技术领域
本发明属于清洗维护技术领域,涉及飞机干洗剂,尤其是一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
飞机作为最常用的交通运输工具,在日常飞行以及停场的过程中会接触到各种污染物,如大气、风沙、燃料废气、废油、盐雾、酸雾等,外表及其部件上不可避免地会附着一些烟雾、油污、积碳、灰尘、氧化物等污染物。沉积污染物不仅影响飞机的美观,而且会让机身表面的光洁度降低,摩擦阻力增大,增加飞行油耗,燃油消耗率提高,同时还有可能增加静电积累,不利于安全飞行。更为严重的是这些污染物可能会导致局部腐蚀,影响漆层的服役寿命,影响飞机部分结构的使用寿命。飞机外表面清洗已经成为飞机养护的重要环节,定期对飞机进行清洗,去除这些沉积物,延长飞机结构的寿命,保障飞机的安全正常运行。它不但使飞机表面清洁美观,有效缓解和减轻飞机腐蚀,减少腐蚀的发生,降低飞行油耗,还可以清除飞机蒙皮表面所沾污染物对气动特性带来的不良影响,从而保证起落架收放机构、舵轴颈部、活动翼结合部位等的正常运作,并提高飞机电子设备的灵敏度。
清洗飞机时最重要的是保证安全性、可靠性、有效性及环保性,包括清洗剂达到能有效去除普通或顽固性油污、灰尘、固体沉降物、卤盐、碳化物及生物污染物等;且在清洗完毕后,对漆面无损伤,光洁,具有防护功能;清洗剂必须对飞机结构材料无任何不良影响,在其使用后不应对各种结构钢、铝合金、钛合金、镀镉层、氧化层等金属材料及其镀层和橡胶、塑料等非金属材料无腐蚀和不良影响;清洗剂要具有良好的环保性能,清洗剂必须是无毒的且不应含有降解性差的高分子活性剂及会造成六价铬污染的铬酸盐等,保证不会对操作者和环境造成危害;清洗操作简单,安全系数高,可生物降解,环保节能。
传统市场上的飞机外表面清洗剂产品分为有溶剂型和水基型产品。溶剂型产品主要成分为氯代烃溶剂、芳烃溶剂、醇或醚类助剂、缓蚀剂等,此类产品易挥发、易燃、易爆等安全隐患,大量使用存在影响健康和污染大气环境的问题;水基型产品主要成份分为表面活性剂、助剂、缓蚀剂等,此类产品清洗效率低、安全系数低,需大量水漂洗,产生大量废液,清洗工艺复杂。因此,有必要提供一种对操作人员和环境无危害,易生物降解;可迅速、彻底清除飞机表面的各种轻、重油污及复杂性污垢;对飞机上的多种金属及其镀层、非金属材料无损伤;具有优良的防护性,清洗后可形成保护层,阻止污垢再沉积,保持时间长久;生产设备、工艺简单,易于实现;清洗时安全系数高,无需水漂洗,无废液产生,安全、环保、高效、节能的飞机维护用水基干洗剂。
通过检索,发现如下与本发明专利申请相关的专利分开文献:
中国专利CN101580772A公开了一种飞机外部清洗剂,其中使用了矿物油、醇醚等,CN1919992A中使用了松油醇、柠檬烯等,CN104947131A中使用了溶剂汽油、丙二醇等,CN102994271A中使用较多的醇醚、食用酒精,使用这些有机溶剂原料存在成本高,使用过程中对危害人体健康,不易降解、危害环境等问题。CN1621505A中公开的飞机机身表面清洗剂中使用了含磷助剂,CN1635181中使用了含有壬基酚类物质,这些物质均存在危害健康和污染大气环境的问题,大部分物质已限制或禁止使用。通过对比,本发明专利申请与上述专利公开文献存在本质的不同。
另外,其他一些水基飞机清洗剂对航空用的多种金属材料或表面处理层只能有效地防护其中一种或部分金属,无法进行有效的对多种金属材料进行防护,而且无法有效实现对各种涂层保护,涂层洗后抗污染能力差;清洗时耗水量大,需接驳水管,受场地限制,存在水进入飞机探头等敏感原件的可能,安全系数低。
通过对比,本发明专利申请与上述专利公开文献存在本质的不同。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂及其制备方法,该干洗剂不含重金属、强碱、亚硝酸盐、磷、胺类、酰胺有害物质,不含毒性大、挥发性强的氯代烃、酚、酮等有机溶剂,生理无害,易生物降解,性质温和,无闪点,多功能、高效率、安全、环保、节能;具有优良的清洗和保护漆面的效果,可迅速、彻底的清除飞机表面的各种轻、重油污及复杂性污垢,干洗效果优异,保持时间长久,有效减小飞行中的摩擦阻力;干洗后可形成保护层,降低机身污垢产生速度,保护机身材料,防止划伤,避免污垢沉积,保持表面平滑光亮,具有优良的防护性;对飞机上的多种金属及其镀层、非金属材料无损伤;生产设备、工艺简单,易于实现,干洗时安全系数高,不受场地限制,简单擦洗即可,无需水漂洗,无废液产生,经济安全,节能环保。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其组成成分及重量份数为:
复合表面活性剂5~20份,络合剂0.1~3份,复合金属缓蚀剂2~12份,成膜剂0.05~0.6份,助溶剂0.5~12份,去离子水补足至100份。
而且,所述去离子水的电阻率大于4MΩ·cm;
或者,所述助溶剂为3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇、二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或两种混合物。
而且,所述络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
而且,所述复合金属缓蚀剂为有色金属缓蚀剂和黑色金属缓蚀剂按质量比为1:1~2组成的混合物。
而且,所述有色金属缓蚀剂为铝合金缓蚀剂N815、XL845;硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硅酸钾、苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑中的两种或两种以上的混合物;所述黑色金属缓蚀剂为苯甲酸钠、钼酸钠、钼酸钾中的一种或两种。
而且,所述成膜剂为石蜡乳液。
而且,所述复合表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂按质量比为0.5~11:1组成的混合物。

或者,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的一种。
一种如上所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
A.按照质量配比称取助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂、去离子水;
B.在室温条件下,将去离子水加入到搅拌釜中,开启搅拌,然后依次加入助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂;
C.搅拌,转速为50~300r/min,时间为60~90min,混合均匀后,即得环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂。
而且,所述步骤B中:依次加入助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂时,每次加入一种组分后,将其搅拌至完全溶解后再加入下一种组分。
本发明取得的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明干洗剂采用多种高效表面活性剂与多种性能优良的金属缓蚀剂、助剂复配,干洗剂不含重金属、强碱、亚硝酸盐、磷、胺类、酰胺有害物质,不含毒性大、挥发性强的氯代烃、酚、酮等有机溶剂,生理无害,易生物降解,性质温和,无闪点,多功能、高效率、安全、环保、节能;具有优良的清洗和保护漆面的效果,可迅速、彻底的去除飞机外表面的各种轻、重油污,灰尘,污渍等,清洗效果优异,保持时间长久,有效减小飞行中的摩擦阻力;干洗剂可形成保护层,降低机身污垢产生速度,保护机身材料,防止划伤,避免污垢沉积,保持表面平滑光亮;该干洗剂对飞机表面的各种金属、非金属材料均无损伤,如铝合金、碳钢、钛合金等金属及金属表面的氧化层、镀镉层等处理层无腐蚀、氢脆等危害,并具有较好的防护性,对有机玻璃和橡胶安全可靠,使用安全。可用于民用飞机、军用飞机等的外表面干洗剂。

3、了一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其组成成分及重量份数为:复合表面活性剂5~20份,络合剂0.1~3份,复合金属缓蚀剂2~12份,成膜剂0.05~0.6份,助溶剂0.5~12份,去离子水补足至100份。本干洗剂不含重金属、强碱、亚硝酸盐、磷、胺类、酰胺有害物质,不含毒性大、挥发性强的氯代烃、酚、酮、苯系物等有机溶剂,生理无害,易生物降解,性质温和,无闪点,多功能、高效率、安全、环保、节能;具有优良的清洗和保护漆面的效果,可迅速、彻底的清除飞机外表面的各种轻、重油污,灰尘,污渍等;清洗效果优异,保持时间长久,有效减小飞行中的摩擦阻力;干洗后可形成保护层,降低机身污垢产生速度,保护机身材料,防止划伤,避免污垢沉积,保持表面平滑光亮,保持时间长久;该干洗剂对飞机表面的各种金属、非金属材料均无损伤,并具有较好的防护性,使用安全;生产设备、工艺简单,易于实现,干洗时安全系数高,不受场地限制,简单擦洗即可,无需水漂洗,无废液产生,经济安全,节能环保。本环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂可用于民用和军用飞机的外表面日常干洗维护。

下面结合通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明中所使用的原料,如无特殊说明,均为常规的市售产品;本发明中所使用的方法,如无特殊说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其组分及各组分的质量百分比为:
3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇1.6%,二乙二醇丁醚5.5%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠0.5%,葡萄糖酸钠0.3%,铝合金缓蚀剂N8150.85%,苯并三氮唑0.15%,苯甲酸钠0.8%,钼酸钠0.5%,季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.15%,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚13090.5%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-30.8%,十八碳烯酸钾0.75%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.6%,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠0.3%,石蜡乳液0.07%,去离子水83.13%。
上述环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
室温下将去离子水加入到搅拌釜内,开启搅拌,转速为50~100r/min,加入3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇、二乙二醇丁醚,搅拌至完全溶解;再依次加乙二胺四乙酸四钠、葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;加入铝合金缓蚀剂N815、苯并三氮唑、苯甲酸钠、钼酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;转速为100~300r/min,加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1309、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-3、十八碳烯酸钾、聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌至完全溶解;再加入石蜡乳液,搅拌至完全溶解。整个搅拌时间为60~90min,最终呈均匀、透明溶液,即得环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂。
实施例2
一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其组分及各组分的质量百分比为:
3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇8%,柠檬酸钠0.6%,葡萄糖酸钠0.8%,铝合金缓蚀剂XL8450.76%,甲基苯并三氮唑0.12%,钼酸钠0.9%,钼酸钾0.6%,季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.15%,聚醚多元醇L640.1%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-90.76%,十八碳烯酸钾0.45%,聚二甲基硅氧烷3.6%,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠0.3%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐0.2%,石蜡乳液0.07%,去离子水82.59%。
上述环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
室温下将去离子水加入到搅拌釜内,开启搅拌,转速为50~100r/min,加入3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇,搅拌至完全溶解;再依次加入柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;加入铝合金缓蚀剂XL845、钼酸钠、钼酸钾、甲基苯并三氮唑,搅拌至完全溶解;加入脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐,搅拌至完全溶解;转速为100~300r/min,加入季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、聚醚多元醇L64、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-9、十八碳烯酸钾、聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌至完全溶解;再加入石蜡乳液,搅拌至完全溶解。整个搅拌时间为60~90min,最终呈均匀、透明溶液,即得环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂。
实施例3
一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其组分及各组分的质量百分比为:
二乙二醇丁醚8%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠0.6%,聚丙烯酸钠0.8%,铝合金缓蚀剂N8150.85%,甲基苯并三氮唑0.1%,钼酸钠0.75%,钼酸钾0.68%,季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.16%,腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚BGF-100.3%,十八碳烯酸钾0.55%,聚二甲基硅氧烷4.2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.26%,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠0.35%,石蜡乳液0.05%,去离子水82.35%。
上述环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
室温下将去离子水加入到搅拌釜内,开启搅拌,转速为50~100r/min,加入二乙二醇丁醚,搅拌至完全溶解;再依次加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;加入铝合金缓蚀剂N815、钼酸钠、钼酸钾、甲基苯并三氮唑,搅拌至完全溶解;加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;转速为100~300r/min,加入季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚BGF-10、十八碳烯酸钾、聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌至完全溶解;再加入石蜡乳液,搅拌至完全溶解。整个搅拌时间为60~90min,最终呈均匀、透明溶液,即得环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂。
实施例4
一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其组成成分及重量份数为:
复合表面活性剂5~20份,络合剂0.1~3份,复合金属缓蚀剂2~12份,成膜剂0.05~0.6份,助溶剂0.5~12份,去离子水补足至100份。
较优地,所述去离子水的电阻率大于4MΩ·cm;
或者,所述助溶剂为3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇、二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或两种混合物。
较优地,所述络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
较优地,所述复合金属缓蚀剂为有色金属缓蚀剂和黑色金属缓蚀剂按质量比为1:1~2组成的混合物。
较优地,所述有色金属缓蚀剂为铝合金缓蚀剂N815、XL845;硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硅酸钾、苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑中的两种或两种以上的混合物;所述黑色金属缓蚀剂为苯甲酸钠、钼酸钠、钼酸钾中的一种或两种。
较优地,所述成膜剂为石蜡乳液。
较优地,所述复合表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂按质量比为0.5~11:1组成的混合物。
较优地,所述非离子表面活性剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、聚醚多元醇L61、L64、F68、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1309、1305;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-3、AE0-9;腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚BGF-10、BGF-9、BGF-7;十八碳烯酸钾、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种以上;
或者,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的一种。
一种如上所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
A.按照质量配比称取助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂、去离子水;
B.在室温条件下,将去离子水加入到搅拌釜中,开启搅拌,然后依次加入助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂;
C.搅拌,转速为50~300r/min,时间为60~90min,混合均匀后,即得环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂。
较优地,所述步骤B中:依次加入助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂时,每次加入一种组分后,将其搅拌至完全溶解后再加入下一种组分。
本发明环保型高效飞机维护用干洗剂通过了波音、空客等的适航测试,证明产品对飞机表面的各种金属、金属镀层、金属氧化层、表面涂层、有机玻璃等材料无损伤,不产生氢脆、夹层腐蚀及全浸腐蚀;无闪点,可生物降解,环保无毒,多功能、高效率、安全、环保、节能;优良的清洗效果,可迅速、彻底的去除飞机表面的各种轻、重油污及复杂性污垢,干洗效果优异;干洗后可形成保护层,降低机身污垢产生速度,保护机身材料;具有较好的防护性,对飞机上的多种金属及其镀层、非金属材料无损伤;生产设备、工艺简单,易于实现,干洗时安全系数高,不受场地限制,无需水漂洗,废液产生,经济安全,节能环保。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其特征在于:其组成成分及重量份数为:
复合表面活性剂5~20份,络合剂0.1~3份,复合金属缓蚀剂2~12份,成膜剂0.05~0.6份,助溶剂0.5~12份,去离子水补足至100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其特征在于:所述去离子水的电阻率大于4MΩ·cm;
或者,所述助溶剂为3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇、二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或两种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其特征在于:所述络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其特征在于:所述复合金属缓蚀剂为有色金属缓蚀剂和黑色金属缓蚀剂按质量比为1:1~2组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其特征在于:所述有色金属缓蚀剂为铝合金缓蚀剂N815、XL845;硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硅酸钾、苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑中的两种或两种以上的混合物;所述黑色金属缓蚀剂为苯甲酸钠、钼酸钠、钼酸钾中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其特征在于:所述成膜剂为石蜡乳液。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的飞机外表面清洗剂,其特征在于:所述复合表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂按质量比为0.5~11:1组成的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、聚醚多元醇L61、L64、F68、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1309、1305;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-3、AE0-9;腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚BGF-10、BGF-9、BGF-7;十八碳烯酸钾、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种以上;
或者,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的一种。
9.一种如权利要求1至8任一项所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
A.按照质量配比称取助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂、去离子水;
B.在室温条件下,将去离子水加入到搅拌釜中,开启搅拌,然后依次加入助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂;
C.搅拌,转速为50~300r/min,时间为60~90min,混合均匀后,即得环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的环保型高效飞机维护用水基干洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中:依次加入助溶剂、络合剂、复合金属缓蚀剂、复合表面活性剂、成膜剂时,每次加入一种组分后,将其搅拌至完全溶解后再加入下一种组分。
