本发明公开了一种铝芯离合器摩擦片及其制备方法,摩擦片采用铝芯骨架,摩擦层材料包括原料:酚醛树脂5%-7%,橡胶8%-12%,铝纤维4%-8%,石墨10%-17%,摩擦粉1%-5%,氧化镁1.5%-3%,石油焦炭2%-6%,矿物纤维5%-15%,硬脂酸0.1%-2%,硅灰石2%-15%,二硫化钼2%-12%,天然纤维素纤维1%-10%,固化剂1%-10%,防老剂0.1%-2%,防焦剂0.1%-2%,促进剂0.1%-2%。耐磨损、低磨耗、摩擦系数适当,可有效减小离合器闭合过程对离合器片产生的损伤。离合器分离迅速、闭合柔和、使用寿命长。

铝芯离合器摩擦片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种摩擦离合器,尤其涉及一种铝芯离合器摩擦片及其制备方法。
背景技术
摩擦离合器的摩擦片包括摩擦层、骨架。一般是将摩擦层材料预压成毛坯,与处理后的骨架放入热压成型模中压制成型,之后进行机械加工、打磨等后期处理。现有技术中的摩擦片骨架一般是使用钢芯。
上述现有技术至少存在以下缺点:
经长时间的摩擦,易使钢芯产生磁性,在离合器分离时,由于钢芯的磁性吸附,而使离合器片分离有延迟现象;由于钢材硬度高,在离合器片闭合时会因为冲击而缩短离合器的使用寿命甚至损伤离合器片。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种离合器分离迅速、闭合柔和、使用寿命长的铝芯离合器摩擦片及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的铝芯离合器摩擦片,包括摩擦层、骨架,所述的骨架为铝芯骨架。
本发明的上述的铝芯离合器摩擦片的制备方法,包括步骤:
首先,  选用2A12合金铝板经冲压成型;并使用溶剂将铝芯片上的油脂除去;将经过除油处理的铝芯片进行喷砂处理;
然后,将混合好的摩擦层材料冷压成毛坯,再将两片毛坯中间夹一片铝芯片经热压成型;
之后,进行机械加工、打磨、去毛边。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明所述的铝芯离合器摩擦片及其制备方法,由于采用铝芯骨架,离合器分离迅速、闭合柔和、使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
本发明的铝芯离合器摩擦片,其较佳的具体实施方式是,包括摩擦层、骨架,所述的骨架为铝芯骨架,铝芯骨架的材料可以为2A12合金铝,也可以选用其它的铝合金材料。
所述摩擦层的材料可以为高分子复合材料,高分子复合材料中可以包括橡胶。
本发明的上述的铝芯离合器摩擦片的制备方法,其较佳的具体实施方式是,包括步骤:
首先,选用2A12合金铝板经冲压成型;并使用溶剂将铝芯片上的油脂除去;将经过除油处理的铝芯片进行喷砂处理;
然后,将混合好的摩擦层材料冷压成毛坯,再将两片毛坯中间夹一片铝芯片经热压成型;
之后,进行机械加工、打磨、去毛边。
摩擦层材料可以包括以下重量百分比组份的原料:
酚醛树脂5%-7%,橡胶8%-12%,铝纤维4%-8%,石墨10%-17%,摩擦粉1%-5%,氧化镁1.5%-3%,石油焦炭2%-6%,矿物纤维5%-15%,硬脂酸0.1%-2%,硅灰石2%-15%,二硫化钼2%-12%,天然纤维素纤维1%-10%,固化剂1%-10%,防老剂0.1%-2%,防焦剂0.1%-2%,促进剂0.1%-2%;
摩擦层的制备包括将以上各种原料充分混合、干燥。具体可以按照比例密炼混合后得到所需性能的高分子复合材料;之后将制备的高分子复合材料冷压成毛坯,再与经处理的铝制芯片经热压成型,得到产品。
本发明的铝芯离合器摩擦片具有耐磨损、低磨耗、摩擦系数适当,具有优良的抗疲劳性、耐腐蚀性、振动阻尼高、减震性好,具有较好的耐冲击性能。使用铝芯代替钢芯,可消除磁性吸附现象;使用以橡胶为主的高分子复合材料作为摩擦层,可有效减小离合器闭合过程对离合器片产生的损伤。

Claims (3)

1.一种铝芯离合器摩擦片,包括摩擦层、骨架,其特征在于,所述的骨架为铝芯骨架;
所述铝芯骨架的材料为2A12合金铝;
所述摩擦层的材料为高分子复合材料,包括以下重量百分比组份的原料:
酚醛树脂5%-7%,橡胶8%-12%,铝纤维4%-8%,石墨10%-17%,摩擦粉1%-5%,氧化镁1.5%-3%,石油焦炭2%-6%,矿物纤维5%-15%,硬脂酸0.1%-2%,硅灰石2%-15%,二硫化钼2%-12%,天然纤维素纤维1%-10%,固化剂1%-10%,防老剂0.1%-2%,防焦剂0.1%-2%,促进剂0.1%-2%。
2.一种权利要求1所述的铝芯离合器摩擦片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
首先,选用2A12合金铝板经冲压成型;并使用溶剂将铝芯片上的油脂除去;将经过除油处理的铝芯片进行喷砂处理;
然后,将混合好的摩擦层材料冷压成毛坯,再将两片毛坯中间夹一片铝芯片经热压成型;
之后,进行机械加工、打磨、去毛边。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝芯离合器摩擦片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述摩擦层的制备包括将各种原料充分混合、干燥。
