Abstract

本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,涉及一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜,主要包括:丙烯共聚物膜和线性低密度聚乙烯膜,双合低温热收缩膜共包含三层膜结构,主要采用表层A/B/A的三层结构,表层A主要采用线性低密度聚乙烯,中间层B采用丙烯共聚物。本发明的有益效果是:使其低温收缩的功能,热收缩包装温度可降低10~15℃,能提高收缩率、具有高韧性,热封性能、重量包装等效果;其次,该产品在使用过程中可实现低温发热膨胀,所需消耗的能耗降低了10~15%,相对于传统热收缩膜包装的生产过程更加节能;双合低温热收缩膜具有薄而韧,厚度均匀,防潮性佳,质地柔软,抗拉强度高,耐撕裂强度大等特点,且环保热收缩膜应用范围更广。

一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
双合低温环保热收缩膜采用A/B/A的三层结构,表层A采用线性低密度聚乙烯和其他添加剂,中间层B采用丙烯共聚物。
与传统的A/B/C结构或A/B/A结构的热收膜相比,首先,A、C层的材料是丙烯共聚物和其他添加剂,B层材料是线性低密度聚乙烯。其次,是双合低温环保热收缩膜具有更低的热收缩包装温度,更高的透明度、高收缩率、高韧性和高热封性能等效果。
双合低温环保热收缩膜采用改进的双泡管法吹膜工艺生产。相比传统的生产工艺,PP层不但由表层改为中间层,而且PP的用量比例也由原来30%增加到70%,因而挤出及成型模头的结构无法适应,且PP材料属高结晶原料,在冷却定型过程如果得不到充分的聚冷,由此成型的第一膜泡管坯在二次吹涨时很难成型,且透明度低。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜,主要包括:丙烯共聚物膜和线性低密度聚乙烯膜,其特征在于:双合低温热收缩膜共包含三层膜结构,主要采用表层A/B/A的三层结构,表层A主要采用线性低密度聚乙烯,中间层B采用丙烯共聚物。
具体的,所述的双合低温热收缩膜总厚度10µm-50µm,表层A各占总厚度的15%,中间层B占总厚度的70%。
一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜的制备方法,步骤一:由A、B层两台挤出机分别将线性低密度聚乙烯和丙烯共聚物高温溶解,并从A/B/A三层模头挤出三层膜结构,分别为A/B/A顺序的三层结构;步骤二:A/B/A三层通过牵引装置来牵引并经过外部冷却水环和内部高效冷却水环,再由膜泡管坯内反射壁冷却循环水来对环保热收缩膜进行冷却初步成型,膜泡管坯的外部冷却水16~18℃,膜泡管坯内部高效冷却水环25~30℃;步骤三:加热烘箱对初步成型的环保热收缩膜进行加热,加热烘箱采用三段式加热,由上至下温度为180℃、190℃和80~100℃,同时对环保热收缩膜进行二次吹涨,再通过冷却风环进行冷却。
本发明的有益效果是:经过加热工艺流程低温膨胀(相比传统POF膜膨胀所需温度低,约15~20℃)的生产工艺,使其低温收缩的功能,热收缩包装温度可降低10~15℃,能提高收缩率、具有高韧性,热封性能、重量包装等效果;其次,该产品在使用过程中可实现低温发热膨胀,所需消耗的能耗降低了10~15%,相对于传统热收缩膜包装的生产过程更加节能;双合低温热收缩膜具有薄而韧,厚度均匀,防潮性佳,质地柔软,抗拉强度高,耐撕裂强度大等特点。可用于食品,饮料,化妆品,礼品,药品,文具,玩具,音像制品,电子,木制品,日用制品等外包装及组合式包装,适用于半自动或全自动热收缩包装机,该申请应用范围更广。

下面结合附图1对本发明做进一步说明:一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜,主要包括:丙烯共聚物膜和线性低密度聚乙烯膜,其特征在于:双合低温热收缩膜共包含三层膜结构,主要采用表层A/B/A的三层结构,表层A主要采用线性低密度聚乙烯,中间层B采用丙烯共聚物。所述的双合低温热收缩膜总厚度10µm-50µm,表层A各占总厚度的15%,中间层B占总厚度的70%。
如图2的表格所示,本申请的环保热收缩膜在拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和热收缩率远远超过传统热收缩膜,在满足拉伸强度又能兼备热收缩,从而提高产品的包装质量。其热收缩率超过传统的热收缩膜,本申请的热收缩膜具有低温吹涨和低温热缩等特点,环保热收缩膜不仅在降低制作成本,极大地提高产品质量,而且只需要低温就可以达到热缩包装的效果,该膜能够适用更多领域的包装。
一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜的制备方法,步骤一:由A、B层两台挤出机分别将线性低密度聚乙烯和丙烯共聚物高温溶解,并从A/B/A三层模头挤出三层膜结构,分别为A/B/A顺序的三层结构;步骤二:A/B/A三层通过牵引装置来牵引并经过外部冷却水环和内部高效冷却水环,再由膜泡管坯内反射壁冷却循环水来对环保热收缩膜进行冷却初步成型,膜泡管坯的外部冷却水16~18℃,膜泡管坯内部高效冷却水环25~30℃;步骤三:加热烘箱对初步成型的环保热收缩膜进行加热,加热烘箱采用三段式加热,由上至下温度为180℃、190℃和80~100℃,同时对环保热收缩膜进行二次吹涨,再通过冷却风环进行冷却。
如图3至4所示,上述双合低温的环保热收缩膜可以通过如下方案实现:该双合低温的环保热收缩膜生产设备包括第一膜泡成型系统和第二膜泡成型系统组成。第一膜泡系统分别有A、B层两台挤出机、A/B/A三层模头、外部冷却水环、内部高效冷却水环和牵引装置。膜泡管坯内反射壁冷却循环水,有效解决了占总厚度70%的PP材料的骤冷问题(短时间内冷却),即保证了熔体在离开口模到冷却定型过程中能快速冷却定型,使分子在无定型状态冻结住,避免了第一膜泡管坯的结晶,从而获得极高的透明度等其他优异的性能。第二膜泡系统分别有加热烘箱、冷却风环、牵引装置和收卷装置。烘箱通过三区加热段及三区恒温段控温模式,确保了薄膜的二次吹涨温度相比传统收缩膜要低20-30℃,即实现了低温吹涨,降低能耗15%左右。外部冷却水环和内部高效冷却水环通过内部管道将冷却后的水回流至顶部,再由顶部流下并对膜泡进行冷却,从而更加节能环保。
A/B/A三层模头需要配合膜泡管坯来实现快速降温,只有保持膜泡管坯内外冷却水的温度才能使其线性低密度聚乙烯和丙烯共聚物彼此间的完全粘附,其中温度的调控更为重要。由于环保热收缩膜与传统膜比不相同,相比传统收缩膜要低20-30℃,所以只需要通过特定加热温度,就能确保环保热收缩膜能够顺利吹涨。

1.一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜,主要包括:丙烯共聚物膜和线性低密度聚乙烯膜,其特征在于:双合低温热收缩膜共包含三层膜结构,主要采用表层A/B/A的三层结构,表层A主要采用线性低密度聚乙烯,中间层B采用丙烯共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜,其特征在于:所述的双合低温热收缩膜总厚度10µm-50µm,表层A各占总厚度的15%,中间层B占总厚度的70%。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述一种具有双合低温的环保热收缩膜的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤一:由A、B层两台挤出机分别将线性低密度聚乙烯和丙烯共聚物高温溶解,并从A/B/A三层模头挤出三层膜结构,分别为A/B/A顺序的三层结构;
步骤二:A/B/A三层通过牵引装置来牵引并经过外部冷却水环和内部高效冷却水环,再由膜泡管坯内反射壁冷却循环水来对环保热收缩膜进行冷却初步成型,膜泡管坯的外部冷却水16~18℃,膜泡管坯内部高效冷却水环25~30℃;
步骤三:加热烘箱对初步成型的环保热收缩膜进行加热,加热烘箱采用三段式加热,由上至下温度为180℃、190℃和80~100℃,同时对环保热收缩膜进行二次吹涨,再通过冷却风环进行冷却。
