Description

本发明涉及一种具有旋转喷雾件的涂层物喷涂装置,喷雾件外形最好为碗形或铃形,可用涡轮使其高速旋转。
更具体的说,本发明涉及一种改进,以减轻喷涂装置的重量,使其便于操作并易于装拆喷雾件。
本发明也涉及一种装拆旋转喷雾件的工具。
喷布有机溶剂或水基涂料之类液体涂层物,众所周知可用高速驱动的碗形旋转喷雾件,以静电作用涂层物喷成雾化的细滴散布在工件上。上述旋转速度可在30,000-100,000转/分之间;通常在40,000-60,000转/分之间。
在上述范围的速度下,要求旋转喷雾件的重量尽可能轻,并需精确的动平衡,特别是当以空气驱动及/或用磁性轴承涡轮驱动时。这些轴承对这些所谓“不平衡”的影响非常敏感因而很可能受损坏。
这类旋转喷雾通常是以一套不件或八件的螺栓等角间隔地装在涡轮的转子上。这类部件使旋转组合件增加相当大的重量并给动平衡增加麻烦。另外,在清洗及维修旋转喷雾件时装拆也很困难且费时间。
本发明提出一种新型组件。
本发明是一种液体涂层物的喷涂装置,它包括一旋转喷雾件及用以驱使上述喷雾件转动的驱动装置,其特征在于上述旋转喷雾件以一弹性联接件与上述驱动装置连接,该弹性联接件包含至少一个定位环,由于离心力的作用上述环可径向张开,并与上述旋转喷雾件或上述驱动装置的刚性较强部分的一内环形表面相接触。
在本发明的一最佳实施方案中,上述定位环具有可向外径向张开的凸出边缘或其它环形凸出部分。另外,在上述内环形表面上附有一槽,其形状与尺寸大小能配合上述环状凸出边缘或类似的突出部分。弹性联接件可为一环,该环至少有一部分可径向、均匀地弹性变形,尤其是当上述弹性联接件上由弹性可变形的塑料制成时。
按照本发明另一实施方案,定位环形成一环形部分,其中有一些槽或其他一些纵向延伸并能限制许多柔性叶片的类似槽的开口缝。在这种情况下,上面提到的凸出边缘被限制在上述叶片的各端部并被上述各槽分离。在这种情况下,上述定位环可由金属制成。

在图1-3中相同的各结构件带有同样标号,图示为具有以涡轮驱动高速转动的碗形旋转喷雾件12的液体涂层物喷涂装置11的部分视图,图中已示出涡轮的转子14。在此实施例中为气动涡轮,其转子上面备有驱动翼片16,喷气流直接吹向翼片。径向悬浮轴承及转子的轴向稳定部件未在图中示出,也不构成本发明的任何部分,上述悬浮轴承及稳定部件的类型可为气动、磁动或滚珠传动。转子中有一轴向通道15,其中有一供给涂层物的管17,该管终止于喷咀18处,喷咀面向旋转喷雾件12的内部径向凸缘19,并与其保持很近的距离。凸缘19通常沿周边有一圈孔20。由于离心力的作用,沉积在凸缘19后表面21的涂层物通过凸缘沿着碗形部分的内壁行至排送棱边22,在这里涂层物雾化成细滴状。就静电应用而言,假如旋转喷雾件由金属制成则其本身处于高电压下;假如由绝缘材料制成则可利用轰击型带电装置。
按照本发明的一重要特征,上述旋转喷雾件12是以弹性联结构25与驱动装置(在本例中为转子14)连接。上述弹性联结件包括至少一件定位环26,在离心力的作用下该定位环能够径向张开,并以适当形状的连接方式与上述旋转件的刚性较强部分的内环形表面相配合(图1及图2),或与上述驱动装置的刚性较较强部分内环形表面相配合(图3)。上面指出的成形连接方式,使定位环26相配合另件的刚性较强部分之间的压紧力,随着上述定位环26变形及离心力的作用增加。
另外,当转子14转动时,上述的安装方式能使旋转喷雾件12相对于转子14自动定心。更确切的说,定位环26包含有一在径向向外张开的凸出边缘30或任何类的环状凸出部分,与其配合的零件的内环状表面包含有槽32a或31b,其形状及尺寸大小均适于与环形凸出边缘或类似凸出部分相配合。槽的标号决定于所在的零件,当槽在旋转喷雾件上则其标号为31a,当槽在转子14上时则标号为31b。
参见各附图,弹性联接件25一般为环形,上面提及的定位环为其一部分,该部分可径向地、均匀地弹性变形。
在图1的实施例中,弹性联接件25是装在转子14上。为达到此目的,联接件上有一刚性环34与转子的环形空腔配合,该配合可以是压配合或者以螺旋配合。
在图2的实施例中,弹性联接件25是转子14整体的一部分。
在图3的实施例中,弹性联接件25是装在旋转喷雾件12上。环34是固定在旋转喷雾件的环状腔内。固定方式可为压配合或螺旋配合。
在图1及图3的实施例中,定位环2b为一环状部分,其中有槽35或其他类似的开口缝,以限制许多挠性较高的叶片3b。上述凸出边缘被限制在各叶片的端部,因此,凸出边缘被上述叶片分离。当弹性联接件是由金属例如不锈钢制成时,这类定位环特别适用。但是,它也可由塑料制成。
假如弹性联接件由塑料制成,只要在离心力的影响下该环能在径向均匀地变形,上述定位就可以为非分离环,如图2所示。
在图2的实施方案中,联接件25为旋转件整体的一部分。在此情况下,转子14是由塑料制成,这样就更降低了装置的重量。
另外的组合当然也是可行的。特别是弹性联接件与转子合并成一个零件时,也可有柔性叶片。也可把弹性联接件作为旋转喷雾件整体的一部分。
在图4中,构件类似图1-3中者带有相同的标号,喷涂装置在图中显示更详细,图中并有与其它零件一起显示的保护转子14的保护罩40的前部。上述保护罩上有一环形通孔41,旋转喷雾件12伸出该通孔。在保护罩上等角分布有空气喷出通道42,由压缩空气站供应压缩空气(图中未示出)。这些通道通过靠近通孔41的小孔排出空气,喷射的空气以惯常的方法围绕旋转喷雾部件12形成“空气裙”。这样的安排避免弄脏转动另件,并促使喷出雾化的涂层物。
在此实施方案中,弹性联接件25a由塑料帛制成。该联接件具有两个同轴向并对准排列的定位环26a、26b,各自与上述旋转喷雾件12及上述驱动装置即上述转子14定位,与它们在该处结合在一起。上述二定位环与联接件25a的凸缘45连接,并在凸缘的两侧延伸,凸缘的转动轴线自然与转子14的转动轴线重合。凸缘45包括一中心孔46,喷咀18通过该孔。凸缘有伸出部分48,径向外延伸至保护罩40的通孔41附近的位置。因而,弹性联接件25a得以隔离通孔41的较大部分,以避免外部尖埃弄脏涡轮。凸缘45还包含有一系列的孔50,按规则的螺旋线排列在伸出部分48上(在图中不能看出),以便将空气从保护罩40的内部引至外部,特别是在旋转喷雾件的后部形成气流,以限制喷雾件外表面被弄脏。凸缘45也用于安装测量旋转喷雾件12转速的装置。在凸缘内侧表面与转子14同在一侧并靠近中心孔46处,有空穴52。该空穴成圆环形伸长,其通路对向并排的二管53、54的小孔。在图4中仅能见其中一管。其中一管与压缩空气源连接,另一管与一传声传感器55相连。因此,上述两管组合形成声学耦合,空穴52每转一周音频就随之变化。因此,上述传声传感器55产生一种信号,其频率代表喷雾件的转速。另一空穴52a在凸缘45另一侧,并相对于转动轴线与上述空穴52对称,该空穴供该测量装置动平衡之用。
两件定位环26a、26b中之每一件均包含有一凸出边缘30a、26b各自与旋转喷雾件12的槽31a及转子14的槽31b定位。所以当需要拆卸时,显然可以从联接件25a上拆下旋转喷雾件,也可以从转子14上拆下联接件。前一种情况时只可清洗或更换碗形件,而后一种情况时可以清洗或更换涡轮。
当然,上述二定位环26b及26a可以为图1及图3所示之同一型式,其中弹性由叶片给予。
所有情况下,在停止工作时,由于成形联接的设计,只需施加适度外力即可定位。但是,当该装置以上面提及的速度转动时,离心力将促使定位环(或每个定位环)朝装配件之间可紧咬之处的方向变形。这样也就迫使各部件自动定心而一起旋转。
图5及图6所示为在弹性联接件25端部的装拆旋转件12的工具。该工具有手柄60,其一端有一段螺纹部分61,螺纹部分的端部固定一环62,该环被分离形成许多等角分布的柔性夹爪63。每件夹爪有一凹口64,该凹口设计成可以配合旋转喷雾件12的边缘22,但这些凹口座形成的圆周在正常状态下应大于边缘的圆周。有一夹紧环65位于分割环62的外部并与其同轴。夹紧环包含一螺孔66与手柄的螺纹部分配合。夹紧环的内表面67实质上其形状为截头圆锥体,设计目的在于与柔性夹爪63配合。因为与螺纹部分61为螺纹配合,所以就可以相对于环62作轴向运动,并同时引起夹爪在径向朝内屈曲。因此上述夹爪63夹持喷雾件边缘22,这样就大大方便了旋转喷雾件的定位及分离。

Claims (14)

1、一种液体涂层物喷涂装置,包括一旋转喷雾件(12)及用以驱动上述喷雾件转动的驱动装置(14),其特征在于:上述旋转喷雾件是以弹性联接件(25)与上述驱动装置连接,上述弹性联接件(25)包含至少一件定位环(26),该定位环在离心力的作用下能在径向张开,并与上述旋转喷雾件或上述驱动装置的刚性较强部分的内环形表面配合。
2、按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于:上述定位环(26)包括一凸出的边缘(30、30a、30b)或其它环状径向向外伸出的凸出部分,以及上述内环形表面有一槽(31a、31b),其形状及尺寸大小能与上述环状凸出边缘或类似凸出部分相配合。
3、按照权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于:上述弹性联接件是以环为形状,以及上述定位环中有一部分可以在径向且均匀地、有弹性地变形。
4、按照上述任何一项权利要求的装置,其特征在于:上面提及弹性联接件(25)与上述驱动装置的一可转动件连接。
5、按照权利要求4的装置,其特征在于:上述弹性联接件(25)是上述旋转件整体的一部分(图2)。
6、按照权利要求1至3中任一权利要求的装置,其特征在于:上述弹性联接件是固定在上述旋转喷雾件上(图3)。
7、按照权利要求2至6中任一权利要求的装置,其特征在于:上述定位环为一环形部分,其中之槽35或其它类似开口缝用以限制许多柔性叶片(36),以及上述凸出边缘(30)在上述叶片的端部受限制,并被各槽所分离。
