本发明公开了一种应用于轮胎胎面胶中的炭黑,所述炭黑的化学性能和物理性能如下:吸碘值:110~120 g/Kg,DBP吸收值:117~127 10‑5m3/Kg,倾注密度:300~360 g/L,300%定伸应力:‑1.6~0.8 MPa,扯断伸长率:≥10%,扯断强度:≥0.8 MPa;本发明的优点在于:能够提高炭黑在胶料中的填充量,同时保证了橡胶的物理性能,在使用中提升胎面胶的磨耗性能,降低轮胎生热,增大在橡胶中的用量改善胶料的定伸,延长了轮胎使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种炭黑,具体地说是一种应用于轮胎胎面胶中的改性N234炭黑,属于炭黑领域。
背景技术
轮胎中炭黑用量仅次于天然胶,对轮胎的性能起到决定性作用。作为汽车重要部件,轮胎是汽车承受重力、传递牵引力、制动力和转向力的重要部件,胎面对于轮胎至关重要,涉及轮胎滚动阻力、抓着性和抗湿滑能力,胎面配方的好坏直接决定轮胎的使用新能以及人身财产安全。
橡胶用炭黑原来是按粒径大小来分类的,但后来改为按氮表面积分类。此外,命名时把炭黑颜料的硫化速度和结构等因素也考虑进去了,由4个系统构成。第一个英文字母代表胶料的硫化速度,以N代表正常硫化速度,S代表缓慢硫化速度。后面3个为阿拉伯数字。第一个数字代表炭黑氮表面积范围,共列为0~9个等级。第二和第三个数字则由美国材料试验协会负责炭黑和术语的D24.41委员会指定的,反映不同的结构程度。
炭黑是一种无定形碳。轻、松而极细的黑色粉末,比表面积非常大,范围从10-3000m2/g,是有机物(天然气、重油、燃料油等)在空气不足的条件下经不完全燃烧或受热分解而得的产物。比重1.8-2.1 由天然气制成的称“气黑”,由油类制成的称“灯黑”,由乙炔制成的称“乙炔黑”。此外还有“槽黑”“炉黑”。按炭黑性能区分有“补强炭黑”、“导电炭黑”、“耐磨炭黑”等。可作黑色染料,用于制造中国墨、油墨、油漆等,也用于做橡胶的补强剂。
单纯的橡胶使用意义不大,炭黑会提高橡胶的许多性能,比如可以提高橡胶的定伸应力、扯断强度和磨耗等,使橡胶使用价值更大,炭黑在轮胎的各个部件中都在使用,所以炭黑的性能直接影响轮胎的使用性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种应用于轮胎胎面胶中的改性N234炭黑,能够提高炭黑在橡胶中的填充量,提高橡胶制品的定伸、撕裂和磨耗等性能,提高了产品质量。
本发明的技术方案为:
应用于轮胎胎面胶中的改性N234炭黑,所述炭黑的化学性能和物理性能如下:吸碘值:110~120 g/Kg,DBP吸收值:117~127 10-5m3/Kg,倾注密度:300~360 g/L,300%定伸应力:-1.6~0.8 MPa,扯断伸长率:≥10%,扯断强度:≥0.8 MPa。
所述炭黑的制备方法:将天然气和空气混合沿炉轴方向喷入反应炉并燃烧,同时在垂直反应炉轴线的方向上喷入原料油,接着燃烧的天然气将原料油点燃一起沿反应炉的轴向继续运动,炭黑在此初步形成,在反应炉的末端垂直反应炉轴向方向上喷入水将未完全燃烧的原料油冷却,通过装置将其收集并造粒,造粒完成后包装。
一种轮胎胎面胶,由以下重量份数的成分组成:
天然橡胶100份;炭黑43份;白炭黑7份;氧化锌3.5份;硬脂酸2份;防老剂3份;硫磺1.1份;促进剂1.45份;
其中,所述炭黑为上述改性N234炭黑;所述防老剂中包括防老剂RD、防老剂6PPD和防老剂3100,其混合重量比例为1:2:0.5;所述促进剂为CZ和 NS的混合物,其混合重量比例为1:1。
采用本发明轮胎胎面胶的性能试验数据如下:撕裂强度(直角型)提高5%以上,300%定伸应力提高3%以上,磨耗提升10%以上;有效提高了成品胎的磨耗性能,提高了成品轮胎的使用寿命。
本发明的优点在于:能够提高炭黑在胶料中的填充量,同时保证了橡胶的物理性能,在使用中提升胎面胶的磨耗性能,降低轮胎生热,增大在橡胶中的用量改善胶料的定伸,延长了轮胎使用寿命。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中涉及到的百分号“%”,若未特别说明,是指质量百分比;但溶液的百分比,除另有规定外,是指溶液100ml中含有溶质若干克;液体之间的百分比,是指20℃时容量的比例。
实施例1
应用于轮胎胎面胶中的改性N234炭黑,所述炭黑的化学性能和物理性能如下:吸碘值:110~120 g/Kg,DBP吸收值:117~127 10-5m3/Kg,倾注密度:300~360 g/L,300%定伸应力:-1.6~0.8 MPa,扯断伸长率:≥10%,扯断强度:≥0.8 MPa。
所述炭黑的制备方法:将天然气和空气混合沿炉轴方向喷入反应炉并燃烧,同时在垂直反应炉轴线的方向上喷入原料油,接着燃烧的天然气将原料油点燃一起沿反应炉的轴向继续运动,炭黑在此初步形成,在反应炉的末端垂直反应炉轴向方向上喷入水将未完全燃烧的原料油冷却,通过装置将其收集并造粒,造粒完成后包装。
一种轮胎胎面胶,由以下重量份数的成分组成:

1.应用于轮胎胎面胶中的改性N234炭黑,其特征在于:所述炭黑的化学性能和物理性能如下:吸碘值:110~120 g/Kg,DBP吸收值:117~127 10-5m3/Kg,倾注密度:300~360 g/L,300%定伸应力:-1.6~0.8 MPa,扯断伸长率:≥10%,扯断强度:≥0.8 MPa。
2.一种轮胎胎面胶,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的成分组成:
天然橡胶100份;炭黑43份;白炭黑7份;氧化锌3.5份;硬脂酸2份;防老剂3份;硫磺1.1份;促进剂1.45份;
其中,所述炭黑为权利要求1所述的改性N234炭黑炭黑;所述炭黑为上述改性N234炭黑;所述防老剂中包括防老剂RD、防老剂6PPD和防老剂3100,其混合重量比例为1:2:0.5;所述促进剂为CZ和NS的混合物,其混合重量比例为1:1。
