Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗淋巴瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份配比的原料药:蔓菁1‑40份、诃子、5‑80份、兔耳草1‑30份、羌活1‑30份、人参果1‑30份,以及选自花椒0.1‑20份、人参1‑30份、人工麝香0.1‑20份中的至少一种组成。本发明公开的中药组合物具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、润肺祛痰、健脾开胃、补益安神、止泻敛疮的功效,具有调节机体免疫力的能力,将失衡的免疫系统恢复正常,适用于因免疫失衡导致的疾病,尤其适合用于治疗获得性免疫缺陷综合征。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种治疗淋巴瘤的中药制剂,属于中药技术领域。
背景技术
恶性淋巴瘤(Malignant Lymphoma,淋巴瘤)是一类独立疾病的总称,是原发于淋巴结或结外部位淋巴组织和器官的免疫细胞肿瘤。可发生于身体的任何部位,淋巴结、扁桃体、脾和骨髓最易累及,按细胞来源可分为B、T、和NK细胞,按病理和临床特点大致分为霍奇金淋巴瘤(Hodgkin's Lymphoma,HL )和非霍奇金淋巴瘤(Non - Hodgkin's Lymphoma,NHL )两大类。造血和淋巴组织肺瘤WHO最新分类(2008年)根据形态学、免疫表型、遗传学和临床特点进行分类,大致分为前驱淋巴细胞脾瘤、成熟B细胞肿瘤、成熟T细胞和NK细胞脾瘤、霍奇金淋巴瘤及移植后淋巴增殖性疾病(PTLD)五类。目前尚未发现淋巴细胞发生良性胖瘤,故可简称淋巴瘤。与人体其它组织的恶性肿瘤相比,其最显著的特点是多样性(multiplicity)或称为异质性(heterogeneity),主要表现为淋巴组织分布广泛,淋巴细胞种类多样。临床特征以无痛性、进行性淋巴组织增生,尤以浅表淋巴结胖大为特点,常伴有肝脾月中大,晚期有贫血、发热和恶病质等。
藏医学认为,人体是由“隆、赤巴、培根”三大基础组成。一切疾病的根源都在于“隆、赤巴、培根”的失衡和紊乱。正常情况下,隆居于骨骼;赤巴居于血液、汗液;培根居于除骨骼、血液、汗液之外的其他部位,即精华、肌肉、脂肪、骨髓、精液、大便、尿等处。各类肿瘤疾病的发生也是因此。藏医认为正常状态下,所摄食物供养“初液”、初液营养血液、血液营养软组织肉、肉营养脂肪组织、脂肪营养骨组织、骨营养骨髓。肿瘤的形成是由于三者之间的紊乱致使所摄食物未能化为“初液”,而化作“恶液”并经血管进入全身各组织,并在某一免疫力功能衰弱的部位,被隆的结构素晃、硬、细、冷、轻、粗的逆作用收缩聚积为坚硬难消的肿块。这种似青扛果核般的肿块藏医称之为“滞癌”,从字面上可翻译为“核”,此即现代医学称之为肿瘤的疾病。
患者脉象弦细、力小而微,一般左右上下之脉除了微现外,不明显为芤脉,痞瘤在各个腑脏哪一处的具体脉象不明显而是成一片的跳动;尿液中出现状如鱼目的痞瘤之点滴;此前在上下中出现不同的颜色,有痞瘤的部位白色时为培根,黄色时为赤巴,红色时为血等;身体的哪部分患有痞瘤,该处的上面稍积污垢。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的不足,为治疗免疫系统疾病提供更好的药物,申请人现公开一种中药组合物。
淋巴肿瘤的起因是剧烈活动使其劳损,隆的轻、寒二性引起的血紊乱,依其腺体肿硬成疙瘩,形成了淋巴结炎脂疣,多发于颈项、眼角、腋下、四梢等处。藏医典籍《八支》中则说“培根太盛大,依其血肉脂,园高硬疙瘩,称为淋巴腺炎瘤。”淋巴病分隆淋巴腺炎、赤巴淋巴腺炎、血淋巴腺炎、培根淋巴腺炎等八种。
本发明所述的中药组合物如下所述:
一种抗肿瘤的中药组合物,包括下列重量份配比的原料药:蔓菁1-40份、诃子5-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-20份、人参1-30份、人工麝香0.1-20份中的至少一种组成;
进一步优选:蔓菁1-40份、诃子、20-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份、人参1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-20份、人参1-30份、人工麝香0.1-20份中的至少二种组成;
进一步优选,蔓菁1-40份、诃子、20-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份、人参1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-20份、人工麝香0.1-20份;
更进一步优选:蔓菁15-30份、诃子、35-60份、兔耳草1-10份、羌活1-10份、人参果1-10份、人参1-10份,以及选自花椒0.1-8份、人工麝香0.1-5份;
本发明原料药还包括至少一种选自夏枯草、甘草、山慈菇,还进一步包括至少一种选自黄芪、当归、枸杞子、半枝莲;还进一步包括至少一种选自余甘子、藏菖蒲。
本发明还提供一种中药制剂,由上述中药组合物,以及药学上可以接受的辅料制成;
本发明还提供一种保健食品,将上述中药组合物作为添加剂或成分之一制成。
方中蔓菁味辛,性温,治培根病、隆病,生赤巴,可防病毒。蔓菁可对治隆血紊乱引起的腺体炎瘤同时兼治培根生赤巴,调节三因为国王药。方中诃子与人参为后妃药。诃子有六味、八性、十七效。其十七效治二十属性病。诃子具有重、润、凉、钝、轻、糙、热、锐八性,其中一重对治隆赤的二轻性,一糙对治培根的柔粘二性。人参味苦、涩,功效治一切毒病、热病,为凉药之王,可治疗国王药治疗赤巴引起的淋巴肿瘤。二药合用可辅佐蔓菁对治由三因紊乱引起的淋巴肿瘤。
方选羌活、兔耳草、花椒、人工麝香为大臣药。花椒味辛,性糙,治隆病入心,为舒脉络之上品药。花椒可治赤巴和隆病,兼具通络之功效可辅佐国王和后妃药治疗淋巴肿瘤。兔耳草性凉、糙,可对治培根病和隆病,协助国王药治疗的同时兼具清热解毒之功效。羌活性温,祛寒湿,对治隆病中的属性寒,此外可治疮疡肿毒辅助国王对淋巴肿瘤治标。人工麝香芳香开窍、通经络、消肿止痛等作用。
方选人参果为佐使药。味甘,性凉;补气血,健脾胃。可以颐养胃火、固本培元同时具有调和诸药作用的药物。
诸药配伍,以主治赤巴、赤巴隆、培根隆合并症为主,具有治疗淋巴肿瘤之功效,兼并调节赤巴、隆与培根之间的平衡,使初液化为营养进入各脏腑、组织及血液、固本培元,消肿解毒。
为强化本中药组合物其中一个方面的功效,本发明所提供的组合物还可以包含至少一种选自夏枯草、生甘草、山慈菇。上述药物具有软坚散结、清热解毒作用之一。以上三味药物可以加强处方在消除肿瘤即腺体肿硬的疙瘩。
同样的为强化本处方中的功能,本发明所提供的处方还可以包含至少一种选自黄芪、当归、枸杞子、半枝莲。上述药物具有补气、补血、活血之功效。以上功效有助于初液在全身的运转。使初液抵达各脏腑。同时,各脏腑所形成的恶液排除体外。
为强化本中药组合物其中一个方面的功效,本发明所提供的组合物还可以包含至少一种选自余甘子、藏菖蒲。上述药物具有健胃、清热、消食、止痛作用之一。在临床实践中,有部分患者积食不化,导致的消化的食物不能转化为精华滋润各脏腑,同时,转化的精华在体内运转不顺,精华转变为糟粕后亦不能及时运转出体内导致痞瘤的产生,上述药物的能够很好的加强本方在以上方面的功能。
制剂的方法可以是:
1)各原料经挑杂后,称取,分组放好备用;
2)各组原料切段,分别研磨成粉,过2号标准筛;
3)将粉末混合,即得所述药物活性成分组合物;
4)将3)得到的活性成分组合物,按标准制剂工序,依据所制剂型的不同添加药用辅料,进行加工制成制剂。
例如,将提供的中药组合物制备成散剂的方法为:使用提供的中药组合物,将各原料药切段、研磨成粉,混匀即得散剂。
再例如,将提供的中药组合物制备成口服液的方法:将提供的组合物经水煎煮,之后浓缩水煎液,再添加药学上可接受的矫味剂、掩味剂、稀释剂,如蔗糖、炼蜜等与之搭配,制成口服液,经灭菌后灌装成瓶。如何进行煎煮,遵循本领域的一般指导原则和惯用手段,例如处方中需添加肉豆蔻,则在煎煮时,肉豆蔻应后下。
再例如,将提供的中药组合物制备成口含片的方法:将提供的中药组合物粉末与制备口含片用的适合的片剂辅料,如甘露醇、硬脂酸镁、糊精等,混合制粒,整粒,压片即得。
为了使组合物中各原料药更好的发挥药效,优选的对各原料药进行水提取或醇提取,如何选择提取的溶剂,遵循本领域的通常做法。但这些不能用于限制本发明的保护范围。
在没有中药提取条件的情况下,优选将提供的组合物制成散剂和口含片。使用时,将所述散剂或口含片按用量标准取药,置于舌下含服,在至少5分钟后吞咽,在吞咽后30分钟方可饮水。
本发明公开的中药制剂具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、润肺祛痰、健脾开胃、补益安神、止泻敛疮的功效,具有调节机体免疫力的能力,将失衡的免疫系统恢复正常,适用于因免疫失衡导致的疾病,尤其适合用于治疗获得性免疫缺陷综合征。
另外,本发明提供的组合物还可作为添加成分,制成具有调节免疫力功能的保健食品。所述保健食品可以是狭义的、形式上与药品类似的保健食品,如硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、片剂等。也可以是软糖、咀嚼糖等广义上的食品。其添加量根据食品的形式不同,以0.1-30%的重量比例为宜。应当理解,所述保健食品的存在形式不能限制本发明的保护范围。
再有,本发明提供的组合物还可作为添加成分,制成具有调节免疫力功能的功能饲料。所述饲料可以用于饲喂家畜、家禽,或养殖的水生、水栖动物。饲料形式可以是颗粒,粉末或流质。本发明提供的组合物可以预先混入饲料中并整体作为产品,也可将所述组合物经提取或直接制成饲料添加剂产品,再经使用人将添加剂与饲料的主料混合制成功能饲料。本发明提供的组合物在饲料中的添加量在0.01-30%质量比之间为宜。同样的,所述的功能饲料的形式或用途同样不能限制本发明的保护范围。
优选的,本发明所使用的组合物各组分用量为:蔓菁1-40份、诃子、20-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份、人参1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-20份、人工麝香0.1-20份;
更优选的,本发明所使用的组合物各组分用量为:蔓菁1-40份、诃子、20-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份、人参1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-10份、人工麝香0.1-15份。
本发明方案中涉及到的中药材说明如下:
蔓菁:别名蔓菁、诸葛菜、圆菜头、圆根、盘菜,东北人称卜留克、苤蓝,新疆人称恰玛古,拉丁文名Brassica rapa,芸薹属芸薹种芜菁亚种,能形成肉质根的二年生草本植物。肥大肉质根供食用,肉质根柔嫩、致密,供炒食、煮食。欧洲、亚洲和美洲均有栽培。味辛,性温,治培根病、隆病,生赤巴,可防病毒。
研究表明,芜菁含有如下化学成分: 皂苷、黄酮类、糖类及其苷、生物碱类、挥发油、酚类、鞣质、氨基酸、蛋白质、谷甾醇、正十六烷、β-胡萝卜苷、槲皮素、正三十二烷醇、油酸、亚油酸、芥酸、二十碳烯酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸等脂肪酸、异硫氰酸丁酯、异硫氰酸烯丙酯、硫代葡糖糖苷等。蔓菁具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
诃子:为使君子科诃子属植物诃子(Terminalia chebula Retz.)的成熟果实,又称诃黎勒,微毛诃子。诃子具敛肺止咳、涩肠止泻、降火利咽的功效。在藏药系统中,诃子为最常用的藏药材,被奉为“藏药之王”。诃子的果实含鞣质23.60%-37.36%,内含:诃子酸,诃黎勒酸,鞣料云实精,诃子鞣质,2,3-O-连二没食子酰石榴皮鞣质,榄仁黄素,原诃子酸,葡萄糖没食子鞣甙,1,3,6-三没食子酰葡萄糖,没食子酸,并没食子酸等。又含三萜类成分:榄仁萜酸,诃王醇。还含莽草酸,去氢莽草酸,奎宁酸,三十碳酸,棕榈酸,没食子酸已酯,诃子次酸三已酯,胡萝卜甙,β-谷甾醇,阿拉伯糖,果糖,葡萄糖,蔗糖,鼠李糖和氨基酸等。另含番泻甙,诃子素以及鞣酸酶,多酚氧化酶,过氧化物酶,抗坏血酸氧化酶等。诃子具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
兔耳草:性凉、糙,主治绞痛、刺痛,可清血热、清热解毒,清血、赤巴烦热。多年生高大草本,根粗大,茎四菱形,有腺毛,叶对生,脉明显网结,聚伞花序疏散开展呈圆锥状,花梗细长,有腺毛。萼裂片顶端钝圆,花小,暗紫色,花冠筒近球形,退化雄蕊大而近于圆形。蒴果卵圆形,端有喙。研究表明别是正十四碳酸,亚油酸单甘油脂,;β一谷幽醇,胡萝卜苷,软脂酸单甘油脂,琥珀酸(vI),木犀草(Vll)、木犀草素7-O-β-葡萄糖苷。兔耳草具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
羌活:伞形科植物羌活Notopterygiumincisum Ting ex H.T.Chang或宽叶羌活Notopterygium, franchetii H. de Boiss.的干燥根茎和根。性温,味辛、苦。归膀胱经、肾经。解表散寒,祛风除湿,止痛。属解表药下属分类的辛温解表药。羌活根茎含香豆精类化合物、酚性化合物、挥发油(约2.7%)、脂肪酸类、氨基酸类、糖类,羌活还含苯乙基阿魏酸酯。宽叶羌活的地下部分含香豆精类化合物、酚性化合物,还含β-谷甾醇葡萄糖甙及挥发油。
人参果:味甘,性凉;补气血,健脾胃。用于急症过后的气血两虚,营养不良,脾虚引起的腹泻等病症。蕨麻系高原蔷薇科野生植物,含有维生素及镁、锌、钾、钙元素。具有较高的医疗和营养价值,它有着健胃补脾、生津止渴、益气补血的功能,故藏医称其为卓老沙僧,常以其入药。六七月间开花时的全草,还可用来收敛止血,止咳利痰,亦作滋补。蕨麻含有大量的淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、无机盐和维生素,故长食之,确有人参延年益寿的功效,因此被人们美誉“人参果”。
人参:是多年生草本植物,喜阴凉,叶片无气孔和栅栏组织,无法保留水分,温度高于32度叶片会灼伤,郁闭度0.7-0.8。通常3年开花,5-6年结果,花期5-6月,果期6-9月。生长于北纬33度—48度之间的海拔,数百米的以红松为主的针阔混交林或落叶阔叶林下。味苦、涩,功效治一切毒病、热病,为凉药之王。研究表明人参中活性成分主要有原人参二醇、原人参三醇和齐墩果酸为苷元的皂苷和其他类型的皂苷包括奥克狄龙型皂苷和皂苷元骨架与侧链发生变化的皂苷。单体多糖有半乳糖醛酸基、半乳糖基、阿拉伯糖基、鼠李糖基。脂肪酸包括十四烷酸甲酯、5-十八烯酸甲酯、十五烷酸甲酯、9-十六烯酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲、1-(+)-抗坏血酸-2,6-十六碳二酯、3-辛基-环氧乙烷基辛酸甲酯、十七酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、异油酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、11-二十烯酸甲酯、山酸甲酯、二十三酸甲酯、(Z)-15-二十四碳烯酸甲酯、二十四酸甲酯。挥发油包括有十五烷、十六烷、2,6,10,15-四甲基-十七烷、n-十六烷酸、7,11-二甲基-3-压甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯、1,2-苯二羧酸二异辛酯。人参具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
花椒为芸香科植物竹叶花椒Zanthoxylumarmatum Candolle 的干燥成熟果皮。秋季果实成熟时采收,干燥,除去种子及杂质。辛,温。归脾、胃、肾经,温中止痛,杀虫止痒。用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,虫积腹痛;外用治湿疹瘙痒。味辛,性糙,治隆病入心,为舒脉络之上品药。花椒的化学成分主要有挥发油、生物碱、酰胺、香豆素、黄酮。其中挥发油中a-萜品醇、β-萜品醇、r-萜品醇、水芹醇、a-杜松醇、r-杜松醇、喇叭茶醇、3-甲氧基-1,2-丙二醇。生物碱主要有白屈蔡红碱、香草木宁碱、和帕落平碱、伪茵芋碱。酰胺类物质有花椒素、异花酵素、双氢花椒素、四氢花椒素、α-山椒素、羟基-α山椒素、羟基-β-山椒素、脱氢-γ-山椒素、γ-山椒素、2’-羟基-N-异丁基-2,4,8,10,12-十四烷五烯酰胺、2’-羟基-N-异丁基-2,6,8,10-十二烷四烯酰胺。黄酮类化合物有金丝桃苷、槲皮苷、茴香苷、芦丁和Isorhamnetin 7-glucoside。花椒具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
人工麝香:含麝香酮,并含麝吡啶、11种雄甾烷衍生物,尚含胆甾醇类、脂肪、蛋白质、蜡及无机盐。实验表明,本品有兴奋中枢神经和苏醒作用,可兴奋呼吸、加速心搏、升高血压;能增加肾上腺素对beta受体的作用,并有对beta-儿茶酚胺的增加作用性凉,解毒治虫病,芳香开窍、通经络、消肿止痛等作用。
夏枯草:唇形科植物夏枯草PrunellavulgarisL.的果穗。性寒,味辛、苦。归肝经、胆经。清火、明目、散结、消肿。属清热药下属分类的清热泻火药。薄层层析鉴定证明,不同生长时期的果穗(红棕色、青色、黑色)均含熊果酸、齐墩果酸、咖啡酸和没食子酸,黑色果穗所含熊果酸的量较低,而根和茎叶检不出熊果酸和齐墩果酸。
甘草:豆科植物甘草GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhizainflata Bat. 或光果甘草Glycyrrhizaglabra L. 的干燥根及根茎。性平,味甘。归心经、胃经、脾经、肺经。性平,味甘。补脾益气、止咳祛痰、缓急定痛、调和药性。本品主要含甘草苷、甘草酸、甘草甜素、子丁香烯氧化物、甘草萜醇、18а-羟基甘草次酸、异甘草次酸、甘草香豆精、刺芒柄花素、新甘草查耳酮D、光果甘草苷元、异甘草黄酮醇、三萜皂苷、香豆素等成分。甘草具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
山慈菇:兰科植物杜鹃兰Cremastraappendiculata (D.Don) Makino、独蒜兰Pleione bulbocodioides( Franch.) Rolfe或云南独蒜兰Pleione yunnanensis Rolfe的假鳞茎。(本文以杜鹃兰为例)。性凉,味甘,微辛。归肝经、脾经。清热解毒、化痰散结。属清热药下属分类的清热解毒药。研究表明山慈菇含有葡萄甘露聚糖、杜鹃兰素Ⅰ、杜鹃兰素Ⅱ、对羟基苯甲醛等成分。山慈菇具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
黄芪:豆科植物蒙古黄芪AstragalusmembranaceusBge. var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao和膜荚黄芪A.membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge.的根。性微温,味甘。补气固表、利尿、托毒排脓、生肌。研究表明黄芪主要活性成分为三萜皂苷、黄酮及多糖等成分。黄芪具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
当归:伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels.的根。性温,味甘、辛。补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便。研究表明当归的主要活性成分为藁本内酯、正丁烯基嗼内酯和当归酮等,尚含维生素B12和铁、锌等多种微量元素。另含阿魏酸、苯乙酮、菖蒲二烯、香荆芥酚、愈创木酚、茴香酸、当归内酯、藁本内酯二聚体等。当归具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
枸杞子:茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lyciumbarbarum L.的成熟果实。性平,味甘,归肝经、肾经,滋补肝肾、益精明目。含多糖、脂肪酸、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、核黄素、烟酸、氨基酸、维生素C及多种微量元素等。具有抗脂肪肝、抗衰老、提高免疫力等作用。处方中枸杞子具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
半枝莲:唇形科植物半枝莲的全草。味辛、苦,性寒。清热解毒、活血化瘀、利尿。研究表明半枝莲中含有生物碱、黄酮苷、皂苷、氨基酸、多糖;次含菊糖。
余甘子:大戟科植物余甘子Phyllan-thus emblica L.的成熟果实(藏族习用药材)。性凉,味甘、酸、涩。归肺经、胃经。清热凉血,消食健胃,生津止咳。含鞣质,其中有葡萄糖没食子鞣甙,没食子酸,并没食子酸,鞣料云实精,原诃子酸,诃黎勒酸,诃子酸,诃子次酸,3,6-二没食子酰葡萄糖,干果含粘酸4%-9%。果皮含没食子酸,油柑酸,余甘子酚。种子含固定油约26%,油中含亚麻酸8.8%,亚油酸44%,油酸28.4 %,硬脂酸2.2%,棕榈酸3.0%,肉豆蔻酸1%等。处方中余甘子具有的功效与上述有效成分有关。
藏菖蒲:为天南星科植物藏菖蒲(Acoruscalamus L)的干燥根茎,具有温胃,消炎止痛的功效。藏菖蒲又称水菖蒲、白菖蒲、臭蒲、泥菖蒲、大菖蒲。藏菖蒲全株含多种有效成分,其根茎含挥发油,油中主要成分为α-细辛醚、β-细辛醚,全草其他部位也含有挥发油。另尚含维生素、棕榈酸、菖蒲苷混合脂肪酸及糖。现代药理试验结果表明,藏菖蒲具有安神镇静、抗惊厥和降温等作用。此外,尚有解平滑肌痉挛等药理作用。

实施例2
治疗方法:含服,一日一次,一次1g生药粉,含服10min后,吞服。一个月为一疗程。
疗效判断标准:
治愈:症状全部消失,两年及以上未复发;
显效:病灶处疼痛消失或明显减轻,CT 显示病灶处肿瘤明显缩小;
有效:病灶处疼痛缓解,CT 显示病灶处肿瘤未继续增长,其他部位未见新肿瘤;
无效:病灶处疼痛未缓解,肿瘤继续增长或转移。
本组方为发明人通过多年行医经验总结而来。从2009年至今已有83例患者接受发明中公开的处方进行了治疗,患者的年龄在19-55岁之间。多数患者在接受处方治疗后取得较好的疗效,生活质量明显改善。
表一
从目前的疗效看来,处方对患者具有良好的疗效。有效率达到90%。
典型患者:
患者罗某,43岁,大学教师。2012年去医院查出患有淋巴癌,颈部的淋巴结肿大,皮肤有红斑、水疱、糜烂的现象。食欲差、体重下降、精神状态差。服用本发明处方3、处方5药物6个月后,患者精神状态改善,体重上升。目前已带瘤生存4年。
患者张某。55岁。2015年查出患有淋巴癌,四肢无力、形体消瘦,多处淋巴结肿大,情绪急躁。连续服用本发明药物处方2、处方4、处方6后10个月后生活质量以及精神状态明显改善,体重上升。
实施例3
(1)处方1对雄性裸小鼠荷瘤生存时间和生存率的影响:雄性BALB/c-nu裸小鼠60只,体重10.6~12.9g,按照体重随机分为5组,分别为模型对照组、环磷酰胺注射液组(50mg/kg)组、处方1组,每组12只。每只裸小鼠右侧腋下接种瘤体组织匀浆液,接种体积为0.2mL/只,接种后各组动物除模型对照组灌胃给予等体积0.5%CMC-Na,环磷酰胺注射液组小鼠每周腹腔注射环磷酰胺2次,其余各组分别灌胃给予相应药液,每日1次,连续给药28天。记录各组动物的死亡情况并计算生命延长率。
(2)处方1对雌性裸小鼠荷瘤生存时间和生存率的影响:雌性BALB/c-nu裸小鼠60只,体重10.2~12.4g,按照体重随机分为5组,分别为模型对照组、环磷酰胺注射液组(50mg/kg)组、处方1组,每组12只。每只裸小鼠右侧腋下接种瘤体组织匀浆液,接种体积为0.2mL/只,接种后各组动物除模型对照组灌胃给予等体积0.5%CMC-Na,环磷酰胺注射液组小鼠每周腹腔注射环磷酰胺2次,其余各组分别灌胃给予相应药液,每日1次,连续给药28天。记录各组动物的死亡情况并计算生命延长率。
如表二所示,与模型对照组比较,处方1能明显延长雄性裸小鼠生存时间(P<0.05),阳性对照药环磷酰胺能明显延长生存时间(P<0.01)。

如表三所示,与模型对照组比较,处方1明显延长雌性裸小鼠生存时间(P<0.05),阳性对照药环磷酰胺能明显延长雌性裸小鼠生存时间(P<0.05)。

综上所述,处方1能明显延长荷瘤裸鼠生存时间并能明显提高裸鼠生存率。
Claims (10)
1.一种治疗淋巴瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份配比的原料药:蔓菁1-40份、诃子、5-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-20份、人参1-30份、人工麝香0.1-20份中的至少一种组成。
2.根据权利要求1的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份配比的原料药:蔓菁1-40份、诃子20-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份、人参1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-20份、人参1-30份、人工麝香0.1-20份中的至少二种组成。
3.根据权利要求1的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份配比的原料药:蔓菁1-40份、诃子20-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份、人参1-30份,以及花椒0.1-20份、人工麝香0.1-20份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意之一所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,原料药还包括至少一种选自夏枯草、甘草、山慈菇。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意之一所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,原料药还包括至少一种选自黄芪、当归、枸杞子、半枝莲。
6.根据权利要求1-3任意之一所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,原料药还包括至少一种选自余甘子、藏菖蒲。
7.根据权利要求1-3任意之一所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份配比的原料药:蔓菁1-40份、诃子、20-80份、兔耳草1-30份、羌活1-30份、人参果1-30份、人参1-30份,以及选自花椒0.1-10份、人工麝香0.1-15份。
8.根据权利要求1-3任意之一所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,其包括下列重量份配比的原料药:蔓菁15-30份、诃子、35-60份、兔耳草1-10份、羌活1-10份、人参果1-10份、人参1-10份,以及选自花椒0.1-8份、人工麝香0.1-5份。
9.一种中药制剂,其特征在于,由权利要求1-3任意一项提供的组合物,以及药学上可以接受的辅料制成。
10.一种保健食品,其特征在于将权利要求1-3任意一项提供的组合物,作为添加剂或成分之一制成。
