Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有光量子还原生态磁场辐射共振波频的纳米新材料的组件制作配方按组份比例组成,所述纳米新材料配方包括:导电纳米碳、纳米石墨烯、钕硼磁、负离子粉、氧化锗、氧化钛、锂酸铌、耐高温导电树脂、工业乙醇、活化剂。本发明光量子能量波还原生态磁场辐射共振波频的纳米新材料通过绝缘载体涂层印刷高温烘烤烧结,柔性或刚性载体表面形成一层面状导电薄膜通过电能转换高频共振波,调整生物的离子平衡、电位异常恢复正常平衡态、参与物质代谢和能量转换半导体效应。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纳米材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有光量子能量还原生态磁场辐射振波频的纳米新材料。
背景技术:
理疗就是利用人工或者自然界物理因素作用于人体,使之产生有利的反应,达到预防和治疗疾病的目的,是现代医学康复治疗的重要组成部分。随着科技的进步以及人们生活水平的提高,人们对自身健康状况越来越关注,除了常规的体育运动、食品保健、健康体检等良好习惯的保持外,越来越多的人开始注重理疗产品的使用。常规的电疗法、光疗法、超声理疗法等操作过程使用的理疗装置能耗高,且对人体的理疗效果差,难以引起人体的明显反应。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种具有光量子还原生态磁场辐射振波频的纳米新材料。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种具有远红外节能辐射共振波频的纳米新材料包括导电纳米碳 20-50份、纳米石墨烯3-15份、负离子粉5-12份、钕硼磁5-10份、氧化锗5-15份、氧化钛5-15份、锂酸铌3-8份、高温导电树脂3-10份、工业乙醇3-10份、活化剂1-8份。
所述工业乙醇含量为99.9%,纳米石墨烯含量为99.99%纯度。
纳米新材料的制作过程如下:
(1)制作碳系导电浆料,将20-50份纳米导电碳、3-15份纳米石墨烯加入3-10份的工业乙醇中,形成碳系导电浆料;对碳系导电浆料进行充分搅拌,搅拌条件为在转速3000-4000转/分的高速搅拌机进行高速搅拌、充分混合40-50分钟;
(2)初始材料的制备,将5-12份负离子粉、5-10份钕硼磁、5-15 份氧化锗、5-15份氧化钛、3-8份锂酸铌、3-10份高温导电树脂加入充分搅拌后的碳系导电浆料中,在10兆帕的条件下进行离心搅拌,搅拌后保压 30-50分钟,形成初始材料;
(3)初始材料活化:将1-8份活化剂加入常压下的初始材料中,活化条件为搅拌30-60分钟、静置活化20分钟;
(4)印刷烧结:将活化后的初始材料印刷在耐高温基质上,并进行真空烧结。
本发明的有益效果在于:该光量子生物能量辐射波频的纳米新材料发出的波长为2-15um,该光量子能量辐射波能够对人物的组织产生良好的能量电位磁场,使人体组织处于有序排列平衡态。在进行理疗应用时,光量子能量辐射波能够明显改善血液循环和人体微循环系统,促进新陈代谢提高,增强机体免疫能力,增强心脑血管机动性,有效理解决人体亚健康平衡态问题。

为了使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面对本发明的具体实施方式做出详细的说明。
本发明公开了一种具有光量子能量还原生态磁场辐射共振波频的纳米新材料,纳米新材料包括:导电纳米碳20-50份、纳米石墨烯3-15份、负离子粉5-12份、钕硼磁5-10份、氧化锗5-15份、氧化钛5-15份、锂酸铌3-8份、高温导电树脂3-10份、工业乙醇3-10份、活化剂1-8份。
所述工业乙醇含量为99.9%,纳米石墨烯含量为99.99%纯度。
纳米新材料的制作过程如下:

通过上述制备工艺,能够得到后续用于理疗的纳米材料,该光量子生物能量辐射波频的纳米新材料发出的波长为2-15um,该光量子能量辐射波能够对人物的组织产生良好的能量电位磁场,使人体组织处于有序排列平衡态。在进行理疗应用时,光量子能量辐射波能够明显改善血液循环和人体微循环系统,促进新陈代谢提高,增强机体免疫能力,增强心脑血管机动性,有效理解决人体亚健康平衡态问题。

Claims (3)
1.一种具有光量子还原生态磁场辐射振波频的纳米新材料,其特征在于:包括:导电纳米碳20-50份、纳米石墨烯3-15份、负离子粉5-12份、钕硼磁5-10份、氧化锗5-15份、氧化钛5-15份、锂酸铌3-8份、高温导电树脂3-10份、工业乙醇3-10份、活化剂1-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有光量子还原生态磁场辐射振波频的纳米新材料,其特征在于:工业乙醇含量为99.9%,纳米石墨烯含量为99.99%纯度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有光量子还原生态磁场辐射振波频的纳米新材料,其特征在于:纳米新材料的制作过程如下:
(1)制作碳系导电浆料,将20-50份纳米导电碳、3-15份纳米石墨烯加入3-10份的工业乙醇中,形成碳系导电浆料;对碳系导电浆料进行充分搅拌,搅拌条件为在转速3000-4000转/分的高速搅拌机进行高速搅拌、充分混合40-50分钟;
(2)初始材料的制备,将5-12份负离子粉、5-10份钕硼磁、5-15份氧化锗、5-15份氧化钛、3-8份锂酸铌、3-10份高温导电树脂加入充分搅拌后的碳系导电浆料中,在10兆帕的条件下进行离心搅拌,搅拌后保压30-50分钟,形成初始材料;
(3)初始材料活化:将1-8份活化剂加入常压下的初始材料中,活化条件为搅拌30-60分钟、静置活化20分钟;
(4)印刷烧结:将活化后的初始材料印刷在耐高温基质上,并进行真空烧结。
