Abstract
一种衬砌台车注浆孔改进方法涉及衬砌台车注浆孔改进方法。主要是为解决目前从衬砌台车固定窗口进行滑槽或输送泵管入窗浇筑,给施工过程中工人振捣、检查带来了不便的问题而设计的。把台车检查窗口和浇筑孔分开设置,浇筑孔安装阀门;在每个浇筑孔附近的台车上都焊接有输送管头,输送管对接后通过浇筑孔进行浇注混凝土。在台车上设料斗,通过输送泵向输送管内输送混凝土。优点是实现检查、插入式振捣和混凝土入摸互不干扰。

本发明涉及一种衬砌台车注浆孔改进方法。
背景技术:
铁路隧道衬砌施工要求衬砌台车加装料斗与滑槽来实现混凝土分层逐窗入摸浇筑。根据该要求目前有两种解决方案,一种是在原有常规台车的基础上进行加装,另一种是新定制的台车在厂家进行安装;但两种方案都是从衬砌台车固定窗口进行滑槽或输送泵管入窗浇筑,给施工带来了诸多不便,衬砌台车窗口尺寸小,多数为500*600mm,而滑槽或输送管还要占用一定空间,给施工过程中工人振捣、检查带来了很大不便。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实现检查、插入式振捣和混凝土入摸互不干扰的衬砌台车注浆孔改进方法。
上述目的是这样实现的:把台车检查窗口和浇筑孔分开设置,衬砌台车检查窗口设18个(纵向单侧3个,环向3排),拱顶设三个注浆孔,其余部位设11个浇筑孔,浇筑孔安装阀门,阀门采用丝杆旋转控制阀门开关,大大降低了劳动强度;在每个浇筑孔附近的台车上都焊接有输送管头,以便于实现输送管对接,输送管对接后通过浇筑孔进行浇注混凝土。在台车上设料斗,通过输送泵向输送管内输送混凝土。
本发明的优点是:实现检查、插入式振捣和混凝土入摸互不干扰;在每个浇筑孔附近的台车上都焊接有输送管头,解决了拱顶压顶结束后往往因拆输送管造成混凝土流出,导致拱顶形成空洞的现象。
具体实施方式:
方法为:把台车检查窗口和浇筑孔分开设置,即在台车上设18个衬砌台车检查窗口、在拱顶部位设3个注浆孔、其余部位设11个浇筑孔,浇筑孔安装阀门,阀门采用丝杆旋转控制阀门开关,大大降低劳动强度;在每个浇筑孔附近的台车上都焊接有输送管头,以便于实现输送管对接,输送管对接后通过浇筑孔进行浇注混凝土。在台车上设料斗,通过输送泵向输送管内输送混凝土。

1.一种衬砌台车注浆孔改进方法,其特征是:把台车检查窗口和浇筑孔分开设置,即在台车上设18个衬砌台车检查窗口、在拱顶部位设3个注浆孔、其余部位设11个浇筑孔,浇筑孔安装阀门,在每个浇筑孔附近的台车上都焊接有输送管头,以便于实现输送管对接,输送管对接后通过浇筑孔进行浇注混凝土,在台车上设料斗,通过输送泵向输送管内输送混凝土。
