The invention has the beneficial effects that: the tempering protection device for the metal card clothing has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use; the quenching oil is used for replacing water as cooling liquid to play a protective effect of isolating the metal card clothing from air and not being easily oxidized; the oil blowing cylinder communicated with the air blowing pipe arranged above the cooling oil tank can not only blow the quenching oil on the metal card clothing clean; and most of the quenching oil in an atomized state blown into the gas tank is condensed into liquid state and falls into an oil drum at the lower end of the cooling oil tank through the oil outlet, and the other small part of the quenching oil in the atomized state is discharged outside by an exhaust pipe communicated with the gas tank, so that the air in a workshop is purified, equipment in the workshop is prevented from being polluted, and the quenching oil cooling device is safe and reliable.
