Abstract
一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具涉及一种气辅成型的注射件、一种用于注射件气辅成型的模具以及一种注射件的气辅成型工艺三个方面,一种气辅成型的注射件包括注射件材料,注射件材料包括聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维两种成分,一种用于注射件气辅成型的模具包括定模和动模,定模和动模闭合后对注射件材料进行注射、气辅,动模上设置有内浇口、模腔、气针、溢流阀、溢流井和排气道,并通过五个步骤实现注塑。本发明将注射件极大地减少了原材料的投入,减轻了制品的重量和表面缩痕,还降低了制品的翘曲变形率,同时缩减了注射件的注射周期和制品的冷却周期,此外,对注射件材料的成分和配比进行了改进,使得注射件在满足重量轻的同时具有更高的强度性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品加工领域,尤其涉及一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具。
技术背景
传统的塑料制品采用实心设置,在生产过程中,对原材料的需求量较大,直接使得制品重量增加,鉴于采用的材料量较多,又延长了材料的注射时间和制品冷却时间,在注射时为了更好地完成填充工作,需要提高注射压力,导致了制品上残留的应力较大,容易发生翘曲变形,此外,在提高注射压力的同时,也意味着模腔内的压力必然增强,压力过大使得模腔磨损加快,从而降低了模具使用寿命,对于产品精度不容易把握,况且,实心塑料制品的设计自由度本身就较小。
因此,本案针对以上缺陷,对现有技术进行了有效创新。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明提供一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具,将注射件进行空芯化处理,极大地减少了原材料的投入,减轻了注射件的重量和表面缩痕,还额外降低了注射件残余应力,从而降低了注射件的翘曲变形率,同时缩减了注射件的注射时间和制品的冷却时间,此外,对注射件材料的成分和配比进行了改进,使得注射件在满足重量轻的同时具有更高的强度性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明所述的一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具涉及到一种气辅成型的注射件,一种用于注射件气辅成型的模具以及一种注射件的气辅成型工艺三个方面,具体技术内容如下:
一种气辅成型用的注射件包括注射件材料,注射件材料包括聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维两种成分,并将两种材料混合均匀;
相应的,聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维优选以7∶3的比例进行配比;
一种用于注射件气辅成型的模具包括定模和动模,定模和动模闭合后对注射件材料进行注射、气辅,其中,动模上设置有内浇口、模腔、气针、溢流阀、溢流井和排气道,注射件材料通过内浇口进入模腔中,利用气针将高压惰性气体注射入模腔内,使得注射件材料快速塑化,模腔中起引流作用的多余注射件材料通过溢流阀排流到溢流井中,最终将高压惰性气体通过排气道排出模腔;
一种注射件的气辅成型工艺包括以下五个步骤:
材料的混合:将聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维以7∶3的配比进行均匀混合成注射件材料;
注塑:熔化的注射件材料通过内浇口进入到模腔内,并将注射件材料引成内部孔窝状,当贴近模腔内壁的注射件材料开始凝固时,处于模腔中心位置的注射件材料依然处于熔体状态;
气体引入:借助气针使得高压惰性气体进入到模腔内,从而推动注射件材料的熔体部分流向低压区域,直至注射件材料全部贴合在模腔的所有内壁上;
气体保压:在保压状态下,高压惰性气体压缩处于熔体状态的注射件材料进行补料,当模腔内的注射件材料过多时,可通过开启溢流阀使得部分注射件材料存储于溢流井中;
排出气体,将高压惰性气体从排气道排出,模腔内气压降至常压状态,开模拿取注射件。
本发明的有益效果为:
将注射件进行空芯化处理,极大地减少了原材料的投入,减轻了注射件的重量和表面缩痕,还额外降低了注射件的残余应力,从而降低了注射件的翘曲变形率,同时缩减了注射件的注射时间和制品的冷却时间,此外,对注射件材料的成分和配比进行了改进,使得注射件在满足重量轻的同时具有更高的强度性能。

具体实施方式
一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具涉及到一种气辅成型的注射件、一种用于注射件气辅成型的模具以及一种注射件的气辅成型工艺三个方面,具体技术内容如下:
一种气辅成型用的注射件包括注射件材料,注射件材料包括聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维两种成分,并将两种材料混合均匀;
相应的,聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维优选以7∶3的比例进行配比;
一种用于注射件气辅成型的模具包括定模1和动模2,定模1和动模2闭合后对注射件材料进行注射、气辅,其中,动模2上设置有内浇口、模腔、气针21、溢流阀22、溢流井23和排气道,注射件材料通过内浇口进入模腔中,利用气针21将高压惰性气体注射入模腔内,使得注射件材料快速塑化,模腔中起引流作用的多余注射件材料通过溢流阀22排流到溢流井23中,最终将高压惰性气体通过排气道排出模腔;
一种注射件的气辅成型工艺包括以下五个步骤:

1.一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具涉及一种气辅成型的注射件,包括注射件材料,其特征在于:所述的注射件材料包括聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维两种成分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具,其特征在于:所述的聚酰胺树脂和玻璃纤维优选以7∶3的比例进行配比。
3.一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具涉及到一种用于注射件气辅成型的模具,包括定模和动模,其特征在于:定模和动模闭合后对注射件材料进行注射、气辅,其中,动模上设置有内浇口、模腔、气针、溢流阀、溢流井和排气道。
4.一种气辅成型的注射件及其模具涉及到一种注射件的气辅成型工艺包括,其特征在于:该工艺包括以下五个步骤,
