Background
At present, social competition is increasingly violent, the living rhythm of people is accelerated, the mental stress is enhanced, and the environment is increasingly worsened, so that a plurality of people are always in a sub-health state, particularly office workers with high working pressure and irregular biological cycle. In view of the long-term sitting before computer in daily life, diseases related to lumbar vertebra, cervical vertebra or other parts can be brought. Hemorrhoids, whether internal or external, are more and more advanced in modern, especially young, patients, and in severe cases, other diseases may also be caused.
Hemorrhoids are common diseases in the anal region, and can occur at any age, but the incidence rate gradually increases with age. In China, hemorrhoids are the most common anorectal diseases, and the expressions of 'nine hemorrhoids for men' and 'ten hemorrhoids for women' are plain. The incidence of hemorrhoids is about 5% in the united states, and this difference may be related to the decision criteria.
At present, no effective treatment method or medicine exists in the prior art, and generally, the general method is to adopt medicines for control, wherein the medicines comprise suppository, ointment and lotion, most of which contain traditional Chinese medicine components, although the medicines have certain curative effect, the effect is not obvious, only the temporary relief effect can be realized, and the effect cannot be lasting. Moreover, the existing medicines on the market have the side effects of large self side effect, drug dependence, poor long-term curative effect, damage to organisms and the like, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the side effects of large damage to other functions of human bodies while achieving the purpose of controlling the state of an illness, relapse and relapse of the patient once the patient stops taking the medicine, great pain is brought to the patient, the treatment process is long, and the effect is slow.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hemorrhoids, which is simple to prepare, easily available in raw materials, natural in raw materials and free of any side effect on a human body, has a good curative effect on hemorrhoids, can be used for mainly treating internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids, anal fistula and other symptoms, can not relapse after healing, takes effect quickly, can achieve a healing effect after being used for 10 days as a treatment course, can achieve the healing effect after being generally used for 1-3 treatment courses, has a very remarkable effect, enables the human body to be healthier, has an effect of assisting in treating heat-toxin dysentery, intestinal polyp, blood heat and other symptoms, and also has a certain auxiliary curative effect on patients with high blood fat.
The second objective of the present invention is to provide a preparation method of the above traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hemorrhoids, the preparation method has the advantages of completely retaining the effective ingredients of the medicine, and the method is simple and easy to operate, and has mild operation conditions.
In order to achieve the above purpose of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:
the embodiment of the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hemorrhoids, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: by mass, 0.1-1 part of Chinese pulsatilla root, 0.5-2 parts of feather cockscomb, 1-3 parts of cedar, 0.5-1.5 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 0.1-1 part of centipede, 1-3 parts of sophora twig, 0.5-2 parts of sophora flavescens, 0.5-1.5 parts of dandelion root, 0.5-1.5 parts of purslane, 0.5-1.5 parts of cassia occidentalis, 0.1-1 part of frankincense and 0.1-1 part of longan pulp.
In the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicines and the western medicines for treating the hemorrhoids are very many, but generally have the problems of slow effect, large side effect after treatment, easy relapse of the hemorrhoids and the like, and the effect of thorough cure cannot be achieved.
The invention aims to solve a plurality of technical problems in the prior art, provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition which can realize the thorough cure of hemorrhoids and achieve excellent treatment effect, and is invented by the inventor based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory and combined with early clinical experience.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hemorrhoids perfectly overcomes the technical problems in the prior art, has various dosage forms, convenient use and no toxic or side effect, can achieve the effect of treating hemorrhoids fundamentally, is mainly used for treating internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids, anal fistula and other symptoms, can not relapse after healing, has quick response, is a treatment course of 10 days, can achieve the healing effect after being generally used for 1 to 3 treatment courses, has very remarkable effect, makes human body more healthy and prolongs life, has the auxiliary treatment effects of heat-toxin dysentery, intestinal polyp, blood heat and other symptoms, and also has certain auxiliary curative effect on patients with high blood fat.
Preferably, as a further implementable scheme, by mass, 0.3-0.7 part of Chinese pulsatilla root, 0.6-1.5 parts of feather cockscomb, 1.5-2.5 parts of cedar, 0.8-1.2 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 0.3-0.8 part of centipede, 1.5-2.5 parts of sophora twig, 0.8-1.5 parts of sophora flavescens ait, 0.7-1.2 parts of dandelion root, 0.7-1.2 parts of purslane, 0.7-1.2 parts of cassia tora, 0.3-0.8 part of frankincense and 0.2-0.8 part of longan pulp.
Preferably, as a further implementable scheme, by mass, 0.5 parts of Chinese pulsatilla root, 1 part of feather cockscomb, 2 parts of cedar, 1 part of wild chrysanthemum flower, 0.5 part of centipede, 2 parts of sophora twig, 1 part of sophora flavescens, 1 part of dandelion root, 1 part of purslane, 1 part of cassia occidentalis, 0.5 part of frankincense and 0.5 part of longan pulp.
In the raw material medicinal materials of the invention, the principle of monarch, minister, assistant and guide is utilized, the sophora japonica branch, the dandelion root, the sophora flavescens ait, the cedar and the purslane are used as monarch medicaments to mainly play a role in treatment, wherein the dandelion root has the functions of removing heat, inducing diuresis, reducing swelling and resisting infection and also has a certain anti-tumor effect, the sophora flavescens ait has certain effects of removing heat toxin and resisting tumor, the cedar has the effects of stopping bleeding and diminishing inflammation, the purslane has the effects of diminishing inflammation, detoxifying, reducing blood fat and relieving pain, the sophora japonica branch has the effects of dissipating blood stasis and stopping bleeding, the 5 monarch medicaments are matched to achieve the effects of relieving pain and reducing swelling on the surface, but completely eliminate the affected part of a patient with hemorrhoids, find the diseased root accurately, deeply remove the diseased part fundamentally and really realize the effect of removing the diseases, and the 5 monarch medicaments have mutual effects, the ideal effect of eliminating the diseases can be achieved only by matching the medicines, and the medicine effect is greatly reduced by lacking any one of the medicines.
It can be seen that after the 5 medicines are compounded, the treatment is on one hand, and on the other hand, the efficacy is obviously enhanced after the compatibility of medicines, and the effect of inhibiting recurrence is also achieved to a certain extent, as is known, the most of the hemorrhoids occur because of sedentary and motionless conditions and are always loved to eating spicy foods, but after the medicine treatment of the invention and the treatment of common hemorrhoids on the market, the morbidity of the former can be controlled below 10 percent, and the morbidity of the latter reaches more than 50 percent, so that the treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine formula of the invention is very excellent, and the traditional Chinese medicine formula in the prior art is not recorded at all and belongs to a technical blank point.
In the above-mentioned prescription, it should be noted that the dandelion must be selected to the dandelion root when the dandelion goes into medicine, rather than the dandelion leaf, the drug effect of dandelion root itself will be more strong some, and difficult shaping during follow-up preparation of dandelion leaf, the drug effect is not easily extracted like the dandelion root, so according to the discovery of a large amount of practices of inventor, the curative effect of dandelion root all will be superior to the dandelion leaf, only adopt the dandelion root to go into medicine after, just can form good compatibility of medicines relation.
The traditional Chinese medicine formula mainly comprises 12 medicinal materials, and other components except the monarch drug in the 5 medicinal materials are ministerial drugs and mainly play an auxiliary curative effect. In ministerial drugs, the Chinese pulsatilla root has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and cooling blood, the feather cockscomb has the effects of stopping bleeding, diminishing swelling, detoxifying and protecting liver, the wild chrysanthemum has the effects of dispelling stasis and cold, improving immunity and accelerating wound recovery, the centipede has the effects of detoxifying and counteracting toxic substances, the cassia occidentalis has the effects of reducing blood pressure, reducing blood fat and removing liver toxin, the frankincense has the effects of dispelling wind and removing blood stasis, relieving pain and promoting tissue regeneration, and the longan pulp has the effects of enriching blood and dispelling cold.
Although a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid medicines exist in the prior art, the hemorrhoid medicines are generally externally applied medicines, the operation is not convenient, the treatment effect is common, the externally applied medicines are generally safflower, musk and camphor, some borneol can be added for good patient sensitivity, the hemorrhoid medicines have high toxicity and large side effect, the borneol only has the effect of temporary relief and cannot be eradicated, and the musk has large toxicity, so the raw material medicines adopted in the past are abandoned when the medicine is used as the medicine ingredients.
The traditional Chinese medicine is an oral medicine, is prepared into pills for direct oral administration, is very convenient, reduces the pain of patients, is more scientific in matching dosage, and achieves good treatment effect after mutual compatibility.
In the prior art, some oral traditional Chinese medicine preparations for treating hemorrhoids are available, but some sugar is added in order to cover the taste of the traditional Chinese medicine, and some medicinal materials which are nourishing and helpful for defecation are also selected for assistance, but the ingredients are not symptomatic, and the medicinal effect is influenced to a certain extent after some sugar is added.
The embodiment of the invention provides a formula of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the raw materials, soaking for more than 5 hr, decocting in water for more than 4 hr, filtering the residue, collecting the medicinal liquid, concentrating into paste, drying, and making into pill.
Preferably, the soaking time is controlled to be 7-8 h.
Preferably, the amount of water added in the step of decocting with water is 20-30 times of the mass of all the raw materials.
Preferably, the steps of sequentially adding water for decoction, filtering the residues and collecting the liquid medicine are repeated back and forth for 10-15 times, and the time for each decoction is controlled to be 4-5 h.
Preferably, the paste is concentrated to 60 ℃ and has a relative density of 1.1-2, and the relative density is preferably controlled to be 1.12-1.5.
The preparation method is simple in operation, no waste residue is generated in the operation process, in addition, all the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are preferably subjected to pretreatment operations such as picking, cleaning, irradiation and the like, and then subsequent soaking is carried out, the irradiation can achieve the effects of killing microorganisms, preventing corrosion and sterilizing, the irradiation temperature is not too high, the temperature is generally controlled to be 50-60 ℃, and the effective components in the raw materials can be damaged due to too high temperature.
The preparation method fully extracts the drug effect through a decoction and concentration mode, belongs to a preferred method relative to the exertion of the drug effect, and aims to fully integrate the drug effect of each medicinal material in the raw materials into a concentrated solution, the medicinal materials must be soaked for a period of time before decoction, the soaking time is more than 5 hours, preferably 7-8 hours, then the medicinal materials are decocted by adding water, the water addition amount is generally 20-30 times of the total mass of all the raw materials, too much or too little is not beneficial to the exertion of the drug effect, and the water addition decocting time is controlled to be more than 4 hours.
In order to fully extract the effective components in the medicinal materials, the steps of sequentially adding water for decoction, filtering residues and collecting liquid medicine are preferably repeated for 10-15 times, and the time for each decoction is controlled to be 4-5h, so that the medicine residues can be fully utilized after repeated decoction.
During concentration, the concentrated solution is concentrated into thick paste with the relative density controlled between 1.1 and 2 (60 ℃), the relative density range is more favorable for human body absorption, and the relative density is more preferably controlled between 1.12 and 1.5.
The preparation process of the invention achieves absolutely pure nature, does not use modern complex processing technology, reserves the traditional preparation mode, and simultaneously does not add any artificial ingredients so as to reserve the optimal effect of the product formula.
