 2 may be called to push the notification information to the target account again, in this embodiment, the time interval between two consecutive pushing notification information is approximately a first preset time interval, so as to avoid bombing the information of the target user due to a higher pushing frequency, and further cause poor experience of the target user, where the first preset time interval should be a longer time interval, for example, the 24 hours.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the second judging module 5 may not be called, but a fifth judging module for judging whether the time interval between the current time and the time when the notification information is pushed for the first time is greater than the first threshold, and actively assisting the user in initiating the refund operation when the fifth judging module judges yes, and pushing the notification information to the target account again when the fifth judging module judges no.
According to the method and the system for processing the commodity delivery, the notification message can be actively pushed to the target account corresponding to the target order by acquiring the target order with the commodity delivery abnormality, so that the target account can be informed of the commodity delivery abnormality purchased, in addition, the target order can be actively processed according to the preset operation, and actions such as complaints and the like are not required to be made by consumers, so that service experience of the consumers can be improved, and requirements on customer service staff can be reduced.

Judging whether an operation instruction is received or not in a first preset time interval, wherein the operation instruction is used for determining the preset operation; if not, the step of pushing the notification information to the target account corresponding to the target order is executed again;
The notification information further comprises a virtual control for receiving the operation instruction, and/or the operation instruction comprises a refund instruction, wherein the refund instruction is used for determining the preset operation as a refund operation; if the operation instruction is received in the first preset time interval, judging whether the operation instruction is a refund instruction, and if the operation instruction is the refund instruction, processing the target order according to the refund operation;
judging whether the time interval between the current time and the time when the notification information is pushed for the first time is larger than a first threshold value or judging whether the accumulated number of times when the notification information is pushed is larger than a second threshold value; if yes, the target order is processed according to refund operation, wherein the preset operation comprises refund operation.
2. The information processing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the target order includes:
Periodically acquiring target orders in an order library according to filtering conditions, wherein the order library comprises a plurality of orders;
the filtering conditions include: generating a logistics track or updating the logistics track in a second preset time interval;
