The invention aims to provide a fruit cleaning device, which solves the problems that when the existing fruit cleaning device is used for cleaning fruits in a rotating manner, a stirring rod is needed to be used to ensure that the surfaces of the fruits can be cleaned, the surface layers and the interiors of the fruits are easily damaged even if a protective layer is laid on the stirring rod, so that the quality of the fruits is influenced, and meanwhile, the quality guarantee period of the fruits is easily shortened because the cleaned fruits are not treated with water in time.

the second bearing plate 35 forms a rotating structure with the housing 1 through the fifth rotating shaft 34, and the second bearing plate 35 and the third elastic element 36 form a telescopic structure, so that when the handle 41 is rotated, the handle 41 can drive the second bearing plate 35 to rotate through the fifth rotating shaft 34, fruits on the second bearing plate 35 can be taken out from the discharge port 37, and the third elastic element 36 can restore the second bearing plate 35 to the original state, so that the second bearing plate 35 can be conveniently used next time.
The working principle is as follows: when the fruit cleaning device is used, according to fig. 1 and 3, firstly, the fruit is placed on the slideway 17 through the feeding hole 18, then the fruit slides down to the inside of the hollow groove 15 and the top of the saw teeth 6 along the slideway 17 until the fruit is fully paved on the top of the saw teeth 6, then the rotating motor 9 with the model of Y90S-2 is started, then the rotating motor 9 drives the half gear 8 to rotate clockwise through the second rotating shaft 7, at the moment, a part of the toothed block on the half gear 8 drives the saw teeth 6 to move rightwards, when a part of the toothed block on the half gear 8 is separated from the saw teeth 6, the saw teeth 6 move leftwards under the action of the first elastic element 5, meanwhile, the second supporting rod 39 and the third groove 40 move relatively, and the second supporting rod 39 plays a role in supporting and balancing the saw teeth 6, therefore, the saw teeth 6 do left-right circular motion at the bottom of the hollow groove 15, so that the fruit on the saw teeth 6 can be overturned, then, external water enters the inside of the water collecting tank 20 through the water pipe 22 (the external water is not shown and is conventional and not described herein), and then the water is uniformly sprayed onto the turning fruits through the first water outlet 19, so that the surfaces of the fruits can be cleaned, and then the water for cleaning the fruits falls into the inside of the second fixing block 31 and then flows to the outside through the second water outlet 32 at the bottom of the second fixing block 31;
when the fruit has been washed, according to fig. 1-2 and 6, the operation of the rotating motor 9 is first stopped, then, the servo motor 30 with model number of MHMD042P1U is started, then the servo motor 30 drives the fourth rotating shaft 29 to rotate forward, since the servo motor 30 can perform forward rotation and reverse rotation, and the servo motor 30 is an existing product, and therefore its internal structure will not be described in detail, and then the second rope 28 on the fourth rotating shaft 29 is released, at the same time, under the action of gravity, the first support rod 25 rotates clockwise about the third rotating shaft 26, at the same time, the roller 24 moves to the left of the second groove 23, so that the first bearing plate 2 rotates clockwise about the first rotating shaft 3, so that the first bearing plate 2 drives the saw teeth 6 to rotate downwards until one end of the saw teeth 6 is contacted with the upper end face of the second bearing plate 35, and at the moment, the servo motor 30 can stop working;
according to fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-5, the hand ring 14 is pulled, the hand ring 14 generates a pulling force on the bottom of the second baffle 11 through the first rope 13, so that the second baffle 11 moves to the bottom of the first groove 10, the second elastic element 12 is compressed, the fruit slides down to the upper end surface of the second bearing plate 35 along the saw teeth 6 under the action of gravity, then the hand ring 14 is released, the second baffle 11 returns to the original state under the action of the second elastic element 12, then the servo motor 30 is started to rotate reversely, the saw teeth 6 return to the original state according to the above principle, so as to facilitate the next cleaning, then the hot air blower 33 with model number of HZRF-GB3-18 is started, the hot air blower 33 generates hot air to dry the water stain on the fruit, so as to prevent the fruit from deteriorating, then the handle 41 is rotated clockwise, and then the handle 41 drives the second bearing plate 35 to rotate clockwise through the fifth rotating shaft 34, until the second bearing plate 35 and the third baffle 38 contact each other, the third elastic element 36 is compressed, and the fruit slides down to the discharge hole 37 along the second bearing plate 35, at this time, the fruit can be collected, then the handle 41 is loosened, and then under the acting force of the third elastic element 36, the second bearing plate 35 is restored to the original state, so as to be convenient for the next use.
