s3: when the transmission chain 7 is damaged or falls off, the pushing plate 8 cannot move to push the rotating plate 32 to rotate, the rotating plate 32 cannot drive the warning bell 29 to move through the rotating shaft 30, and the movable sleeve 12 can drive the corresponding collision column 28 to strike the warning bell 29 which cannot move, so that the warning bell 29 sounds to remind surrounding staff that the pipeline transportation device is damaged and needs to be repaired in time;
S4: when the pipe chain is transported, the external rotary column 9 can drive the movable gear 39 to rotate, the movable gear 39 can be meshed with the movable rack 40, the movable rack 40 can drive the extrusion rod 41 to move, the extrusion rod 41 can extrude the vacuum switch 38 to open the vacuum pump 37, the vacuum pump 37 can discharge air in the vacuum pipeline 35 through the exhaust pipe 36, and therefore the vacuum pipeline 35 is in a vacuum state, and noise reduction treatment can be carried out on a region where materials are transported by the transportation pipeline 1.
