Abstract
The invention discloses an oil blowing device of a card clothing quenching machine, and relates to the field of card clothing quenching devices. The invention solves the problems of large energy consumption, waste, pollution and the like existing in the prior card clothing quenching process. The oil blowing cylinder of the oil blowing device of the card clothing quenching machine is provided with an outer cylinder, an inner tube and an outer fixing plate, wherein the middle part of the inner tube is radially and uniformly provided with an oil blowing channel with an opening facing one side of the outer fixing plate, the air box is provided with a box body and an inner fixing plate, and the lower side of the box body is provided with an oil leakage port. The oil blowing device of the card clothing quenching machine has the advantages of simple structure, energy conservation, oil saving, no pollution, safety and reliability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a card clothing quenching device, in particular to an oil blowing device of a card clothing quenching machine.
Background
The manufacturing process of the common metal card clothing is that the spheroidized steel wire is rolled into blank bars by a high-speed rolling mill, and then is subjected to recrystallization annealing, tooth punching, quenching and coiling on a punching and quenching coiling production line to form a product; or rolling the spheroidized steel wire into a blank by a high-speed rolling mill, directly punching teeth on a punching and quenching coil production line, annealing on line, quenching and coiling to obtain the product. The card clothing is heated to a certain temperature in the quenching process and is immersed into the quenching medium, namely the quenching oil for rapid cooling after being kept for a period of time, and a layer of quenching oil adhered to the surface of the card clothing after being removed from the quenching oil tank, namely the cooled surface, needs to be cleaned, so that the purpose is to save oil and clean the surface of the card clothing. Quenching oil attached to the surface of the clothing is blown away by adopting wind power with certain intensity, however, the strong wind is artificially manufactured, and the defect of energy consumption exists; in addition, although part of the quenching oil on the surface of the card clothing is blown off and enters the oil drum in the process of being cleaned by strong wind, the other part of the quenching oil is atomized and enters the air of the workshop, so that the quenching oil is wasted, the air is polluted, and other equipment in the workshop is polluted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the oil blowing device of the card clothing quenching machine, which has the advantages of simple structure, energy conservation, oil saving, no pollution and safety and reliability.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides an oil blowing device of a card clothing quenching machine, which comprises a quenching oil tank, an oil drum, an air blowing pipe and an exhaust pipe, wherein the quenching oil tank is in a cuboid shape and is positioned in the middle of the upper end of the oil drum; the oil blowing cylinder is provided with an outer cylinder, an inner tube and an outer fixing plate, the outer cylinder and the inner tube are vertically welded and fixed with the outer fixing plate, the outer cylinder and the outer fixing plate form an air cavity in a closed state on the outer side of the inner tube, and the inner cavity of the inner tube is a passage for card clothing movement; the outer cylinder is provided with an air inlet nozzle communicated with the air blowing pipe, the middle part of the inner pipe is radially and uniformly provided with oil blowing channels with openings facing one side of the outer fixing plate, and the number of the oil blowing channels on the inner pipe is not less than two; the air box is provided with box and internal fixation board, and box and internal fixation board perpendicular welded fastening, box outer end middle part are provided with the box through-hole that the card clothing passed through, and the downside of box is provided with the oil drain mouth, and the upside of box is provided with the air suction nozzle with exhaust tube intercommunication.
And each oil blowing channel on the inner tube forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the outer fixing plate, and four oil blowing channels are arranged in the middle of the inner tube in a radial equal radian manner.
The inner tube, the through hole of the box body and the needle cloth outlet hole on the side wall of the needle cloth outlet are positioned on the same straight line.
The area of the radial cross section of the air box is more than four times of that of the oil blowing cylinder; the aperture of the inner tube is equal to the aperture of the card clothing outlet hole on the side wall of the card clothing outlet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the oil blowing device of the card clothing quenching machine has simple structure and easy manufacture; four oil blowing channels with 45-degree inclined angles are equidistantly arranged on the periphery of the inner tube of the card clothing to replace the air blowing mode on the upper side and the lower side of the card clothing in the prior art, so that quenching oil on the card clothing can be easily blown clean, and electric energy is saved to a certain extent; most of the quenching oil in an atomized state blown into the gas tank is condensed into liquid state and falls into an oil drum at the lower end of the quenching machine through the oil outlet, and the other small part of the quenching oil in the atomized state is discharged outside by an exhaust pipe communicated with the gas tank, so that not only is the air in a workshop purified, but also the equipment in the workshop is prevented from being polluted, and the quenching oil is safe and reliable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the oil blowing device of the card clothing quenching machine of this embodiment includes a quenching oil tank 1, an oil drum 2, an air blowing pipe 3 and an air exhaust pipe 4, the quenching oil tank 1 is rectangular and is located in the middle of the upper end of the oil drum 2, the upper end of the oil drum 2 is provided with a card clothing inlet side wall 5 and a card clothing outlet side wall 6 on both sides of the quenching oil tank 1, and the card clothing outlet side wall 6 is provided with a card clothing outlet hole 7. The oil blowing device of the card clothing quenching machine is provided with an oil blowing cylinder 8 and an air box 9, the oil blowing cylinder 8 is fixed at the card clothing outlet hole 7 outside the card clothing outlet side wall 6 through a bolt 22, and the air box 9 is fixed at the card clothing outlet hole 7 inside the card clothing outlet side wall 6 through the bolt 22.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the oil blowing cylinder 8 is provided with an outer cylinder 10, an inner tube 11 and an outer fixing plate 12, the outer cylinder 10 and the inner tube 11 are vertically welded and fixed with the outer fixing plate 12, the outer cylinder 10 and the outer fixing plate 12 form an air cavity 13 in a closed state on the outer side of the inner tube 11, and the inner cavity of the inner tube 11 is a passage for movement of a card clothing 14. The outer cylinder 10 is provided with an air inlet nozzle 15 communicated with the air blowing pipe 3, the middle part of the inner tube 11 is radially and uniformly provided with oil blowing channels 16 with openings facing one side of the outer fixing plate 12, the included angle between each oil blowing channel 16 on the inner tube 11 and the outer fixing plate 12 is 45 degrees, and the middle part of the inner tube 11 is radially and uniformly provided with four oil blowing channels 16.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the air box 9 is provided with a box body 17 and an inner fixing plate 21, the box body 17 and the inner fixing plate 21 are vertically welded and fixed, a box body through hole 18 through which the card clothing 14 passes is arranged in the middle of the outer end of the box body 17, an oil leakage port 19 is arranged on the lower side of the box body 17, and an air suction nozzle 20 communicated with the air suction pipe 4 is arranged on the upper side of the box body 17.
The inner tube 11, the case through-hole 18 and the card clothing outlet hole 7 in the card clothing outlet sidewall 6 are located on the same line. The radial cross-sectional area of the air box 9 is four times the radial cross-sectional area of the oil blowing cylinder 8. The aperture of the inner tube 11 is equal to the aperture of the card clothing outlet hole 7 on the case through hole 18 and the card clothing outlet sidewall 6.
In the embodiment, four oil blowing channels 16 are arranged in a radial equal radian manner in the middle of the inner tube 11 after gas with certain pressure enters the air cavity 13 from the gas blowing tube 3 through the air inlet nozzle 15, so that the gas flow with certain pressure blows to the clothing 14, and quenching oil on the clothing 14 is further blown to the clothing outlet hole 7 and enters the gas box 9; quenching oil in a liquid state in the gas tank 9 flows into the oil drum 2 along the oil leakage port 19, and a small amount of the quenching oil in an atomized state in the gas tank 9 is pumped out by the pumping pipe 4 through the pumping nozzle 20.

The oil blowing device of the card clothing quenching machine comprises a quenching oil tank, an oil drum, an air blowing pipe and an exhaust pipe, wherein the quenching oil tank is cuboid and is positioned in the middle of the upper end of the oil drum; the oil blowing cylinder is provided with an outer cylinder, an inner tube and an outer fixing plate, the outer cylinder and the inner tube are vertically welded and fixed with the outer fixing plate, the outer cylinder and the outer fixing plate form an air cavity in a closed state on the outer side of the inner tube, and the inner cavity of the inner tube is a passage for card clothing movement; the outer cylinder is provided with an air inlet nozzle communicated with the air blowing pipe, the middle part of the inner pipe is radially and uniformly provided with oil blowing channels with openings facing one side of the outer fixing plate, and the number of the oil blowing channels on the inner pipe is not less than two; the air box is provided with a box body and an inner fixing plate, the box body is vertically welded and fixed with the inner fixing plate, the middle part of the outer end of the box body is provided with a box body through hole through which the card clothing passes, the lower side of the box body is provided with an oil leakage port, and the upper side of the box body is provided with an air suction nozzle communicated with the air suction pipe; each oil blowing channel on the inner tube forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the outer fixing plate, and four oil blowing channels are arranged in the middle of the inner tube in a radial equal radian manner; the inner tube, the through hole of the box body and the needle cloth outlet hole on the side wall of the needle cloth outlet are positioned on the same straight line; the area of the radial cross section of the air box is more than four times of that of the oil blowing cylinder; the aperture of the inner tube is equal to the aperture of the card clothing outlet hole on the side wall of the card clothing outlet.
