本发明公开了一种功耗低的滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统,包括:滑片式空气压缩机主机和油分罐,所述油分罐内的油分芯中设置有油分回油管,所述油分罐通过油分回油管与滑片式空气压缩机主机相连接,在所述油分回油管上设置有回油单向阀;所述油分回油管与滑片式空气压缩机主机上的回油孔相连接,所述回油孔开设在滑片式空气压缩机主机的进气腔与排气腔之间的压缩腔上。优点是:可以使油分罐内的高压空气直接回流到滑片式空气压缩机主机的压缩腔内,减少主机二次压缩空气的功耗和能耗,降低压缩成本。同时改变油分回油管下端回油口的结构,在不影响油气通量的情况下,有效防止油分回油管和回油单向阀堵塞,结构简单,加工方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及滑片式空气压缩机技术领域,尤其涉及滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统。
背景技术
滑片式空气压缩机是由转子和定子组成,其中转子上均匀开有若干纵向的滑槽,滑片在滑槽中自由滑动;定子为一个气缸,转子在定子中偏心放置,当转子旋转时,滑片在离心力的作用下在滑槽内被甩出并与定子通过油膜紧密接触,相邻两个滑片与定子内壁间形成一个封闭的空气腔,即为空气压缩腔,转子转动时,空气压缩腔的体积随着滑片滑出量的大小而变化,在吸气过程中,空气经由过滤器被吸入压缩腔,并与喷入主机内的润滑油混合,在压缩过程中,压缩腔的体积逐渐缩小,压力逐渐升高,之后油气混合物通过排气口排出,进入油分罐中进行油气分离,一般油分罐中的压力就是规定的额定工作压力,即使在不加载的情况下,油分罐中的压力也有0.3-0.4MPa,经油分芯过滤的小分子油会囤积在油分芯的底部,经过油分回油管排出进入滑片式空气压缩机主机的进气腔内,在油分回油管排油进入滑片式空气压缩机主机的进气腔的同时,油分罐内的高压气体也会一起进入空气压缩机主机的进气腔内,作为无压空气,通过空气压缩机主机压缩产气,造成压力空气白白浪费,影响片式空气压缩机的功耗和能耗。同时为了减少油气泄露,在油分回油管上会设置有单向回流阀和节流小孔,在长时间使用过程中,节流小孔容易堵塞,影响油分回油管的排气和回油,使用起来很不稳定,不方便维修。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种功耗低的滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统,包括:滑片式空气压缩机主机和油分罐,所述油分罐内的油分芯中设置有油分回油管,所述油分罐通过油分回油管与滑片式空气压缩机主机相连接,在所述油分回油管上设置有回油单向阀;所述油分回油管与滑片式空气压缩机主机上的回油孔相连接,所述回油孔开设在滑片式空气压缩机主机的进气腔与排气腔之间的压缩腔上。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述油分芯内的油分回油管下端设置有回油口、所述回油口的上端为锥形结构,所述锥形结构的底部设置有开口,在所述锥形结构的下端连接上舌片和下舌片,所述上舌片和下舌片之间设置有与开口相连通的回油扁通道,所述回油扁通道的下端和两侧均与外界相连通。
本发明的优点是:上述滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统,可以使油分罐内的高压空气直接回流到滑片式空气压缩机主机的压缩腔内,减少主机二次压缩空气的功耗和能耗,降低压缩成本。同时改变油分回油管下端回油口的结构,在不影响油气通量的情况下,有效防止油分回油管和回油单向阀堵塞,结构简单,加工方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统,包括:滑片式空气压缩机主机1和油分罐2,所述油分罐2内的油分芯3中设置有油分回油管4,所述油分罐2通过油分回油管4与滑片式空气压缩机主机1相连接,在所述油分回油管4上设置有回油单向阀5;所述油分回油管4与滑片式空气压缩机主机1上的回油孔11相连接,所述回油孔11开设在滑片式空气压缩机主机1的进气腔12与排气腔13之间的压缩腔14上。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,在所述油分芯3内的油分回油管4下端设置有回油口41、所述回油口41的上端为锥形结构,所述锥形结构的底部设置有开口42,在所述锥形结构的下端连接上舌片43和下舌片44,所述上舌片43和下舌片43之间设置有与开口42相连通的回油扁通道45,所述回油扁通道44的下端和两侧均与外界相连通。
上述滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统,使用时,经滑片式空气压缩机主机1压缩后的油气混合气通过管道进入油分罐2和油分芯3内进行油气分离,由于油分罐3内的压力,油分罐3下部的润滑油会通过油分回油管4、回油单向阀5送回到滑片式空气压缩机主机1内,由于本发明改变了回油孔11的位置,将其开设在滑片式空气压缩机主机1的进气腔12与排气腔13之间的压缩腔14上。可以使油分罐2内的高压空气直接回流到滑片式空气压缩机主机1的压缩腔14内,减少主机二次压缩空气的功耗和能耗,降低压缩成本。同时改变油分回油管4下端回油口41的结构,在不影响油气通量的情况下,有效防止油分回油管4和回油单向阀5堵塞,结构简单,加工方便。

Claims (2)

1.滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统,包括:滑片式空气压缩机主机(1)和油分罐(2),所述油分罐(2)内的油分芯(3)中设置有油分回油管(4),所述油分罐(2)通过油分回油管(4)与滑片式空气压缩机主机(1)相连接,在所述油分回油管(4)上设置有回油单向阀(5);其特征在于:所述油分回油管(4)与滑片式空气压缩机主机(1)上的回油孔(11)相连接,所述回油孔(11)开设在滑片式空气压缩机主机(1)的进气腔(12)与排气腔(13)之间的压缩腔(14)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的滑片式空气压缩机油分罐油分回油系统,其特征在于:在所述油分芯(3)内的油分回油管(4)下端设置有回油口(41)、所述回油口(41)的上端为锥形结构,所述锥形结构的底部设置有开口(42),在所述锥形结构的下端连接上舌片(43)和下舌片(44),所述上舌片(43)和下舌片(43)之间设置有与开口(42)相连通的回油扁通道(45),所述回油扁通道(44)的下端和两侧均与外界相连通。
