When the recovery mode count of the card reader/writer 6 reaches a set value or when a sensor for detecting the fullness of the recovery box detects the fullness of the recovery box, the system prompts that the recovery box needs to be taken out.

When the special-shaped card is recovered, a user puts the special-shaped card into the conveying synchronous belt 41 from the gate opening, the conveying synchronous belt 41 conveys the special-shaped card to move towards the direction of the recovery box 7, meanwhile, the positioning blocking card 44 moves downwards to block the movement of the special-shaped card, at the moment, after the card reader-writer 6 reads and processes the recovered special-shaped card information, the positioning blocking card 44 moves upwards, the conveying synchronous belt 41 drives the special-shaped card to move towards the direction of the recovery box 7, and the special-shaped card is finally recovered into the recovery box 7.
