背景技术
颈肩腰腿疼痛是中老年人的多发性常见病，现诸多的年轻人也初现此类病症，直接影响患者的身心健康和生活质量，犯病时疼痛难耐，苦不堪言；而西医对此病症治疗往往是采用激素类药物，虽然可缓解病症，但却不能根治，同时激素类药物有诸多副作用及其临床难以克服的依赖性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种消肿活血止痛黑膏药及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的，本发明是按照以下技术方案实施的：

另外，本发明还提供一种消肿活血止痛黑膏药的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将中药原料中的乳香、没药、樟脑、薄荷冰、儿茶、冰片、红花、血竭、元胡、阿魏，研成细分备用；将麝香、薄荷冰研成细粉分别装入两个容器中备用；将除广丹外的其余中药原料研磨粉碎，之后用2000目筛子进行筛选，去除杂质以及非用药部分，将药清理干净备用；
步骤二、将步骤一中除广丹外的其余中药原料倒入铁锅内，加入4000克芝麻香油浸泡3-10天，浸泡完成后，开始文火炸两小时，炸制过程中用新鲜桑木根不停搅拌锅中的药料，观察药料熬制由枯黄变黑时捞出药渣，然后去掉杂质，锅中的药油继续文火熬制四个半小时，在熬制的过程中观察油烟的颜色，开始油烟的颜色由浅青色渐渐转变为黑色，此时改为武火，油烟变为白浓烟；待油花沸腾开始改为文火，此时油花多在锅壁周边，当油花向锅中央聚集时，急用竹筷去油，取出的油滴入水中成珠不散，这时离开火源边朝着一个方向搅拌边加入广丹，排尽油烟，制成黑膏药；
将制成的黑膏药倒入冷水中浸泡一周去除火毒，每天换水一次，用时将制成的黑膏药倒入铁锅内文火温开，将乳香、没药、樟脑、薄荷冰、儿茶、冰片、红花、血竭、元胡、阿魏的粉末均匀撒入并搅拌均匀，将黑膏药摊在棉布上，棉布制成16*16每张，膏药净重25克；
进一步，所述步骤二中，除广丹外的其余中药原料在芝麻香油浸泡时间为：春季五天，夏季三天，秋季七天，冬季十天。
本发明中：
伸筋草：祛风散寒.除湿消肿，舒筋活络。
透骨草：有祛风除湿，舒筋活络的功效。
五加皮：有祛风湿，补益肝肾，强筋壮骨，利水消肿的作用。
杜仲：有补肝肾，治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱，小便余沥，阴下湿痒，高血压、安胎的功效。
红花：活血通经，去瘀止痛。
赤药：清热凉血，散瘀止痛。
灵仙：祛风除湿；活血通络；解毒散结.
当归：补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便。
羌活：散表寒；祛风湿；利关节；止痛。
独活：祛风除湿，痛痹止痛。
鸡血藤：补血行血，通经活络。
川芎：行气开郁，祛除风燥湿，活血止痛。
牛膝：逐瘀通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利尿通淋，引血下行。

地龙：清热定惊、通络、平喘、利尿
血竭：活血定痛，化瘀止血，敛疮生肌。
山茱萸：补益肝肾，涩精固脱。
大黄：泻热毒，破积滞，行瘀血。
乳香：活血行气止痛，消肿生肌。
没药：散瘀定痛，消肿生肌。
萆薢：利湿去浊，祛风除痹。
钩藤：息风定惊，清热平肝。
观音莲：清热解毒，消肿。
钻地风：舒筋活络，祛风活血。
姜黄：破血，行气，通经，止痛。
补骨脂：补肾壮阳，固精缩尿，肾虚腰痛，小便频数，小儿遗尿，肾漏，温脾止泻，纳气平喘。
菟丝子：补益肝肾，固精缩尿，安胎，明目，止泻；外用消风祛斑。
淫羊藿：补肾阳、强筋骨、祛风湿。
白芥子：温肺豁痰利气，散结通络止痛。
五灵脂：行血止痛。
徐长卿：祛风化湿、行气通络。
苏木：活血祛瘀，消肿定痛。
土元：破瘀血，续筋骨。
儿茶：活血止痛，止血生肌，收湿敛疮，清肺化痰。
甘草：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
千年健：祛风湿，壮筋骨。
四块瓦：解毒消肿、活血散瘀，治风湿性关节炎、菌痢。
樟脑：通关窍，利滞气，辟秽浊，杀虫止痒，消肿止痛。
冰片：清热解毒、防腐生肌。
薄荷脑：疏风，清热，解毒。
麝香：开窍，辟秽，通络，散瘀。
广丹：拔毒生肌，敛疮。
由以上中药成分之间的相互配伍，相辅相成，最终能够达到舒筋通络、祛风除湿、排出患处的有毒物质，从而达道消肿活血止痛之功效。
与现有技术相比，本发明的中药膏药价格低、疗程短、见效快、无毒副作用，用于治疗非创伤性肌肉疼痛，周身骨关节肿痛，活血化瘀，消肿止痛，祛风除湿，舒筋壮骨，急性软组织跌打损伤等有很好的疗效。

本实施例的一种消肿活血止痛黑膏药，是由以下原料制备成的外用膏药：伸筋草30克，透骨草37克，五加皮27克，杜仲27克，红花30克，赤药30克，灵仙35克，当归27克，羌活20克，独活30克，鸡血藤55克，川芎30克，牛膝37克，葛根27克，穿山龙27克，苍术16克，防风16克，防己16克，秦艽27克，骨碎补30克，狗脊30克，川断27克，首乌37克，桂枝46克，桑枝46克，川乌30克，草乌30克，细辛27克，南星27克，蜈蚣20克，全虫20克，穿山甲27克，木香20克，元胡30克，阿魏36克，木瓜37克，肉桂23克，三七23克，一口钟30克，泽兰叶26克，乌蛇37克，地龙26克，血竭22克，山茱萸26克，大黄30克，乳香30克，没药30克，萆薢20克，钩藤30克，观音莲35克，钻地风36克，姜黄37克，补骨脂30克，菟丝子30克，淫羊藿30克，白芥子30克，五灵脂30克，徐长卿36克，苏木36克，土元37克，儿茶20克，甘草30克，千年健37克，四块瓦30克，樟脑45克，冰片30克，薄荷脑20克，麝香1.5克，芝麻油4000克，广丹2000克。
制备消肿活血止痛黑膏药的具体步骤如下：
步骤一、将中药原料中的乳香、没药、樟脑、薄荷冰、儿茶、冰片、红花、血竭、元胡、阿魏，研成细分备用；将麝香、薄荷冰研成细粉分别装入两个容器中备用；将除广丹外的其余中药原料研磨粉碎，之后用2000目筛子进行筛选，去除杂质以及非用药部分，将药清理干净备用；
步骤二、将步骤一中除广丹外的其余中药原料倒入铁锅内，加入4000克芝麻香油浸泡3-10天，本实施例以冬季浸泡十天为例，然后开始文火炸两小时，炸制过程中用新鲜桑木根不停搅拌锅中的药料，观察药料熬制由枯黄变黑时捞出药渣，然后去掉杂质，锅中的药油继续文火熬制四个半小时，在熬制的过程中观察油烟的颜色，开始油烟的颜色由浅青色渐渐转变为黑色，此时改为武火，油烟变为白浓烟；待油花沸腾开始改为文火，此时油花多在锅壁周边，当油花向锅中央聚集时，急用竹筷去油，取出的油滴入水中成珠不散，这时离开火源边朝着一个方向搅拌边加入广丹，能去除广丹中毒性，排尽油烟以散发出膏药中的丹毒，制成黑膏药；如果丹毒排不出，在使用膏药的过程中会导致皮肤出现发痒的症状。
将制成的黑膏药倒入冷水中浸泡一周去除火毒，每天换水一次，用时将制成的黑膏药倒入铁锅内文火温开，将乳香、没药、樟脑、薄荷冰、儿茶、冰片、红花、血竭、元胡、阿魏的粉末均匀撒入并搅拌均匀，将黑膏药摊在棉布上，棉布制成16*16每张，膏药净重25克。
使用方法为：直接将膏药贴敷在患处，每张可连续贴敷八天；当然，在患者使用的时候将麝香、薄荷冰的细粉加在膏药上面，能更好的发挥药效。

石女士，现年35岁，因膝关节积液肿块疼痛，行走时更加严重，后经他人介绍使用本膏药五天，肿块明显消减，使用七天后积液肿胀也减少很多，疼痛明显减轻，使用21天后积液消除，使用36天后病情痊愈，至今未再复发。
临床实例2
朱先生，现年74岁，患有双膝类风湿性关节炎，并且还有骨质增生，病情已有二十多年，且腿部因病情影响已经变形，走路疼痛难忍，到处打针用药无效。后经人介绍前来治疗，使用本膏药后13天后肿胀疼痛减轻，腿部也能弯曲了。使用68天后疼痛全部消失，病情得到根本的治疗，已经痊愈。

李先生，现年56岁，患有腰椎间盘突出，且因压迫神经导致腿脚麻木，四处寻医问药无效，后来经人介绍使用了本膏药，三天腿脚麻木就有明显减轻，13天麻木消除，28天病情痊愈。

3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的消肿活血止痛黑膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将中药原料中的乳香、没药、樟脑、薄荷冰、儿茶、冰片、红花、血竭、元胡、阿魏，研成细分备用；将麝香、薄荷冰研成细粉分别装入两个容器中备用；将除广丹外的其余中药原料研磨粉碎，之后用2000目筛子进行筛选，去除杂质以及非用药部分，将药清理干净备用；
步骤二、将步骤一中除广丹外的其余中药原料倒入铁锅内，加入4000克芝麻香油浸泡3-10天，浸泡完成后，开始文火炸两小时，炸制过程中用新鲜桑木根不停搅拌锅中的药料，观察药料熬制由枯黄变黑时捞出药渣，然后去掉杂质，锅中的药油继续文火熬制四个半小时，在熬制的过程中观察油烟的颜色，开始油烟的颜色由浅青色渐渐转变为黑色，此时改为武火，油烟变为白浓烟；待油花沸腾开始改为文火，此时油花多在锅壁周边，当油花向锅中央聚集时，急用竹筷去油，取出的油滴入水中成珠不散，这时离开火源边朝着一个方向搅拌边加入广丹，排尽油烟，制成黑膏药；
将制成的黑膏药倒入冷水中浸泡一周去除火毒，每天换水一次，用时将制成的黑膏药倒入铁锅内文火温开，将乳香、没药、樟脑、薄荷冰、儿茶、冰片、红花、血竭、元胡、阿魏的粉末均匀撒入并搅拌均匀，将黑膏药摊在棉布上，棉布制成16*16每张，膏药净重25克。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消肿活血止痛黑膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤二中，除广丹外的其余中药原料在芝麻香油浸泡时间为：春季五天，夏季三天，秋季七天，冬季十天。
