Abstract

本发明公开了一种改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法,通过饥饿处理、追逐处理、增强处理来实现。采用本发明的方法,能够有效降低鸭肉中油脂,使鸭肉肉质变紧,而且通过促进排泄的方式,排泄出肉鸭体内的毒素物质,使鸭肉口感好、风味足。

本发明涉及一种改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法,属于家禽养殖技术领域。
背景技术
鸭肉营养丰富,不仅蛋白质含量高、不饱和脂肪酸含量高、容易消化,而且含有维生素、钙等矿物质,对心脑血管疾病、脚气病、神经炎等有预防作用,还能抗衰老。
现有技术中,为追求经济效益,加快鸭子的成熟速度,一般采用投喂激素的饲料进行饲养。人们长期食用这种鸭肉,不仅会影响身体健康,而且这种鸭肉肉质口感差,差风味。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法,通过以下步骤来实现:
(1)饥饿处理:将购买回来的批量饲料肉鸭分栏放置,每个栏内养殖的肉鸭数量控制在肉鸭分布面积占每个栏面积的1/4-1/3,前2-3天只给喂水、不喂食物;
(2)追逐处理:经过步骤(1)处理后,往每个栏内的料槽内放谷物料,并往每个栏内放养会啄人的成熟公鹅,公鹅的数量为对应栏内肉鸭数量的1/6-1/5,成熟公鹅事先也采用了饥饿处理,其中谷物料的投喂量为所放肉鸭及公鹅正常食用总量的1/2-2/3;
(3)增强处理:经过5-7天的追逐处理后,将公鹅暂时从栏中移出放至其他地方,增加每个栏内谷物的投喂量至肉鸭正常食用量,经1-3天后,在把原来的公鹅放入对应的栏内,共同饲养10-15天,上市。
优选地,步骤(2)中的谷物料是由玉米、米糠、酒糟、菜籽油、甜菜碱、赖氨酸按10-15:20-26:8-15:5-8:3-5:1-2的重量比混合而成。
优选地,步骤(3)中的谷物料是由玉米、米糠、熟红薯、菜籽油、山楂粉、益生菌粉、复合维生素按10-15:20-26:15-25:5-8:3-5:1-2:2-3的重量比混合而成,其中复合维生素是由维生素A、维生素B、维生素C按照1:1-1.3:1.5-2的重量比混合而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果是:采用本发明的方法,能够有效降低鸭肉中油脂,使鸭肉肉质变紧,而且通过促进排泄的方式,排泄出肉鸭体内的毒素物质,使鸭肉口感好、风味足。

现在结合具体实施例,来对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例一
改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法,通过以下步骤来实现:
(1)饥饿处理:将购买回来的批量饲料肉鸭分栏放置,每个栏内养殖的肉鸭数量控制在肉鸭分布面积占每个栏面积的1/3,前2-3天只给喂水、不喂食物;
(2)追逐处理:经过步骤(1)处理后,往每个栏内的料槽内放谷物料,谷物料是由玉米、米糠、酒糟、菜籽油、甜菜碱、赖氨酸按15:20:8:5:3:1的重量比混合而成,并往每个栏内放养会啄人的成熟公鹅,公鹅的数量为对应栏内肉鸭数量的1/6,成熟公鹅事先也采用了饥饿处理,其中谷物料的投喂量为所放肉鸭及公鹅正常食用总量的2/3;

改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法,通过以下步骤来实现:

(3)增强处理:经过7天的追逐处理后,将公鹅暂时从栏中移出放至其他地方,增加每个栏内谷物料的投喂量至肉鸭正常食用量,谷物料是由玉米、米糠、熟红薯、菜籽油、山楂粉、益生菌粉、复合维生素按10: 26:15:5:3:1:2的重量比混合而成,其中复合维生素是由维生素A、维生素B、维生素C按照1:1: 2的重量比混合而成;经3天后,在把原来的公鹅放入对应的栏内,共同饲养15天,上市。

1.一种改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法,通过以下步骤来实现:
(1)饥饿处理:将购买回来的批量饲料肉鸭分栏放置,每个栏内养殖的肉鸭数量控制在肉鸭分布面积占每个栏面积的1/4-1/3,前2-3天只给喂水、不喂食物;

3.根据权利要求1所述的改善饲料肉鸭肉质的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的谷物料是由玉米、米糠、熟红薯、菜籽油、山楂粉、益生菌粉、复合维生素按10-15:20-26:15-25:5-8:3-5:1-2:2-3的重量比混合而成,其中复合维生素是由维生素A、维生素B、维生素C按照1:1-1.3:1.5-2的重量比混合而成。
