Description

Baking-free decorative glaze for building exterior wall and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a building material, in particular to a baking-free decorative glaze surface of an exterior wall of a building and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Since 2000, the national ministry of construction stipulates that high-rise buildings are not allowed to be decorated with ceramic tiles. Firstly, a large amount of land resources and energy resources are consumed for tile production, and the color is single, so that the city color is monotonous and tedious; secondly, the adhesive between the ceramic tile and the wall body is easy to age under outdoor conditions and has potential safety hazards of falling off and hurting people. In view of the above reasons, in the prior art, building coatings and real stone paints are generally adopted as exterior wall decoration layers of buildings, but the building coatings are exposed in the external natural environment for a long time and are subjected to long-term repeated actions such as wind blowing, sun drying, salt spray corrosion, rain, cold and hot changes, and the like, so that the coating is prone to cracking, pulverization, peeling, color change and the like, and the coating loses the original decoration function. Therefore, the building coating has the defects of poor texture, short service life and the like. The real paint is prepared by mixing quartz sand, emulsion, cellulose, a preservative and other materials, but has the problems of poor adhesive capacity, frequent sand falling, high construction environment requirement (above 20 ℃), delay of construction period, whitening and yellowing, soft coating and the like. Therefore, the development of a novel building outer wall baking-free decorative glaze surface capable of replacing the stone paint has important significance.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a baking-free decorative glaze surface for an exterior wall of a building and a preparation method thereof, and the baking-free decorative glaze surface has the advantages of fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no toxicity, no odor, high strength, high hardness, high tensile bonding strength, rich colors, low construction environment requirement, high solidification speed, long service life and the like, and can replace real stone paint.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a baking-free decorative glaze for building exterior walls comprises the following raw materials by weight: 75-105kg of superfine common silicate cement, 150-160kg of carborundum, 0.3-1.0kg of nano silicon dioxide, 2-4.8kg of redispersible latex powder, 0.3-0.42kg of high-efficiency water reducing agent FDN, 5-7.2kg of calcined gypsum, 5-7.2kg of alum stone powder, 15-20kg of natural mineral pigment, 0.03-0.05kg of lithium carbonate, 0.2-0.32kg of calcium lignosulphonate, 3-6kg of film forming additive, 1.5-3kg of ethylene glycol, 0.3-0.55kg of defoaming agent and 34-45kg of water.
The superfine common silicate cement is 32.5 common silicate cement with the grain size of 0.2 mu m.
The carborundum is 10-40 meshes, and the particle size of the calcined gypsum is 40 mu m.
The film forming additive is alcohol ester twelve produced by Istmann, USA.
The model of the defoaming agent is SF-208.
Preferably, the unfired decorative glaze for the building exterior wall comprises the following raw materials by weight: 105kg of ordinary Portland cement, 80kg of 10-20 meshes of gray carborundum, 80kg of 20-40 meshes of black emery, 1kg of nano silicon dioxide, 4.8kg of redispersible latex powder, 0.42kg of high-efficiency water reducing agent FDN, 7.2kg of calcined gypsum, 7.2kg of alum stone powder, 15kg of natural mineral pigment SY318 iron oxide black, 0.055kg of lithium carbonate, 0.32kg of wood calcium, twelve 6kg of alcohol ester, 3kg of ethylene glycol, SF-2080.55 kg of defoaming agent and 40kg of water.
A preparation method of a baking-free decorative glaze surface of an exterior wall of a building comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the superfine common silicate cement into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture;
(2) adding a high-efficiency water reducing agent FDN into the first mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture;
(3) adding nano silicon dioxide and redispersible latex powder into the second mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third mixture;
(4) adding emery and natural mineral pigment into the third mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a fourth mixture;
(5) adding the film-forming aid into ethylene glycol for dilution, adding the diluted film-forming aid into the fourth mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a fifth mixture;
(6) and adding calcined gypsum, alum stone powder, lithium carbonate, calcium lignosulfonate and a defoaming agent into the fifth mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain the baking-free decorative glaze surface of the building outer wall.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the diamond grains are selected because of their high hardness (8.5 mohs hardness), high specific gravity, stable chemical properties and their characteristic self-sharpening properties. The grain diameter of common diamond dust sold in the market at present is 10-40 meshes, and the invention can improve the strength and the texture of the baking-free decorative glaze surface of the building outer wall by controlling the grain diameter.
2. The present invention uses superfine 32.5 ordinary Portland cement as cementing material, its grain size is 0.2 micrometer, and it has the advantages of quick hydration speed, high early strength, good durability and no ageing phenomenon.
3. By adding lithium carbonate and wood calcium, the setting time of the building exterior wall baking-free decorative glaze slurry can be adjusted within 10min-2 h.
4. By adding the redispersible latex powder and the nano silicon dioxide and utilizing the synergistic effect of the redispersible latex powder and the nano silicon dioxide, the water separation rate can be reduced, the folding strength and the compressive strength of the baking-free decorative glaze slurry for the exterior wall of the building can be improved, and the brittleness can be reduced.
5. By adding calcined gypsum and alunite and utilizing the synergistic effect between the calcined gypsum and the alunite, the later strength can be continuously increased, and the 28d compressive strength of the cement is inhibited from being reversely contracted.
6. By adding the high-efficiency water reducing agent FDN, the water-cement ratio of the building outer wall non-fired decorative glaze slurry can be reduced, the workability of the slurry is improved, the spraying is convenient, and the later strength is improved.
Compared with the existing stone-like paint and coating, the baking-free decorative glaze for the exterior wall of the building, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no toxicity, no odor, high strength, high hardness, high tensile bonding strength, rich colors, strong adhesion capability, no sand falling, low construction environment requirement, high solidification speed, long service life, no phenomena of whitening, yellowing, soft coating and the like of the glaze, is a novel baking-free decorative glaze for the exterior wall of the building, can replace the existing stone-like paint, and has great economic and social benefits.
