本发明是一种高性能的建筑机械材料,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%纳米银,10~35%纳米硫酸钙,1~10%氧化锆,0~3%氧化钛,0~2.5%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,5~20%氟橡胶,10~20%酚醛树脂,30~60%环氧树脂,通过本方法制备的产品,设计合理,操作简单安全,生产成本低,制得的材料具有硬度高、耐磨性优异、高抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性和耐热性优良的特点。

本发明公开了一种高性能的建筑机械材料。
背景技术
建筑行业在对砖块进行筛选、粉碎的过程中,建筑机械直接承受着磨损、冲击、震动而产生不同程度的疲劳变形,硬度低,耐腐蚀性差,不耐磨,易损坏,因此相对其它设备来说维修率高、材料失效而缩短使用寿命,这不仅耗费了大量的钢材,同时也浪费人力、耽误工期,导致了严重的经济损失,因此需要提供一种非金属材料取代金属部件,能达到以柔克刚的效果,增加机械零部件使用寿命是矿山机械设备研究的重要课题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种高性能的建筑机械材料,设计合理,操作简单安全,生产成本低,制得的材料具有硬度高、耐磨性优异、高抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性和耐热性优良的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种高性能的建筑机械材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%纳米银,10~35%纳米硫酸钙,1~10%氧化锆, 0~3%氧化钛,0~2.5%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,5~20%氟橡胶,10~20%酚醛树脂,30~60%环氧树脂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,设计合理,操作简单安全,生产成本低,制得的材料具有硬度高、耐磨性优异、高抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性和耐热性优良的特点。

一种高性能的建筑机械材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%纳米银,10%纳米硫酸钙,1%氧化锆,1%氧化钛,1%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,5%氟橡胶,10%酚醛树脂,30%环氧树脂,此时耐磨性能较差。

一种高性能的建筑机械材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%纳米银,35%纳米硫酸钙,10%氧化锆,3%氧化钛,2.5%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,20%氟橡胶,20%酚醛树脂,60%环氧树脂,此时硬度不足。
实施例3
一种高性能的建筑机械材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%纳米银,23%纳米硫酸钙,5%氧化锆, 1.5%氧化钛,1.25%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,13%氟橡胶,15%酚醛树脂,45%环氧树脂,此时具有硬度高、耐磨性优异、高抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性和耐热性。
