Abstract

本发明公开了一种二级冲程式旋转压缩机,包括缸体,缸体内安装有转盘,转盘的中心位置处设置有输入轴,转盘上以输入轴为中心对称铸有两个滑块,缸体的外侧对称设置有两个冲程室,两个冲程室内分别设置有堵板,堵板的一端安装在冲程室内并与冲程室的内壁相贴合,堵板的另一端穿过缸体的侧壁后与滑块相接触;每个冲程室的后壁上均设置有高压出气孔;在缸体的侧壁上位于每个冲程室的两侧分别开有出气孔和进气孔,在缸体的外侧与两个出气孔对应的位置处分别设置有储气室,储气室与冲程室相连通。本发明通过渐开线式的滑块及堵板的配合使用,以及储气室和冲程室的设计,对吸入缸体的气体进行两次有效压缩,大大提高了压缩机的工作效率。

技术领域
本发明属于压缩机技术领域,具体涉及一种二级冲程式旋转压缩机。
背景技术
压缩机是将低压气体提升为高压气体的一种从动的流体机械,是制冷系统的心脏。目前常见的往复式压缩机采用连杆曲轴等耗能元件,压缩效率较低;而现有技术中的旋转压缩机往往只能对气体进行一次压缩,压缩效率也不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种二级冲程式旋转压缩机,解决现有技术中的旋转压缩机只能对气体进行一次压缩、压缩效率不高的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:二级冲程式旋转压缩机,包括缸体,缸体内安装有转盘,转盘的中心位置处设置有输入轴,转盘上以输入轴为中心对称铸有两个滑块,缸体的外侧对称设置有两个冲程室,两个冲程室内分别设置有堵板,堵板的一端安装在冲程室内并与冲程室的内壁相贴合,堵板的另一端穿过缸体的侧壁后与滑块相接触;每个冲程室的后壁上均设置有高压出气孔;在缸体的侧壁上位于每个冲程室的两侧分别开有出气孔和进气孔,在缸体的外侧与两个出气孔对应的位置处分别设置有储气室,储气室与冲程室相连通;滑块的外侧第一端与转盘相切,第二端以渐开线形状展开并与缸体的内壁相切;储气室与冲程室通过导气管相连通,导气管上设置有单向阀。
本发明的特点还在于:
滑块的横截面为矩形。
堵板的截面为T字型。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的二级冲程式旋转压缩机,结构简单,耗能低,其通过渐开线式的滑块及堵板的配合使用,以及储气室和冲程室的设计,对吸入缸体的气体进行两次有效压缩,大大提高了压缩机的工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
本发明一种二级冲程式旋转压缩机,如图1所示,包括缸体2,缸体2内安装有转盘9,转盘9的中心位置处设置有输入轴10,转盘9上以输入轴10为中心对称铸有两个滑块1,缸体2的外侧对称设置有两个冲程室6,两个冲程室6内分别设置有堵板7,堵板7的一端安装在冲程室6内并与冲程室6的内壁紧密贴合,堵板7的另一端穿过缸体2的侧壁后与滑块1相接触;堵板7的截面为T字型。每个冲程室6的后壁上均设置有高压出气孔5;在缸体2的侧壁上位于每个冲程室6的两侧分别开有出气孔4和进气孔8(按照滑块1的旋转方向,出气孔4位于冲程室6的后方,进气孔8位于冲程室6的前方),在缸体2的外侧与两个出气孔4对应的位置处分别设置有储气室3,储气室3与冲程室6通过导气管相连通,导气管上设置有单向阀。滑块1的外侧第一端与转盘9相切,第二端以渐开线形状展开并与缸体2的内壁相切;横截面为矩形。
工作时,滑块1按照图1中所示箭头方向旋转,以图中上部组件为例,由于滑块1的外侧是渐开线形状,在滑块1的转动过程中,缸体2的内壁与滑块1的外侧面所形成的空间会逐渐变小,同时随着滑块1转动,外界空气将会从下部组件进气孔8吸入缸体2内,滑块1继续转动,该空间继续变小,气体被压缩并通过出气孔4进入到储气室3内,当储气室3内的气体压力达到单向阀的开启压力时,气体又通过导气管被送入到冲程室6中,同样由于滑块1的外侧是渐开线形状,其在旋转过程中会推动堵板7在冲程室6内向上运动,亦即逐渐减小冲程室6的容积,因此进入到冲程室6中的气体会被第二次压缩,实现气体的二次压缩。图中下部组件也是上述过程。当滑块1转动180°时,两个堵板7落下(朝向远离冲程室6顶部的方向运动),进入下一行程。
气体压缩比分析:假设将储气室3设计成堵板7与滑块1有效容积的1/10-1/15,则旋转压缩比为10:1到15:1。冲程室6压缩比设计为3:1到5:1,最终二次压缩后可使压缩比达到30:1到75:1,这是现有的冲程式压缩机和涡旋式压缩机所不能达到的。

1.一种二级冲程式旋转压缩机,其特征在于,包括缸体(2),缸体(2)内安装有转盘(9),转盘(9)的中心位置处设置有输入轴(10),转盘(9)上以输入轴(10)为中心对称铸有两个滑块(1),缸体(2)的外侧对称设置有两个冲程室(6),两个冲程室(6)内分别设置有堵板(7),堵板(7)的一端安装在冲程室(6)内并与冲程室(6)的内壁相贴合,堵板(7)的另一端穿过缸体(2)的侧壁后与所述的滑块(1)相接触;每个冲程室(6)的后壁上均设置有高压出气孔(5);在缸体(2)的侧壁上位于每个冲程室(6)的两侧分别开有出气孔(4)和进气孔(8),在缸体(2)的外侧与两个出气孔(4)对应的位置处分别设置有储气室(3),储气室(3)与所述冲程室(6)相连通;所述滑块(1)的外侧第一端与转盘(9)相切,滑块(1)的外侧第二端以渐开线形状展开并与缸体(2)的内壁相切;所述储气室(3)与冲程室(6)通过导气管相连通,所述导气管上设置有单向阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二级冲程式旋转压缩机,其特征在于,所述滑块(1)的横截面为矩形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二级冲程式旋转压缩机,其特征在于,所述堵板(7)的截面为T字型。
