一种高强度胶带原纸的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度胶带原纸的制造方法。
背景技术
胶带是以纸、布、塑料薄膜为基材,再把胶水均匀涂布在上述基材上制成纸质胶粘带、布质胶粘带或薄膜质胶粘带,是由基材、胶粘剂、隔离纸(膜)三部分组成。根据胶性可分为溶剂型胶粘带、乳液型胶粘带、热熔型胶粘带、压延型胶粘带、反应型胶粘带。
纸胶带相较于一般胶带,表面材料为纸。牛皮纸胶带是以牛皮纸为基材,在其一侧涂上胶水,使其形成具有粘性较强的胶带。牛皮纸胶带具有特性:1、初粘性强;2、可循环再生利用的环保胶带,100%回收利用,无污染,对环境好;3、无毒无味无腐蚀作用;4、拉伸强度和抗张力大,不易断裂,适用于重型包装;5、可印刷、书写。
自粘性牛皮纸胶带是以淋膜牛皮纸为基材,涂以丙烯酸胶或天然橡胶胶水制成,具有防水、粘性强、抗拉强度高、保持力好、不翘边、耐候性能稳定等优点。
湿水性牛皮纸胶带是以牛皮纸原纸为基材,涂可食用植物淀粉胶粘制成,过水后产生粘性,具有环保无污染,可回收再生资源,防拆箱,高粘性不起翘,保质期久,保证不受潮的情况下粘性长期有效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种高强度胶带原纸的制造方法,制备的高强胶带原纸抗张强度好,耐破性能高,能够快速降解,满足环保要求。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:包括将针叶木片和阔叶木片先混合再制浆、再经打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,具体参数如下:
1)制浆使用微漂制浆技术,浆料配比以混合前的木片重量比计为20~40%阔杂木片:60~80%针叶松木片;
2)打浆为锥型磨磨浆工艺,混合浆料的打浆度:26~30°SR,湿重9~18克;
3)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)AKD重量比1.0~2.0%;(b)助留剂重量比0.02~0.04%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比1.2~1.5%;(d)湿强剂重量比6.0~8.0%;
4)施胶部:表面施胶采用膜转移表面施胶,表胶采用聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉;计量棒型号:1#,计量棒压力100kPa;双面都表面施胶,单面控制在1.5~3.0g/㎡,施胶部前纸页张力220N/㎡,施胶部后纸页张力200N/㎡;
5)纸机参数:网速500m/min,顶网脱水量27%,流浆箱唇板开度30.6mm,一压线压力:900kN/m,二压线压力:900kN/m;卷曲张力:400kN/m;
6)压光条件:压光机靠拢,根据平滑度指标轻微加压,线压力30~40kN/m;高强胶带原纸定量:定量70~90g/㎡,白度24~26%ISO,水分5.0~7.0%,纵向裂断长≥10.0km,耐破指数≥5.0kPa·m²/g,湿强度(纵向)≥2.0kN/m,吸水性20~30g/㎡。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的高强胶带原纸抗张强度好,耐破性能高,能够快速降解,满足环保要求。
1、本发明从原材料选择和配方入手、采取先混合原材料后再采取微漂制浆新工艺技术、通过锥型磨磨浆工艺,具体包括:①研究原材料(木片)结构,将阔杂木片和沿海松木片在料仓内进行充分物理搅拌混合。其配比以木片配方多次实验室研究和抄片质量数据检测分析结果为依据的,最终确定最佳配方为25%阔杂木片+75%沿海松木片(重量比)。②研究制浆和打浆工艺:根据纸张质量要求的特殊性,深入研究混合木片蒸煮及制浆漂白工艺(采用H2O2漂白技术,控制成浆ISO白度在24~26度);通过实验室浆料蒸煮和打浆工艺研究,确定合理的打浆参数控制范围(湿重9~18克,打浆度26~30°SR),最后抄片出纸样质量数据都非常好。
2、研究浆内增强工艺技术,浆内添加AKD施胶剂1.0~2.0%、阳离子淀粉1.2~1.5%、湿强剂6.0~8.0%。
3、研究表面增强的施胶配方和技术,采用新型的表胶工艺技术配方(聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉),较好地解决了客户对质量的特殊要求。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例进一步对本发明做出阐释。
实施例1:
将25%阔杂木片:75%沿海松木片按照重量比先混合于料仓,混合均匀后,采用化学制浆的方法和H2O2微漂制浆技术,将本色浆的ISO白度控制在25度;然后将混合浆料通过三台锥型磨串联进行打浆,打浆度为28°SR,湿重12克;通过上浆系统加入15kg/吨纸AKD施胶剂、13kg/吨纸浆内阳离子淀粉、0.3kg/吨纸助留剂、70kg/吨纸湿强剂,配制成稀释好的浆料上网,通过叠网进行双面脱水,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布,湿纸页进压榨部复合压榨后;进前干燥至干度95%的纸页进入施胶部,采用膜转移方式对纸张进行表面施胶处理(表面施胶工艺配方为:聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉);控制施胶浓度在10%,双面施胶量在2.0g/㎡,聚乙烯醇用量在3kg/吨纸。经过处理后的湿纸页进后干燥处理;经过后干燥处理后干度在94%的纸页通过压光机(适当加压),然后对纸张进行卷取,即可得到定量为70g/㎡高强胶带原纸。
实施例2:
将30%阔杂木片:70%沿海松木片按照重量比先混合于料仓,混合均匀后,采用化学制浆的方法和H2O2微漂制浆技术,将本色浆的ISO白度控制在24度;然后将混合浆料通过三台锥型磨串联进行打浆,打浆度为29°SR,湿重15克;通过上浆系统加入15kg/吨纸AKD施胶剂、15kg/吨纸浆内阳离子淀粉、0.3kg/吨纸助留剂、65kg/吨纸湿强剂,配制成稀释好的浆料上网,通过叠网进行双面脱水,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布,湿纸页进压榨部复合压榨后;进前干燥至干度95%的纸页进入施胶部,采用膜转移方式对纸张进行表面施胶处理(表面施胶工艺配方为:聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉);控制施胶浓度在11%,双面施胶量在3.0g/㎡,聚乙烯醇用量在3.5kg/吨纸。经过处理后的湿纸页进后干燥处理;经过后干燥处理后干度在93%的纸页通过压光机(适当加压),然后对纸张进行卷取,即可得到定量为80g/㎡高强胶带原纸。
实施例3:
将35%阔杂木片:65%沿海松木片按照重量比先混合于料仓,混合均匀后,采用化学制浆的方法和H2O2微漂制浆技术,将本色浆的ISO白度控制在25度;然后将混合浆料通过三台锥型磨串联进行打浆,打浆度为28°SR,湿重15克;通过上浆系统加入16kg/吨纸AKD施胶剂、13kg/吨纸浆内阳离子淀粉、0.3kg/吨纸助留剂、75kg/吨纸湿强剂,配制成稀释好的浆料上网,通过叠网进行双面脱水,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布,湿纸页进压榨部复合压榨后;进前干燥至干度95%的纸页进入施胶部,采用膜转移方式对纸张进行表面施胶处理(表面施胶工艺配方为:聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉);控制施胶浓度在12%,双面施胶量在4.0g/㎡,聚乙烯醇用量在4kg/吨纸。经过处理后的湿纸页进后干燥处理;经过后干燥处理后干度在95%的纸页通过压光机(适当加压),然后对纸张进行卷取,即可得到定量为90g/㎡高强胶带原纸。

按照以上工艺可以生产出合格的高强胶带原纸,完全满足客户的质量要求。

1.一种高强度胶带原纸的制造方法,包括将针叶木片和阔叶木片先混合再制浆、再经打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥工艺步骤,其特征在于,具体参数如下:
1)制浆使用微漂制浆技术,浆料配比以混合前的木片重量比计为20~40%阔杂木片:60~80%针叶松木片;
2)打浆为锥型磨磨浆工艺,混合浆料的打浆度:26~30°SR,湿重9~18克;
3)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)AKD重量比1.0~2.0%;(b)助留剂重量比0.02~0.04%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比1.2~1.5%;(d)湿强剂重量比6.0~8.0%;
4)施胶部:表面施胶采用膜转移表面施胶,表胶采用聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉;计量棒型号:1#,计量棒压力100kPa;双面都表面施胶,单面控制在1.5~3.0g/㎡,施胶部前纸页张力220N/㎡,施胶部后纸页张力200N/㎡;
