Abstract

本发明涉及到一种高粘性耐热贴膜,包括胶黏层以及覆膜,所述覆膜包括改性PET薄膜,所述胶黏层包括纳米硅凝胶、胶黏剂、聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维、石墨粉、乳化剂、无水乙醇。高粘性耐热贴膜,宏观结构中主要包括覆膜和胶黏层,胶黏层的主要成分为纳米硅凝胶、胶黏剂、聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维、石墨粉、乳化剂、无水乙醇;具有较强的胶黏性,且不会在贴合之时直接粘结,而会在贴合之后的一段时间后缓慢粘结在物体表面,且胶黏作用力大,不会脱落;还具有良好的耐热性,胶黏层中的物质耐热能力较强,且不会在受热之后产生物质形态上的变化;其次由于胶黏剂中添加有石墨粉,因而还具有良好的抗静电能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种贴膜,特别涉及一种高粘性耐热贴膜。
背景技术
从普通的台式电脑,到笔记本电脑,平板电脑,智能手机,科技创新突飞猛进。电子产品携带越来越轻便化,体积越来越小,功能越来越强大,这样导致集成度越来越高。这样导致体积在缩小,功能变强大,直接导致电子元器件的散热要求越来越高。而以前采用的风扇式散热,由于体积大,会产生噪音等问题,逐渐被市场淘汰。进而产生了其它的散热材料,如铜箔、铝箔类散热,但是由于资源有限,而且价格昂贵,散热效果也没有想象中的好,慢慢的,都在寻找新的高效的散热材料。其次,由于电子产品的多样性,现有的产品往往需要定制,从而难适用具体的使用场合且限制了其应用的推广;因此,如果针对电子器件热量和静电共存的特点,设计一种既能导热,又具有防静电性能的胶带,成为本领域普通技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高粘性耐热贴膜。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种高粘性耐热贴膜,包括胶黏层以及覆膜,所述覆膜包括改性PET薄膜,所述胶黏层包括纳米硅凝胶、胶黏剂、聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维、石墨粉、乳化剂、无水乙醇。
作为优选,以下组分按重量计:
纳米硅凝胶 18-25份
硅脂 8-12份
胶黏剂 3-8份
聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维 5-7份
石墨粉 3-5份
乳化剂 1-3份
无水乙醇 2-6份。
作为优选,所述仿生纤维采用纤维素纤维、纤维素酯纤维、再生植物蛋白质纤维、海藻纤维、再生动物蛋白质纤维、甲壳素纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚羟基脂肪酸酯纤维、蜘蛛丝纤维、蚕丝纤维。
作为优选,所述胶黏剂采用双层藻酸盐-聚丙烯酰胺。
作为优选,所述改性PET薄膜包括PET母料、聚丙烯纤维、纳米硅凝胶、钾基硅酸盐/锂基硅酸盐/硅酸盐混合物、丙烯酸单体。
作为优选,以下组分按重量计:
PET母料 30-50份
聚丙烯纤维 5-8份
纳米硅溶胶 3-8份
钾基硅酸盐/锂基硅酸盐/硅酸盐混合物 1-3份
丙烯酸单体 5-10份。
作为优选,所述覆膜还包括防火阻燃剂、开口剂、分散剂。
作为优选,以下组分按重量计:
防火阻燃剂 1-3份
开口剂 1-3份
分散剂 1-3份。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本方案中制备得到的高粘性耐热贴膜,宏观结构中主要包括覆膜和胶黏层,胶黏层的主要成分为纳米硅凝胶、胶黏剂、聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维、石墨粉、乳化剂、无水乙醇;具有较强的胶黏性,且不会在贴合之时直接粘结,而会在贴合之后的一段时间后缓慢粘结在物体表面,且胶黏作用力大,不会脱落;
2.本方案中的高粘性耐热贴膜具有良好的耐热性,胶黏层中的物质耐热能力较强,且不会在受热之后产生物质形态上的变化;其次由于胶黏剂中添加有石墨粉,因而还具有良好的抗静电能力;
3.覆膜的主要成分为改性PET薄膜,包括PET母料、聚丙烯纤维、纳米硅凝胶、钾基硅酸盐/锂基硅酸盐/硅酸盐混合物、丙烯酸单体、防火阻燃剂、开口剂、分散剂;具有良好的韧性,以及良好的耐冲击、抗拉伸能力。

实施例:
一种高粘性耐热贴膜,包括胶黏层以及覆膜,覆膜所使用的材料为改性PET薄膜,而改性PET薄膜又包括PET母料、聚丙烯纤维、纳米硅凝胶、钾基硅酸盐/锂基硅酸盐/硅酸盐混合物、丙烯酸单体;胶黏层包括纳米硅凝胶、胶黏剂、聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维、石墨粉、乳化剂、无水乙醇,胶黏剂采用双层藻酸盐-聚丙烯酰胺。
仿生纤维可采用纤维素纤维、纤维素酯纤维、再生植物蛋白质纤维、海藻纤维、再生动物蛋白质纤维、甲壳素纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚羟基脂肪酸酯纤维、蜘蛛丝纤维、蚕丝纤维。
实施例1-实施例5中覆膜、胶黏层中各物质组成相同,但是物质具体含量不同,详见下表1和表2所示;

对实施例1-实施例5中制备得到的高粘性耐热贴膜进行性能测试,并将PET作为覆膜,丙烯酸作为胶黏剂所制备得到的高粘性耐热贴膜进行性能检测,可得结论:
1.本方案中制备得到的高粘性耐热贴膜,具有良好的耐热性能,在接受到外界高温时,胶黏层仍然具有良好的胶黏性,不会因受热造成胶黏性下降从而导致覆膜脱落;
2.其次,本方案中的制备得到高粘性耐热贴膜具有良好的防静电能力;
3.当使用过在管状、环状、球状等类似形状物品表面,此处以管状为例,先将高粘性耐热贴膜轻微拉扯使之发生形变,再将其绕设在管状表面,高粘性耐热贴膜在自身内部作用力之下产生恢复原状的趋势,从而仅绕在管状表面。

Claims (8)

1.一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于:包括胶黏层以及覆膜,所述覆膜包括改性PET薄膜,所述胶黏层包括纳米硅凝胶、胶黏剂、聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维、石墨粉、乳化剂、无水乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于,以下组分按重量计:
纳米硅凝胶 18-25份
硅脂 8-12份
胶黏剂 3-8份
聚丙烯纤维/聚乳酸纤维/仿生纤维/混合纤维 5-7份
石墨粉 3-5份
乳化剂 1-3份
无水乙醇 2-6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于:所述仿生纤维采用纤维素纤维、纤维素酯纤维、再生植物蛋白质纤维、海藻纤维、再生动物蛋白质纤维、甲壳素纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚羟基脂肪酸酯纤维、蜘蛛丝纤维、蚕丝纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂采用双层藻酸盐-聚丙烯酰胺。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于:所述改性PET薄膜包括PET母料、聚丙烯纤维、纳米硅凝胶、钾基硅酸盐/锂基硅酸盐/硅酸盐混合物、丙烯酸单体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于,以下组分按重量计:
PET母料 30-50份
聚丙烯纤维 5-8份
纳米硅溶胶 3-8份
钾基硅酸盐/锂基硅酸盐/硅酸盐混合物 1-3份
丙烯酸单体 5-10份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于:所述覆膜还包括防火阻燃剂、开口剂、分散剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高粘性耐热贴膜,其特征在于,以下组分按重量计:
防火阻燃剂 1-3份
开口剂 1-3份
分散剂 1-3份。
