本发明公开了一种发泡包覆板,属于建筑装饰领域,其技术方案要点是:包括基础板材和包覆于所述基础板材外侧的塑料膜保护层,所述基础板材包括PVC发泡板,所述塑料膜保护层为PVC膜保护层或PE膜保护层。本发明还公开了一种发泡包覆板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、将PVC发泡板按尺寸进行整尺分割形成所述基础板材;S2、通过PVC膜将步骤S1中的基础板材进行面板贴和操作形成所述发泡包覆板。本发明的优点是可以代替人造石和石英石板,使用时不需要二次加工,也不会产生二次污染,对环境和人体造成伤害。

一种发泡包覆板及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,具体涉及一种发泡包覆板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
当前在家装中如橱柜、卫浴、窗台、电视背景墙以及过门石都有人造石或石英石板的使用;同时在各种高档写字楼、酒店、广场以及大型幕墙上也有人造石或石英石板的使用。但是在使用人造石或石英石板的过程中通常需要将人造石或石英石板进行二次加工-裁切,而且在裁切过程中会产生粉尘污染,对环境造成二次污染,同时对人体造成伤害。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种发泡包覆板,其优点是:可以代替人造石和石英石板,不需要二次加工,也不会产生二次污染,对环境和人体造成伤害。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种发泡包覆板,包括基础板材和包覆于所述基础板材外侧的塑料膜保护层。
通过上述技术方案,发泡包覆板使用的时候不需要二次加工,也不会产生二次污染,对环境和人体造成伤害。在基础板材外围包覆有一层塑料膜保护层使得发泡包覆板不会被污渍渗透,非常适用于橱柜等易产生污渍的地方。
本发明进一步设置为:所述塑料膜保护层为PVC膜保护层。
通过上述技术方案,PVC材料在生活中较为常见,而且硬度较大。
本发明进一步设置为:所述塑料膜保护层为PE膜保护层。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基础板材包括PVC发泡板。
通过上述技术方案,PVC发泡板切割的时候不会产生粉尘,对环境造成污染,同时对人体的危害也较小。
本发明进一步设置为:所述发泡包覆板上开设有若干减重空腔。
通过上述技术方案,如此设置在不影响发泡包覆板强度的前提下降低了发泡包覆板的重量,更加便于运输和建筑安装。
本发明进一步设置为:该发泡包覆板呈矩形。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种发泡包覆板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将PVC发泡板按尺寸进行整尺分割形成所述基础板材;
S2、通过PVC膜将步骤S1中的基础板材进行面板贴和操作形成所述发泡包覆板。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤S2中的面板贴和方式为吸塑,将PVC膜或PE膜加热,然后真空吸附于所述基础板材表面形成所述塑料膜保护层。
通过上述技术方案,吸塑工艺采用的膜厚度较大,而且吸塑工艺中对于石塑基层的覆盖面一般为5面。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤S2中的面板贴和方式为热包覆。
本发明进一步设置为:步骤S2中的面板贴和方式为冷包覆
通过上述技术方案,包覆工艺中对于基础板材的覆盖面一般为6面,如此设置,一方面可以更好地保护到基础板材,另一方面全包膜六面能让发泡包覆板承重能力增强,不易变形也不易开裂。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、基础板材和塑料膜保护层的设置使得污渍流到发泡包覆板上的时候不会渗透进发泡包覆板上对发泡包覆板造成污染;
2、PVC发泡板耐高温性使得当发泡包覆板在高温情况下色变的可能性降低,而且PVC发泡板具有更高的强韧性;
3、通过面板贴合的方式将PVC膜与基础板材进行连接;
4、包覆工艺中对于基础板材的覆盖面一般为6面,如此设置,一方面可以更好地保护到基础板材,另一方面全包膜六面能让发泡包覆板承重能力增强,不易变形也不易开裂。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”、“底面”和“顶面”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
实施例
一种发泡包覆板,如图1所示,该发泡包覆板1呈矩形布置在橱柜2上,橱柜2竖直设置在地面上,且橱柜2上其中两个相互垂直的侧面与墙体3紧密贴合。
如图2所示,发泡包覆板1包括基础板材11和包覆于基础板材11外侧的塑料膜保护层12,塑料膜保护层12可以是PVC膜保护层,也可以是PE膜保护层。发泡包覆板1使用的时候不需要二次加工,也就不会产生二次污染,对环境和人体造成伤害。在基础板材11外围包覆有一层塑料膜保护层12使得发泡包覆板1不会被污渍渗透,非常适用于橱柜等易产生污渍的地方。
基础板材11可以是PVC发泡板, PVC发泡板耐高温性使得当发泡包覆板1在高温情况下色变的可能性降低,而且PVC发泡板具有更高的强韧性。
发泡包覆板1上开设有若干减重空腔13。如此设置在发泡包覆板1强度的前提下降低了发泡包覆板1的重量,更加便于运输和建筑安装。
该发泡包覆板不仅适用于橱柜2,也可以用于箱体、台面或者其他场所。
一种发泡包覆板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将PVC发泡板按尺寸进行整尺分割形成所述基础板材11;
S2、通过PVC膜将步骤S1中的基础板材11进行面板贴和操作形成所述发泡包覆板1。
步骤S2中面板贴合的方法可以采用吸塑工艺也可以采用包覆工艺,吸塑工艺是将PVC膜加热,然后采用真空吸附于所述基础板材11表面。吸塑工艺采用的PVC膜厚度较大,而且吸塑工艺中对于基础板材11的覆盖面一般为5面。包覆工艺对于基础板材11的覆盖面一般为6面,如此设置,一方面可以更好地保护到基础板材11,另一方面全包膜六面能让发泡包覆板1承重能力增强,不易变形也不易开裂。因此本实施例优选通过包覆工艺将基础板材11与PVC膜进行贴合。包覆工艺可以通过包覆机实现,包覆工艺可以热包覆,也可以是冷包覆。当选择用热包覆的时候,将热熔剂置于包覆机的热胶箱内加热溶化后将PVC膜与基础板材11进行贴合,过程中加热温度为150-270℃。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡包覆板,其特征是:所述塑料膜保护层(12)为PVC膜保护层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡包覆板,其特征是:所述塑料膜保护层(12)为PE膜保护层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡包覆板,其特征是:所述基础板材(11)包括PVC发泡板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡包覆板,其特征是:所述发泡包覆板(1)上开设有若干减重空腔(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡包覆板,其特征是:该发泡包覆板(1)呈矩形。
7.一种发泡包覆板的生产工艺,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
S1、将PVC发泡板按尺寸进行整尺分割形成如权利要求1-7任一所述的基础板材(11);
S2、通过PVC膜将步骤S1中的基础板材(11)进行面板贴和操作形成如权利要求1-7任一所述的发泡包覆板(1)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种发泡包覆板的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤S2中的面板贴和方式为吸塑,将PVC膜或PE膜加热,然后真空吸附于所述基础板材(11)表面形成所述塑料膜保护层(12)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种发泡包覆板的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤S2中的面板贴和方式为热包覆。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种发泡包覆板的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤S2中的面板贴和方式为冷包覆。
