Among them, the information processing apparatus 20b is a service platform that provides a user with a travel service, and is capable of providing airline tickets, bus tickets, train tickets, and hotel ordering services. The service providers 20a corresponding to the information processing device 20b are air ticket providers, bus ticket providers, train ticket providers, and hotel providers. The service provider 20a may be a party capable of directly providing a service or an agent of a certain service, and for example, the ticket provider of the information processing apparatus 20b may be an airline company or an agent of a ticket.
In the present embodiment, the information processing apparatus 20b includes a service reminder platform 21b, a service order information base 22b, and a compensation scheme determination module 23 b. The service reminding platform 21b includes a trip message receiving module 201, a message sorting module 202, a supplementary recommendation processing module 203, a message unifying exporting module 204 and a push message outputting module 205.
The service reminding platform 21b receives messages sent by each service provider, and outputs push messages to the user terminal 20 c; the service order information base 22b stores the generated associated orders; the compensation scheme determining module 23b is configured to determine to push a compensation scheme corresponding to the target service to the order user.
In the above embodiment, the travel message receiving module 201 receives travel messages from an air ticket provider, a bus ticket provider, a train ticket provider, and a hotel provider; the message sorting module 202 processes a round of messages according to some filtering rules configured by industry and platform product operation, judges importance and priority of travel messages and sorts the travel messages; the service reminding platform 21b acquires an order user corresponding to the target service from the service order information base 22b according to the service abnormal information of the target service, and acquires an associated order of the order user; the compensation scheme determining module 23b determines a compensation scheme corresponding to the target service pushed to the order user according to the associated order of the order user; the supplementary recommendation processing module 203 receives the compensation scheme and supplements the recommended compensation scheme, the supplementary recommendation processing module 203 generates a push message from the compensation scheme and the supplementary recommendation compensation scheme and sends the push message to the message uniform exporting module 204, and the message uniform exporting module 204 outputs the push message to the push message output module 205; the push message output module 205 pushes the push message to the user terminal 20c of the ordering user.
Fig. 1c is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing system 30 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1c, the information processing system 30 includes a plurality of service providers 30a, information processing devices 30b, and user terminals 30 c; the first service provider 10a transmits service abnormality information to the information processing device 30b when there is an abnormality in the target service; after receiving the service abnormal information, the information processing device 30b obtains first order information related to the service abnormal information and a corresponding target user from a service order information base of the information processing device; the information processing device 30b determines second order information related to the target user, wherein the second order information comprises order information of the target user at other service providers; the information processing apparatus 30b determines a recommended alternative associated with the target user based on the first order information and the second order information, and transmits the recommended alternative to the user terminal 30c of the target user.
In the above system embodiment of the present application, the information processing device obtains service anomaly information of an accessed service provider; according to the service abnormal information, order information and target users related to the service abnormal information; according to the order information of the target user related to the abnormal service information and other order information of the target user, a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user is determined, the alternative scheme is automatically recommended to the target user, the processing efficiency of the abnormal service is improved, and the user experience is improved.

In the present embodiment, the information processing apparatus is a service platform that provides services to users. The embodiment of the application does not limit the type of the service platform and the type of the service provided by the service platform, and the service platform comprises one or more types of data processing. For example, the service platform is an air ticket ordering platform, and the service platform can provide ordering services such as bus tickets, train tickets, hotel and sight spot tickets and the like besides the data processing of the type of air ticket ordering service; or the service platform is an automobile ticket and train ticket ordering platform, and the service platform can provide ordering services such as air tickets, hotels and the like besides two types of data processing of the automobile tickets and the train tickets.
Wherein the type of the service provider is associated according to the kind of the service provided by the information processing apparatus. When the service platform can provide ordering services such as air tickets, bus tickets, train tickets, hotels, scenic spot tickets and the like, the service providers corresponding to the information processing equipment are air ticket providers, bus ticket providers, train ticket providers, hotel providers and scenic spot ticket providers. The service provider may be a party capable of directly providing a service or an agent of a certain service, and for example, the ticket provider of the information processing apparatus may be an airline company or an agent of a ticket.
The service abnormality information of the target service of the service provider includes that the service provider cannot provide the target service or that the information of the target service changes. The target service is any one of the services provided by the service provider. For example, the service exception information of the target service of the service provider includes a flight change of a flight provided by the ticket provider, and the flight change can be a flight cancellation or a flight delay.
In this embodiment, when an abnormality occurs in a target service, a service provider needs to send service abnormality information of the target service to an information processing device, so that the information processing device determines a compensation scheme corresponding to the target service according to the service abnormality information. For example, after a flight of a certain flight changes, the ticket provider sends the change information of the flight to the information processing device, so that the information processing device determines a compensation scheme corresponding to the flight according to the change information of the flight.
In this embodiment, the service order information base of the information processing apparatus stores the associated orders of all users. After receiving the service abnormal information of the target service, the information processing equipment acquires an order user corresponding to the target service from the service order information base. One way to implement this is to obtain the order information of the target service from the service order information base according to the identification of the target service; and extracting order users corresponding to the target service from the order information of the target service. For example, the information processing device receives flight change information sent by a ticket provider, and searches order information including a flight number from a service order information base according to the flight number of the flight; then, the order user who booked the flight is extracted from the order information including the flight number using the user keyword.
It should be noted that the service order information base of the information processing device may be divided into a plurality of sub-order information bases according to the type of service, and when the information processing device queries an order, the information processing device may query and obtain order information from the corresponding sub-order information base according to an actual situation, so as to improve the order retrieval efficiency. For example, the service order information base of the information processing apparatus includes an air ticket order information base, a train ticket order information base, a hotel order information base, and an entrance ticket order information base. For example, after flight change information of a ticket provider is received, corresponding order information is searched from a ticket order information base, so that the search range is reduced, and the order detection efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the information processing device pushes a compensation scheme corresponding to the target service to the order user according to the associated order of the order user. One way to realize the method is that according to the order information of the target service in the associated order, whether a candidate service meeting the compensation relation with the target service exists in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider is judged; if yes, pushing the candidate service to the order user as a compensation scheme; if not, determining a compensation scheme from other types of service orders provided by the service provider for the order user and pushing the compensation scheme to the order user.
It should be noted that the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider refers to the target service; for example, the target service is a reservation flight and the same type of service as the target service is a reservation for other flights. The candidate service and the target service meet the compensation relation means that the candidate service can replace the target service to a certain extent; for example, the flight with the same origin and destination as the first flight and the landing time within the preset time range as the first flight is taken as the candidate flight of the first flight.
It should be noted that, the compensation scheme in the embodiment of the present application includes not only reducing the economic loss of the user due to the service abnormality, but also including a reminding service other than the economic compensation. For example, after flight changes occur in a flight, other flights which can reach the destination on the same day are pushed to the user; pushing insurance order service to the user to remind the user to carry out insurance claim settlement; pushing the virtual resource of the purchased air ticket to the user.
In some exemplary embodiments, the information processing apparatus determines whether a candidate service satisfying a compensation relationship with the target service exists in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider according to order information of the target service in the associated order. In one implementation, the information processing device determines whether a candidate service whose time difference with the target service satisfies a set time threshold exists in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider according to the time of the target service in the associated order. The set time threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the application, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Optionally, the information processing device determines whether there is a candidate flight among the other flights that the service provider can reserve, according to the landing time of the reserved flight in the associated order, whose time difference from the landing time of the reserved flight meets the set time threshold. For example, if the landing time of a flight with a flight change is 20 pm, it is determined whether there is a time difference from the landing time of the reserved flight of less than 2 hours among other flights that the service provider can reserve, and if so, the flight is determined as a candidate flight that satisfies a compensation relationship with the reserved flight.
In another embodiment, the information processing device judges whether a candidate service meeting a compensation relationship with the target service exists in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider according to the order information of the target service in the associated order. In one implementation manner, the information processing device determines whether a candidate hotel, of the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider, exists, according to the service quality information of the target service in the associated order, the candidate hotel having the service quality information meeting the service quality threshold with the target service. The service quality threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the application, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Optionally, the information processing device determines whether a candidate hotel meeting the service quality threshold exists in other hotels that the service provider can subscribe to according to the service level of the subscribed hotel in the associated order. For example, if the level of a reserved hotel which cannot provide service is four, it is determined whether there are hotels not lower than four in other hotels which the service provider can reserve, and if so, the hotel is determined as a candidate hotel which satisfies a compensation relationship with the reserved hotel.
In the above embodiment, if there is a candidate service that satisfies the compensation relationship with the target service among the same type of services of the target service provided by the service provider, the candidate service is pushed to the order user as a compensation scheme.
In the above embodiment, if there is no candidate service that satisfies the compensation relationship with the target service in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider, a compensation scheme is determined from other types of service orders provided by the service provider for the order user, and the compensation scheme is pushed to the order user.
For example, the user a subscribes for a flight HU, the user a includes a hotel order, a ticket order and an insurance order in addition to the ticket order, and the information processing device pushes insurance claim settlement information to the ordering user after detecting the insurance order, so that loss for the user is maximally reduced.
In the above and following embodiments, the information processing apparatus may further push compensation schemes other than the associated order to the order user, including but not limited to the following compensation schemes:
in the first compensation scheme, the information processing equipment pushes the virtual resources to the order user as a compensation scheme.
And a second compensation scheme: and if the related order does not have an insurance order, the information processing equipment pushes insurance service to the order user as a compensation scheme.
In the first compensation scheme, the form of the virtual resource is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the virtual resource may be a specific type of virtual resource, for example, a virtual resource that can deduct a corresponding amount of money when purchasing an airline ticket, or a general type of virtual resource, and an ordering user may use the virtual resource to enjoy other services besides a target service. For example, an ordering user may purchase tickets and the like using virtual resources.
In the second compensation scheme, if no insurance order exists in the associated order, the information processing device pushes the link of the insurance claim to the order user, so that the user can directly click the link to enter an insurance claim web page for claim settlement, and the service experience of the user on the service platform is improved.
After determining the compensation scheme corresponding to the target service, the information processing equipment pushes the compensation scheme to the order user. In one implementation, the information processing apparatus sends the compensation scheme to a user terminal used by the user for viewing by the user. The display forms of the compensation scheme include, but are not limited to, the following display forms: and displaying short messages, mails and an application interface. The content of the compensation scheme includes at least one of: text, picture and website links. For example, the compensation scheme is shown in a short message manner, and the content of the compensation scheme is as follows: flight number CA1234 you will take on day, temporarily cancelled for airline reasons, inconvenience you get, platform a deep apology, you can apply for quick settlement because you have purchased the relevant insurance, detailed settlement links are as follows: ****.

The candidate service and the target service meet the compensation relation means that the candidate service can replace the target service to a certain extent; for example, the flight with the same origin and destination as the first flight and the landing time within the preset time range as the first flight is taken as the candidate flight of the first flight.
It should be noted that, the compensation scheme in the embodiment of the present application includes not only reducing the economic loss of the user due to the service abnormality, but also including a reminding service other than the economic compensation. For example, after flight changes occur in a flight, other flights which can reach the destination on the same day are pushed to the user; pushing insurance order service to the user to remind the user to carry out insurance claim settlement; pushing the virtual resource of the purchased air ticket to the user.
In some exemplary embodiments, the information processing apparatus determines whether a candidate service satisfying a compensation relationship with the target service exists in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider according to order information of the target service in the associated order. In one implementation, the information processing device determines whether a candidate service whose time difference with the target service satisfies a set time threshold exists in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider according to the time of the target service in the associated order. The set time threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the application, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Optionally, the information processing device determines whether there is a candidate flight among the other flights that the service provider can reserve, according to the landing time of the reserved flight in the associated order, whose time difference from the landing time of the reserved flight meets the set time threshold. For example, if the landing time of a flight with a flight change is 20 pm, it is determined whether there is a time difference from the landing time of the reserved flight of less than 2 hours among other flights that the service provider can reserve, and if so, the flight is determined as a candidate flight that satisfies a compensation relationship with the reserved flight.
In another embodiment, the information processing device judges whether a candidate service meeting a compensation relationship with the target service exists in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider according to the order information of the target service in the associated order. In one implementation manner, the information processing device determines whether a candidate hotel, of the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider, exists, according to the service quality information of the target service in the associated order, the candidate hotel having the service quality information meeting the service quality threshold with the target service. The service quality threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the application, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Optionally, the information processing device determines whether a candidate hotel meeting the service quality threshold exists in other hotels that the service provider can subscribe to according to the service level of the subscribed hotel in the associated order. For example, if the level of a reserved hotel which cannot provide service is four, it is determined whether there are hotels not lower than four in other hotels which the service provider can reserve, and if so, the hotel is determined as a candidate hotel which satisfies a compensation relationship with the reserved hotel.
In the above embodiment, if there is a candidate service that satisfies the compensation relationship with the target service among the same type of services of the target service provided by the service provider, the candidate service is pushed to the order user as a compensation scheme.
In the above embodiment, if there is no candidate service that satisfies the compensation relationship with the target service in the same type of service of the target service provided by the service provider, a compensation scheme is determined from other types of service orders provided by the service provider for the order user, and the compensation scheme is pushed to the order user.
For example, the user a subscribes for a flight HU, the user a includes a hotel order, a ticket order and an insurance order in addition to the ticket order, and the information processing device pushes insurance claim settlement information to the ordering user after detecting the insurance order, so that loss for the user is maximally reduced.
With reference to the above-mentioned embodiment of the travel information processing method, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another flight information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes:

In some optional embodiments, after acquiring the service abnormality information of the first service provider, the information processing apparatus determines whether to subsequently recommend an alternative to a target user associated with the service abnormality information according to the importance degree of a service corresponding to the service abnormality information. An optional embodiment is that, according to the service type of the abnormal service information, the importance degree of the abnormal service information is determined; judging whether the importance degree of the abnormal service information meets the recommendation condition or not; if yes, determining first order information related to the abnormal service information and a corresponding target user according to the abnormal service information. For example, the importance degree of the abnormal service information is calculated according to the industry type of the service corresponding to the abnormal service information and the operation configuration rule of the information processing equipment; and judging whether the importance degree of the abnormal service information meets the recommendation condition, if so, executing a subsequent recommendation alternative scheme related to the target user, and if not, stopping executing the subsequent steps. The recommendation conditions are not limited in the application, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
In the embodiment, according to the service abnormality information, first order information related to the service abnormality information and a corresponding target user are determined. The service order information base of the information processing equipment stores the associated orders of all users. After receiving the service abnormality information of the first service provider, the information processing device determines the service order information base corresponding to the first service provider according to the service type carried by the service abnormality information.
It should be noted that the service order information base of the information processing device may be divided into a plurality of sub-order information bases according to the type of service, and when the information processing device queries an order, the information processing device may query and obtain order information from the corresponding sub-order information base according to an actual situation, so as to improve the order retrieval efficiency. For example, the service order information base of the information processing apparatus includes an air ticket order information base, a train ticket order information base, a hotel order information base, and an entrance ticket order information base. For example, after flight change information of a ticket provider is received, corresponding order information is searched from a ticket order information base, so that the search range is reduced, and the order detection efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, it is determined whether a candidate service capable of replacing the first order information exists in the services provided by the first service provider and the other service providers and the services corresponding to the second order information; if yes, taking the candidate service as a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user; and if not, stopping executing the recommended alternative scheme related to the target user.
In the above embodiment, it is determined whether there is a candidate service that can replace the first order information among the services provided by the first service provider. One way to implement this is to determine whether there is a candidate service satisfying the set time difference threshold and date condition in the same type of service provided by the first service provider as the first order information according to the date and time of the service in the first order information. For example, if the first order information is air ticket order information, judging whether candidate flights meeting a time difference threshold value and the same date exist between the dates and landing times of other flights provided by the first service provider and the dates and landing times of the flights of the first order information according to the dates and landing times of the flights in the air ticket order information, and if so, taking the candidate flights as recommended alternatives related to the target user; and if the first order information is hotel order information, judging whether the dates and times of other hotels provided by the first service provider and the dates and times of hotel reservation in the hotel order information meet a time difference threshold and candidate hotels with the same dates or not according to the dates and times of hotel reservation in the hotel order information, and if the dates and times of other hotels provided by the first service provider and the dates and times of hotel reservation in the hotel order information exist, taking the candidate hotels as recommended alternatives relevant to the target user. It should be noted that the services of the same type of the first order information provided by the first service provider refer to other services whose services corresponding to the first order information satisfy the substitution relationship; for example, the service corresponding to the first order information is a reserved flight, and the same type of service of the first order information is reserved for other flights.
In an optional embodiment, if the first order information is air ticket order information, and the second order information includes hotel booking information, ticket booking information and insurance booking information, whether candidate services capable of replacing the air ticket order information exist in services corresponding to hotel orders, ticket orders and insurance orders booked by an air ticket provider, a hotel provider, the ticket provider, the insurance provider and a target user or not is judged; and if so, taking the candidate service as a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user.
In the above embodiment, it is determined whether a candidate service capable of replacing the first order information exists in the service corresponding to the second order information. One way to implement the method is to determine whether a candidate service having a compensation relationship with the first order information exists in the services corresponding to the second order information; and if so, taking the candidate service having the compensation relation with the first order information as the candidate service capable of replacing the first order information. The candidate service in which the service corresponding to the second order information has the compensation relationship with the first order information means that the service in the second order information cannot completely replace the service in the first order information, but can compensate for the loss caused by the service abnormality in the first order information. For example, if a flight change insurance purchased by the user is determined from the second order information after a flight delay, the flight change insurance has a compensation relationship with respect to the flight delay.
Based on the description of the above embodiments, after determining the recommended alternatives related to the target user, the recommended alternatives are pushed to the target user. For example, after flight changes occur in a flight, other flights which can reach the destination on the same day are pushed to the user; pushing insurance order service to the user to remind the user to carry out insurance claim settlement; pushing the virtual resource of the purchased air ticket to the user.
In the above and following embodiments, the recommended alternatives pushed by the information processing device to the target user include, but are not limited to, the following alternatives:

In the second compensation scheme, if no insurance order exists in the second order information, the information processing device pushes the link of the insurance claim to the target user, so that the user can directly click the link to enter the web page of the insurance claim for claim settlement, and the service experience of the user on the information processing device is improved.
Wherein the information processing device pushes the recommended alternatives to the target user. One way in which this can be achieved is for the information processing apparatus to send the recommended alternatives to the user terminal used by the user for viewing by the user.

After the information processing equipment pushes the recommended alternative scheme to the target user associated with the service abnormal information, the user terminal responds to the triggering operation of the user on at least one alternative scheme entrance, and obtains the service corresponding to the alternative scheme. One way to implement this is to present a recommendation interface; the recommendation interface comprises an alternative entry; responding to the trigger operation of the alternative scheme entrance, and jumping from the recommendation interface to an alternative scheme interface of the service provider; and responding to the service acquisition operation of the alternative scheme interface of the service provider to acquire the service corresponding to the alternative scheme. For example, a recommendation interface is displayed on an electronic display screen of the user terminal, and the recommendation interface comprises the recommendation alternatives and alternative entries, wherein entries of only part of the recommendation alternatives can be provided; the user terminal responds to the trigger operation of the alternative scheme entrance and jumps to the alternative scheme interface of the service provider from the recommendation interface; and the user can obtain the service corresponding to the alternative scheme through the alternative scheme interface provided by the user terminal.
In some optional embodiments, if the alternative is to re-book the air ticket, the user terminal responds to the trigger operation of the air ticket booking entry, and jumps to an air ticket booking interface of the service provider from the recommendation interface; the method comprises the steps that a user terminal responds to input operation of flight information input items in an air ticket booking interface to obtain flight information to be booked, wherein the flight information input items comprise flight dates, personal information and selected flights; in response to the triggering operation of the flight confirmation control in the ticket booking interface, the flight is booked, for example, after the user selects a flight to be booked again through the user terminal, the confirmation control is triggered to send a booking request of the selected flight to the information processing device, after the information processing device receives the booking request of the user, the flight is booked through the ticket server, and after the information processing device successfully bookes the flight, the information processing device can also return successful booking information to the user terminal.
In other optional embodiments, if the alternative is to reserve a hotel again, the user terminal responds to an input operation of a hotel information input item in the hotel reservation interface to acquire hotel information to be reserved, wherein the hotel information input item comprises room information, room date, personal information and the like; and the user terminal responds to the triggering operation of the hotel confirmation control in the air ticket booking interface to book the hotel. For example, after a user selects a hotel needing to be booked again through a user terminal, a confirmation control is triggered to send a booking request of the selected hotel to the information processing device, the information processing device books the hotel through a hotel service provider after receiving the booking request of the user, and the information processing device can also return successful booking information to the user terminal after successfully booking the flight.
In other optional embodiments, if the alternative is insurance claim, the user terminal jumps from the recommendation interface to an insurance claim settlement interface of the service provider in response to the triggering operation on the insurance claim settlement entry; the user terminal responds to input operation of a claim information input item in an insurance claim settlement interface to acquire information required to be provided by insurance claim settlement, wherein the claim information input item comprises personal information, claim settlement certificates and the like; and the user terminal responds to the trigger operation of the user on the confirmation control in the insurance claim settlement interface to acquire the insurance claim settlement service. For example, after the user confirms a claim through the user terminal, the user sends a claim settlement request to the information processing device by triggering the confirmation control, after receiving the claim settlement request of the user, the information processing device sends the claim settlement request to the insurance provider and performs claim settlement audit, and after the information processing device settles a claim through the insurance provider, the information processing device can also return successful insurance claim settlement information to the user terminal.
Fig. 6c is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6c, the method comprises:

In this embodiment, the information processing apparatus includes an electronic display screen. The information processing equipment responds to the interface opening operation and displays an interface on the electronic display screen, wherein the interface comprises an information input item; and responding to the operation of inputting the travel information in the information input item by the user, and acquiring the travel information of the user.
When the first service in the travel information of the user is abnormal, the second service meeting the substitution relation with the first service is determined according to the service abnormal information of the first service. For the step of determining, by the information processing apparatus, the second service that satisfies the alternative relationship with the first service, reference may be made to the description of the corresponding parts in the foregoing embodiments, which is not described herein again.
And after the information processing equipment determines a second service meeting the alternative relation with the first service, displaying the second service meeting the alternative relation with the first service on the electronic display screen for the user to view. For the display form and the display content of the second service, reference may be made to the description of the foregoing embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
It should be noted that the execution subjects of the steps of the methods provided in the above embodiments may be the same device, or different devices may be used as the execution subjects of the methods. For example, the execution subjects of steps 501 to 504 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of steps 501 to 503 may be device a, and the execution subject of step 504 may be device B; and so on.

In the method embodiment of the present application, an information processing device obtains service exception information of an accessed service provider; according to the service abnormal information, order information and target users related to the service abnormal information; according to the order information of the target user related to the abnormal service information and other order information of the target user, a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user is determined, the alternative scheme is automatically recommended to the target user, the processing efficiency of the abnormal service is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7, the information processing apparatus includes an obtaining module 71, a first determining module 72, a second determining module 73, and a third determining module 74.

Optionally, when determining whether a candidate service capable of replacing the first order information exists in the services corresponding to the second order information, the processor 1102 is specifically configured to: judging whether a candidate service having a compensation relation with the first order information exists in the services corresponding to the second order information; and if so, taking the candidate service having the compensation relation with the first order information as the candidate service capable of replacing the first order information.

The computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform the steps in the method embodiment of fig. 6 a.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a user terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12, the user terminal includes: a memory 1201 and a processor 1202. In addition, the user terminal comprises necessary components like a power supply component 1203, a communication component 1204 and an electronic display 1205.
A memory 1201 for storing a computer program and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the user terminal. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the user terminal.

Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a user terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 13, the user terminal includes: memory 1301 and processor 1302. In addition, the user terminal further comprises necessary components such as a power component 1303, a communication component 1304 and an electronic display 1305.
A memory 1301 for storing a computer program and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the user terminal. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the user terminal.
The memory 1301, may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
A communication component 1304 for communicating data with other devices.
Processor 1302, may execute computer instructions stored in memory 1301 for: displaying an interface, wherein the interface comprises information input items; responding to the operation of inputting the travel information in the information input item by the user, and acquiring the travel information of the user; and displaying a second service which meets the substitution relation with the first service according to the abnormal information of the first service in the travel information of the user.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium storing the computer program. The computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform the steps in the method embodiment of fig. 6 c.
In the above device embodiment of the present application, the information processing device obtains service anomaly information of an accessed service provider; according to the service abnormal information, order information and target users related to the service abnormal information; according to the order information of the target user related to the abnormal service information and other order information of the target user, a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user is determined, the alternative scheme is automatically recommended to the target user, the processing efficiency of the abnormal service is improved, and the user experience is improved.
The communication components of fig. 8-13 described above are configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices. The device where the communication component is located can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a WiFi, a 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G and other mobile communication networks, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The power supply components of fig. 8-13 described above provide power to the various components of the device in which the power supply component is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.

Claims (27)

1. An information processing method applied to an information processing device accessing a plurality of services, the method comprising:
acquiring service abnormal information of a first service provider;
determining first order information related to the abnormal service information and a corresponding target user according to the abnormal service information;
determining second order information related to the target user, wherein the second order information comprises order information of the target user at other service providers;
and determining a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user according to the first order information and the second order information.
2. The method of claim 1, after obtaining service anomaly information for the first service provider, the method further comprising: determining the importance degree of the abnormal service information according to the service type of the abnormal service information;
judging whether the importance degree of the abnormal service information meets the recommendation condition or not;
if yes, determining first order information related to the abnormal service information and a corresponding target user according to the abnormal service information.
3. The method of claim 1, determining a recommended alternative associated with the target user based on the first order information and the second order information, comprising:
judging whether candidate services capable of replacing the first order information exist in the services provided by the first service provider and other service providers and the services corresponding to the second order information;
and if so, taking the candidate service as a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and taking the virtual resources as recommended alternatives related to the target user.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein determining whether a candidate service capable of replacing the first order information exists in the services provided by the first service provider comprises:
and judging whether candidate services meeting set time difference threshold values and date conditions exist in the services of the same type as the first order information, which are provided by the first service provider, according to the date and time of the services in the first order information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining whether a candidate service capable of replacing the first order information exists in the services provided by the first service provider of the same type as the first order information according to the date and time of the service in the first order information comprises:
if the first order information is the air ticket order information, judging whether candidate flights meeting a time difference threshold value and the same date exist in the dates and the landing times of other flights provided by the first service provider and the dates and the landing times of the flights of the first order information or not according to the dates and the landing times of the flights in the air ticket order information;
and if the first order information is hotel order information, judging whether the dates and the times of other hotels provided by the first service provider and the dates and the times of hotel reservation in the hotel order information meet the time difference threshold value and candidate hotels on the same date according to the dates and the times of hotel reservation in the hotel order information.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein if the first order information is airline ticket order information and the second order information includes hotel reservation information, entrance ticket reservation information, and insurance reservation information, determining whether a candidate service capable of replacing the first order information exists in services provided by the first service provider and other service providers and services corresponding to the second order information comprises:
and judging whether candidate services capable of replacing the air ticket order information exist in the hotel orders, the entrance ticket orders and the services corresponding to the insurance orders reserved by the air ticket provider, the hotel provider, the entrance ticket provider, the insurance provider and the target user.
8. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of determining whether a candidate service capable of replacing the first order information exists in the services corresponding to the second order information comprises:
judging whether a candidate service having a substitution relation with the first order information exists in the services corresponding to the second order information;
and if so, taking the candidate service having the substitution relation with the first order information as a candidate service capable of substituting the first order information.
9. An information processing method, the method comprising:
displaying a recommendation interface; the recommendation interface comprises a recommendation alternative scheme and an alternative scheme inlet, wherein the recommendation alternative scheme is determined by the information processing equipment according to the service abnormity information of the first service provider;
responding to the trigger operation of the alternative scheme entrance, and jumping from the recommendation interface to an alternative scheme interface of the service provider;
and responding to the service acquisition operation of the alternative scheme interface of the service provider to acquire the service corresponding to the alternative scheme.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein if the alternative is to re-order the ticket,
jumping from the recommendation interface to an alternative interface of the service provider in response to a triggering operation on the alternative entry, including:
responding to the trigger operation of the air ticket booking entrance, and jumping to an air ticket booking interface of the service provider from the recommendation interface;
responding to the service acquisition operation of the alternative scheme interface of the service provider, and acquiring the service corresponding to the alternative scheme, wherein the service acquisition operation comprises the following steps:
responding to the input operation of a flight information input item in the air ticket booking interface, and acquiring flight information to be booked;
and responding to the triggering operation of a flight confirmation control in the ticket booking interface to book the flight.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein if the alternative is to re-book the hotel,
jumping from the recommendation interface to an alternative interface of the service provider in response to a triggering operation on the alternative entry, including:
responding to the triggering operation of the hotel reservation entrance, and jumping to a hotel reservation interface of the service provider from the recommendation interface;
responding to the service acquisition operation of the alternative scheme interface of the service provider, and acquiring the service corresponding to the alternative scheme, wherein the service acquisition operation comprises the following steps:
responding to an input operation of a hotel information input item in a hotel reservation interface, and acquiring hotel information to be reserved;
and responding to the triggering operation of a hotel confirmation control in the air ticket booking interface, and booking the hotel.
12. The method of claim 9, responsive to a triggering operation on an alternative entry, jumping from the recommendation interface to an alternative interface of the service provider if the alternative is an insurance claim, comprising:
responding to the trigger operation of the insurance claim entry, and jumping to an insurance claim interface of a service provider from the recommendation interface;
responding to the service acquisition operation of the alternative scheme interface of the service provider, and acquiring the service corresponding to the alternative scheme, wherein the service acquisition operation comprises the following steps:
responding to the input operation of the claim information input items in the insurance claim settlement interface, and acquiring information required to be provided by insurance claims;
and responding to the trigger operation of the confirmation control in the insurance claim settlement interface to acquire the insurance claim settlement service.
13. An information processing apparatus comprising: a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions;
the processor is to execute the one or more computer instructions to: performing the steps in the information processing method of any one of claims 1-8.
14. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, is capable of implementing the steps in the information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
15. A user terminal, comprising: a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions;
the processor is to execute the one or more computer instructions to: the steps in the information processing method of claims 9-12 are performed.
16. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, is capable of implementing the steps in the information processing method of claims 9-12.
17. An information processing method, the method comprising:
displaying an interface, wherein the interface comprises an information input item;
responding to the operation of inputting the travel information in the information input item by the user, and acquiring the travel information of the user;
and displaying a second service which meets the substitution relation with the first service according to the abnormal information of the first service in the travel information of the user.
18. A user terminal, comprising: a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions;
the processor is to execute the one or more computer instructions to: the steps in the information processing method of claim 14 are performed.
19. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, can implement the steps in the information processing method of claim 17.
20. A travel information processing method comprising:
receiving service abnormal information of the vehicle, which is sent by a service provider;
determining first order information related to the abnormal service information and a corresponding target user according to the abnormal service information;
determining second order information related to the target user, wherein the second order information comprises order information of the target user at other service providers;
and determining a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user according to the first order information and the second order information.
21. A flight information processing method, comprising:
receiving flight abnormity information sent by a service provider;
according to the abnormal information, determining first order information related to the abnormal information and a corresponding target user;
determining second order information related to the target user, wherein the second order information comprises order information of the target user at other service providers;
and determining a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user according to the first order information and the second order information.
22. An information processing system comprising: a service provider and a service platform;
a service provider that provides a service to the information processing apparatus and provides service abnormality information when the service is abnormal;
the information processing equipment acquires service abnormal information of a first service provider; and determining a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user according to the service abnormal information.
23. An information processing apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the service abnormal information of the first service provider;
the first determining module is used for determining first order information related to the abnormal service information and a corresponding target user according to the abnormal service information;
the second determining module is used for determining second order information related to the target user, wherein the second order information comprises order information of the target user at other service providers;
and the third determining module determines a recommended alternative scheme related to the target user according to the first order information and the second order information.

25. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, is capable of implementing the steps in the travel information processing method of claim 20.
26. An information processing apparatus comprising: a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions;
the processor is to execute the one or more computer instructions to: the steps in the flight information processing method of claim 21 are performed.
27. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, can implement the steps in the flight information processing method of claim 21.
