In view of the problems in the related art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a spine massage device to overcome the above-mentioned problems in the related art.

a spine massage device comprises a seat, wherein a mounting base is arranged at the bottom end of the seat, a piston cylinder is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting base, the piston cylinder is of a cavity structure with an opening at the bottom end, a piston is sleeved in the piston cylinder, a piston handle is arranged at the bottom end of the piston, the piston handle penetrates through the opening at the bottom end of the piston cylinder, a supporting panel is arranged at the bottom end of the piston handle, a plurality of fixed bases are arranged at the bottom end of the supporting panel, universal wheels are respectively sleeved in the fixed bases, a backrest is arranged at one side of the seat, the backrest is of a cavity structure, a movable mechanism is arranged in the cavity of the backrest, handrails are symmetrically arranged above the seat, grooves are respectively arranged on the handrails, cams are respectively sleeved in the grooves, and the cam shafts of the cams are respectively connected with a rotating motor arranged at one side of the grooves, the bottom end of the first rotating motor is respectively provided with a supporting seat, the supporting seats are connected with the seat, a horizontal sliding rail is arranged on one side of the groove and positioned on the armrest, a sliding block is sleeved in the sliding rail, a rotating shaft is arranged on one side of the sliding block, the other end of the rotating shaft extends into a fixing block positioned on one side of the rotating shaft, a supporting column is arranged at the bottom end of the fixing block, and the other end of the supporting column extends onto the seat;
wherein the movable mechanism comprises a toothed plate I, one side of the toothed plate I is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cavity of the backrest, a first gear and a second gear which are meshed with the first toothed plate are arranged on the other side of the first toothed plate, a connecting plate is arranged on one side of the first gear and one side of the second gear, the connecting plate is connected with the gear shafts of the first gear and the second gear, a connecting shaft is arranged in the middle of the connecting plate, the connecting shaft is sleeved with a movable rod, the other end of the movable rod is connected with a rocker, the other end of the rocker is connected with a second rotating motor, the second rotating motor is positioned at the bottom of the cavity of the backrest, a second toothed plate meshed with the first gear and the second gear is arranged on the other side of the first gear and the second gear, one side of the toothed plate II, which is far away from the toothed plate I, is provided with a plurality of massage rollers, and roller shafts of the massage rollers extend to the toothed plate II.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cam is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first rotating motor, the handrail is driven to slightly move in the horizontal direction when the cam rotates due to the design of the sliding rail and the sliding block, the handrail is driven to slightly move in the angle due to the unique design of the cam, the exercise on the arm is completed when a user places the arm on the handrail, in addition, the rotation of the second rotating motor drives the rotation of the rocker, the rotation of the rocker drives the rotation of the movable rod, the movable rod further drives the connecting plate to move, the movement of the connecting plate enables the first gear and the second gear to rotate, the rotation of the first gear and the second gear drives the second toothed plate which is meshed with the first gear and the second gear to move in the vertical direction, the movement of the second toothed plate enables the massage roller to carry out rolling massage on the back of the patient, the blood circulation of the patient is increased, the rehabilitation exercise of the patient is facilitated, in addition, the buffer effect of the seat is increased due to the design of the piston and the piston cylinder, and the whole design is simple and reasonable, the spine massage and the arm massage are simultaneously carried out, so that the comprehensiveness and the diversity of the device are increased.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a spine massage device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a seat 1, a mounting base 2 is disposed at a bottom end of the seat 1, a piston cylinder 3 is disposed at a bottom end of the mounting base 2, the piston cylinder 3 is a cavity structure with an open bottom end, a piston 4 is sleeved in the piston cylinder 3, a piston handle 5 is disposed at a bottom end of the piston 4, the piston handle 5 penetrates through the open bottom end of the piston cylinder 3, a supporting panel 6 is disposed at a bottom end of the piston handle 5, a plurality of fixed bases 7 are disposed at a bottom end of the supporting panel 6, universal wheels 8 are respectively sleeved in the fixed bases 7, a backrest 9 is disposed at one side of the seat 1, the backrest 9 is a cavity structure, a movable mechanism 10 is disposed in a cavity of the backrest 9, armrests 11 are symmetrically disposed above the seat 1, and grooves 12 are respectively disposed on the armrests 11, the seat is characterized in that cams 13 are respectively sleeved in the grooves 12, cam shafts of the cams 13 are respectively connected with a first rotating motor 14 located on one side of each groove 12, supporting seats 15 are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of the first rotating motors 14, the supporting seats 15 are connected with the seat 1, a sliding rail 16 in the horizontal direction is arranged on one side of each groove 12 and on the armrest 11, a sliding block 17 is sleeved in the sliding rail 16, a rotating shaft 18 is arranged on one side of the sliding block 17, the other end of the rotating shaft 18 extends into a fixed block 19 located on one side of the rotating shaft 18, a supporting column 20 is arranged at the bottom end of the fixed block 19, and the other end of the supporting column 20 extends onto the seat 1;

In one embodiment, for the universal wheels 8, the universal wheels 8 are respectively sleeved with a protective cover 31, and the protective covers 31 are connected with the fixed base 7. Thereby increasing the protection effect on the universal wheel 8. In practical applications, the protective cover 31 may be made of rubber.
In one embodiment, for the protection covers 31, the protection covers 31 are respectively provided with a locking block 32. Thereby facilitating fixation of the device after its movement. In practical applications, a protective cover may be sleeved on the locking block 32.
In one embodiment, for the piston 4, a sealing sleeve is sleeved on the piston 4. Thereby increasing the cushioning effect of the seat 1.
In one embodiment, for the rotating shaft 18, a bearing is provided at a connection between the other end of the rotating shaft 18 and the fixed block 19. Thereby increasing the rotational rate of the spindle 18.
In one embodiment, the armrests 11 are provided with protective layers respectively on the armrests 11. Thereby increasing the comfort of the patient during use. In practical application, the protective layer may be provided with a plurality of massage beads.
In one embodiment, for the piston 4, a spring is arranged in the top end of the piston 4 and in the piston cylinder 3. Thereby increasing the cushioning effect of the seat 1.
In one embodiment, for the second rotating electric machine 28, a base is disposed at the bottom end of the second rotating electric machine 28. Thereby increasing the stability of the second rotating electrical machine 28. In practical applications, the base can be connected with the second rotating motor 28 through bolts.
In summary, according to the above technical solution of the present invention, the cam 13 is rotated by the rotation of the first rotating motor 14, due to the design of the sliding rail 16 and the sliding block 17, the armrest 11 is driven to slightly move in the horizontal direction when the cam 13 is rotated, the armrest 11 is driven to slightly move in the angle by the unique design of the cam 13, the exercise of the arm is completed when the user places the arm on the armrest 11, in addition, the rotation of the second rotating motor 28 drives the rocker 27 to rotate, the rotation of the rocker 27 drives the rotation of the movable rod 26, the movable rod 26 further drives the movement of the connecting plate 24, the movement of the connecting plate 24 drives the first gear 22 and the second gear 23 to rotate, the rotation of the first gear 22 and the second gear 23 drives the second toothed plate 29 engaged therewith to move in the vertical direction, the movement of the second toothed plate 29 drives the massage roller 30 to perform rolling massage on the back of the patient, so as to increase the blood circulation of the patient, do benefit to patient's recovered exercise, in addition, the design of piston 4 and piston cylinder 3 has increased the buffering effect of seat 1, and overall design is simple reasonable, and backbone massage and arm massage go on simultaneously, have increased device comprehensiveness and pluralism.
