本发明属于生物环保技术领域,具体涉及一种户外用强力胶带。
背景技术
1928年5月30日在英国和美国提出申请,德鲁开发出了一种很轻的、一压即合的黏合剂,后来经过改进发明了透明胶带。胶带为什么可以粘东西,当然是因为它表面上涂有一层粘着剂的关系!最早的粘着剂来自动物和植物,在十九世纪,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份;而现代则广泛应用各种聚合物。粘着剂可以粘住东西,是由于本身的分子和欲连接物品的分子间形成键结,这种键结可以把分子牢牢地黏合在一起。目前,我国胶带工业已具有一定的规模。以胶带产品为主的生产厂家已达百余家,若包括有胶带产品的县级以上企业,则总数超过300家。另外,个体胶带生产者近千家,遍布全国各地。
通常,包含由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(以下称为PET)构成的胶带基材(以下也简称基材)的胶带由于优异的机械性能(特别是柔韧性和拉伸性)、良好尺寸稳定性、热稳定性、化学稳定性,初粘性和持粘性好、而且较经济,已广泛用作用于车辆(例如汽车、火车、公共汽车等)、飞机、船舶、房屋、工厂,太阳能电池等领域的电气设备绝缘带。因PET能适用于更宽的温度范围和恶劣环境;易加工,耐撕裂,长期耐温100-120°C,短期耐温可达140-200℃,特别是用在户外的一些设备上,已广泛采用PET作基材的胶带。,但是现有的PET作基材的胶带抗紫外线性能较差,以老化,从而导致寿命大幅度降低。

本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种户外用强力胶带。

一种户外用强力胶带,由胶带基材和胶黏剂复合制成;所述胶带基材按重量份计由以下成分制成:聚酯切片89、聚乙烯醇10.2-11、钼酸钠0.98、环氧氯丙烷0.82、磷酸盐改性膨润土8.2-8.8、纳米氧化铝2.6、聚乙烯树脂10、抗静电剂0.55;
所述胶黏剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:大豆多元醇12.5、淀粉16.3-17、硼酸1.3、尿素2.8、甲基纤维素6.9、过氧化碳酰胺改性瓜尔胶26.5-26.7、碳酸钙5、去离子水25。
进一步的,所述聚酯切片为共混聚酯切片。
进一步的,所述磷酸盐改性膨润土制备方法为:
将膨润土均匀分散到质量分数为6.2%的柠檬酸锌溶液中,加热至70℃,以200r/min转速搅拌2小时,得到膨润土分散液,所述膨润土分散液中膨润土质量分数为15.8%,然后向膨润土分散液中添加其质量1.2%的磷酸盐,继续加热至90℃,以250r/min转速搅拌1小时,然后过滤,再添加到电阻炉中,在500℃下煅烧30min,然后水冷至室温,烘干至恒重,即得;所述膨润土粒度为500目;所述磷酸盐为磷酸二氢钾;所述抗静电剂为聚氧乙烯硬质酸酯。
进一步的,所述淀粉为绿豆淀粉与木薯淀粉按1:8质量比例均匀混合而成。
进一步的,所述绿豆淀粉粒度为400目,所述木薯淀粉为800目。
进一步的,所述过氧化碳酰胺改性瓜尔胶制备方法为:
将瓜尔胶与去离子水按1:2质量比例混合后,加热至79℃,以2300r/min转速搅拌29min,得到瓜尔胶溶液,然后向瓜尔胶溶液中添加其质量1.2%的过氧化碳酰胺,继续加热至88℃,然后以3500r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后静置1小时,再进行旋转蒸发干燥至含水率12%,即得。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明制备的一种户外用强力胶带,采用的胶黏剂未加入任何含甲醛的物质,制备的胶黏剂产品游离甲醛释放量达到E0级标准(≤0.5mg/L),减少甲醛的排放,对人体无伤害,属于绿色环保型胶黏剂,本发明采用的胶黏剂具有良好的粘接强度;本发明制备的户外胡强力胶带,能适应更宽的温度范围和恶劣环境;通过加入磷酸盐改性膨润土,提高了产品的加工性能,抗紫外效果大幅度提高,同时疏水性能得到明显的改善,采用的胶带基材的耐老化和高阻隔性能得到明显的改善,适用于更恶劣的户外环境。

一种户外用强力胶带,由胶带基材和胶黏剂复合制成;所述胶带基材按重量份计由以下成分制成:聚酯切片89、聚乙烯醇10.2、钼酸钠0.98、环氧氯丙烷0.82、磷酸盐改性膨润土8.2、纳米氧化铝2.6、聚乙烯树脂10、抗静电剂0.55;
所述胶黏剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:大豆多元醇12.5、淀粉16.3、硼酸1.3、尿素2.8、甲基纤维素6.9、过氧化碳酰胺改性瓜尔胶26.5、碳酸钙5、去离子水25。

进一步的,所述磷酸盐改性膨润土制备方法为:

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶带用强力胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化碳酰胺改性瓜尔胶制备方法为:
将瓜尔胶与去离子水按1:2质量比例混合后,加热至79℃,以2300r/min转速搅拌29min,得到瓜尔胶溶液,然后向瓜尔胶溶液中添加其质量1.2%的过氧化碳酰胺,继续加热至88℃,然后以3500r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后静置1小时,再进行旋转蒸发干燥至含水率12%,即得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶带用强力胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种胶带用强力胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述轻质碳酸钙粒度为1200目。
