Abstract
本发明涉及一种秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,步骤包括:选取玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆;粉碎秸秆粉,制得秸秆粉;秸秆粉热水浸泡;亚硫酸盐溶液蒸煮秸秆粉;氢氧化钠溶液浸泡秸秆粉;发酵秸秆粉;按重量份数将玉米粉、豆饼粉、麦麸、红薯粉、花生饼份、贝粉、大豆油、食盐、鱼粉、骨粉、保健砂和上述发酵后的秸秆粉均匀搅拌;干燥;进行胶液配置;将干燥后的饲料投入造粒机入口的同时,利用竖直设置于机筒筒壁上沿水平方向均匀排列的多个喷料管将制得的胶液以雾状的形式喷入所述造粒机内,将胶液包裹在饲料表面上;包装。本发明对秸秆进行合理的预处理,进行发酵,最后形成秸秆饲料,解决了农业废弃秸秆无害化处理的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料的制作工艺,特别是一种秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法。
背景技术
在农业生产过程中,作物成熟后会产生大量的秸秆,这些秸秆如果处理不当往往会对环境造成污染,并影响下一批作物耕种。目前市场上较为普遍的处理方式是:1.粉碎还田;2秸秆饲料化;3秸秆碳化处理。秸秆还田后由于需要一段时间的分解过程,粉碎的秸秆会在耕地上存留很长时间,期间翻耕过程会使秸秆暴露于耕地表面,影响秧苗生长,并污染环境。秸秆碳化处理一般是将秸秆进行高温碳化,经活化后形成活性炭,或加入其它原料形成颗粒燃料。由于秸秆中灰质含量较大,使得其碳化成本较高,并且产品品质较低,不利于长期规模化生产。秸秆饲料化是目前最理想的处理方式,即解决了农业废弃秸秆的后期处理问题,又可以为畜牧业提供饲料,过程中无污染,并且可取得较好的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作工艺,解决农业废弃秸秆的后期处理问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,步骤包括:
1)按重量份数选取玉米秸秆50~80份、高粱秸秆30~40份和大豆秸秆20~30份;
2)分别将玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆进行粉粹,制得玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉、大豆秸秆粉,其中玉米秸秆粉目数为100~200目,高粱秸秆粉为200~300目,大豆秸秆粉为150~300目;
3)将玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别放入不同的浸泡池进行热水浸泡,热水温度为60~70℃浸泡1~2h;
4)将浸泡后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别进行蒸煮,将玉米秸秆粉放入第一蒸煮罐中,所述第一蒸煮罐中注入浓度为20~25%的亚硫酸钠溶液,蒸煮30~50min;将高粱秸秆粉放入第二蒸煮罐中,所述第二蒸煮罐中注入浓度为30~35%的亚硫酸铁溶液,蒸煮20~30min;将大豆秸秆粉放入第三蒸煮罐中,所述第三蒸煮罐中注入浓度为15~20%的亚硫酸氢钠溶液,蒸煮40~45min;
5)将蒸煮后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉再次分别放入浸泡池中进行浸泡,浸泡液为浓度为30~40%的氢氧化钠溶液,浸泡30~40min;
6)将浸泡后的秸秆粉放入发酵池中进行发酵,第一层铺玉米秸秆粉,厚度为2~4cm,向玉米秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;第二层铺高粱秸秆粉,厚度为1~3cm,向高粱秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;第三层铺大豆秸秆粉,厚度为3~5cm,向大豆秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;按照第一层、第二层和第三层铺设的秸秆粉交替铺设,依次向上堆放至1.5~2.0m;发酵时间为10~15天;发酵池温度40~45℃;
7)按重量份数将玉米粉50~60份、豆饼粉10~20份、麦麸11~14份、红薯粉10~15份、花生饼8~15份、贝粉5~10份、大豆油5~10份、食盐3~5份、鱼粉14~17份、骨粉6~7份、保健砂5~10份和上述发酵后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉均匀搅拌;
8)将蜂蜜2~3份、山楂1~2份、小茴1~2份、大茴香1~3份、葡萄酒5~10份、海藻粉3~5份、当归1~2份、大麦芽1~2份加入步骤7制得的饲料中进行搅拌;
9)将步骤8制得的饲料放入干燥机中进行干燥,温度为70~80℃,时间为10~20min;
10)按重量份数,取氯化钾5~8份、氯化镁3~5份、丙二醇4~6份、山梨醇0.2~0.5份、磷酸二氢钾3~6份、增塑剂0.1~0.4份,搅拌溶解10~15min,再加入K型卡拉胶2~4份、I型卡拉胶2~4份、海藻多糖10~15份,搅拌溶解5~8min,然后再加入呈味核甘酸二钠2~4份、抭坏血酸钙1~3份、维生素C0.5~1份、维生素E0.1~0.8份、食用盐5~10份、木糖醇27~32份、水50~60份,搅拌,进行胶液配置;
11)将干燥后的饲料投入造粒机入口的同时,利用竖直设置于机筒筒壁上沿水平方向均匀排列的多个喷料管将步骤10制得的胶液以雾状的形式喷入所述造粒机内,将胶液包裹在饲料表面上;
12)包装。
优选方案是:所述的保健砂配方重量比例为:粗河沙30~35份、石灰:15~20份、砖粉末:2~5份、木炭粉末:3~5份、食盐:4~6份和维生素:2~5份。
优选方案是:将制得的饲料放置在常温下通风保存。
优选方案是:所述多菌种混合溶液包括乳酸菌、酵母菌、醋酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌。
优选方案是:分别将玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆进行粉粹,制得玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉、大豆秸秆粉,其中玉米秸秆目数为100目,高粱秸秆为200目,大豆秸秆为150目。
优选方案是:将蒸煮后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉再次分别放入浸泡池中进行浸泡,浸泡液为浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液,浸泡30min。

本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明对秸秆进行合理的预处理,进行发酵,最后形成秸秆饲料,解决了农业废弃秸秆无害化处理的问题;
2、通过采用亚硫酸盐蒸煮秸秆粉末,可将秸秆粉末中相互包裹的纤维素、木质素和半纤维素分离,使秸秆粉末中含有的木质素溶解于溶液中,从而达到纤维素脱离木质素和半纤维素包裹的目的;
3、采用氢氧化钠溶液浸泡秸秆粉末可有效促进秸秆粉末中的纤维素、半纤维素的分解,以及木质素结构的破坏,可最大化的使秸秆粉末中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素水解,便于后续菌种的吸收;
4、本发明将秸秆粉末进行热水浸泡,在热水温度为60~70℃的条件下灭菌和熟化,减少有害菌种数量,同时熟化后有利于下一步发酵降解;
5、采用交替堆肥方式,可增加堆肥间隙和多菌混合溶液喷洒面积,并促进不同秸秆降解微生物繁殖。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述:
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,步骤包括
1)按重量份数选取玉米秸秆50份、高粱秸秆30份和大豆秸秆20份;
2)分别将玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆进行粉粹,制得玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉、大豆秸秆粉,其中玉米秸秆粉目数为100目,高粱秸秆粉为200目,大豆秸秆粉为150目;
3)将玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别放入不同的浸泡池进行热水浸泡,热水温度为60℃浸泡1h;

6)将浸泡后的秸秆粉放入发酵池中进行发酵,第一层铺玉米秸秆粉,厚度为2cm,向玉米秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;第二层铺高粱秸秆粉,厚度为1cm,向高粱秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;第三层铺大豆秸秆粉,厚度为3cm,向大豆秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;按照第一层、第二层和第三层铺设的秸秆粉交替铺设,依次向上堆放至1.5m;发酵时间为10天;发酵池温度40℃,所述多菌种混合溶液包括乳酸菌、酵母菌、醋酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌;
7)按重量份数将玉米粉50份、豆饼粉10份、麦麸11份、红薯粉10份、花生饼8份、贝粉5份、大豆油5份、食盐3份、鱼粉14份、骨粉6份、保健砂5份和上述发酵后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉均匀搅拌,所述的保健砂配方重量比例为:粗河沙30份、石灰:15份、砖粉末:2份、木炭粉末:5份、食盐:4份和维生素:2份;
8)将蜂蜜2份、山楂1份、小茴1份、大茴香1份、葡萄酒5份、海藻粉3份、当归1份、大麦芽1份加入步骤7制得的饲料中进行搅拌;
9)将步骤8制得的饲料放入干燥机中进行干燥,温度为70℃,时间为10min;
10)按重量份数,取氯化钾5份、氯化镁3份、丙二醇4份、山梨醇0.2份、磷酸二氢钾3份、增塑剂0.1份,搅拌溶解10min,再加入K型卡拉胶2份、I型卡拉胶2份、海藻多糖10份,搅拌溶解5~8min,然后再加入呈味核甘酸二钠2份、抭坏血酸钙1份、维生素C0.5份、维生素E0.1份、食用盐5份、木糖醇27份、水50份,搅拌,进行胶液配置;
11)将干燥后的饲料投入造粒机入口的同时,利用竖直设置于机筒筒壁上沿水平方向均匀排列的多个喷料管将步骤10制得的胶液以雾状的形式喷入所述造粒机内,将胶液包裹在饲料表面上;
12)包装,将制得的饲料放置在常温下通风保存。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,步骤包括
1)按重量份数选取玉米秸秆80份、高粱秸秆40份和大豆秸秆30份;
2)分别将玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆进行粉粹,制得玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉、大豆秸秆粉,其中玉米秸秆粉目数为200目,高粱秸秆粉为300目,大豆秸秆粉为300目;
3)将玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别放入不同的浸泡池进行热水浸泡,热水温度为70℃浸泡2h;
4)将浸泡后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别进行蒸煮,将玉米秸秆粉放入第一蒸煮罐中,所述第一蒸煮罐中注入浓度为25%的亚硫酸钠溶液,蒸煮50min;将高粱秸秆粉放入第二蒸煮罐中,所述第二蒸煮罐中注入浓度为35%的亚硫酸铁溶液,蒸煮30min;将大豆秸秆粉放入第三蒸煮罐中,所述第三蒸煮罐中注入浓度为20%的亚硫酸氢钠溶液,蒸煮45min;
5)将蒸煮后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉再次分别放入浸泡池中进行浸泡,浸泡液为浓度为40%的氢氧化钠溶液,浸泡40min;
6)将浸泡后的秸秆粉放入发酵池中进行发酵,第一层铺玉米秸秆粉,厚度为4cm,向玉米秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;第二层铺高粱秸秆粉,厚度为3cm,向高粱秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;第三层铺大豆秸秆粉,厚度为5cm,向大豆秸秆粉喷洒多菌种混合溶液;按照第一层、第二层和第三层铺设的秸秆粉交替铺设,依次向上堆放至2.0m;发酵时间为15天;发酵池温度45℃,所述多菌种混合溶液包括乳酸菌、酵母菌、醋酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌;
7)按重量份数将玉米粉60份、豆饼粉20份、麦麸14份、红薯粉15份、花生饼15份、贝粉10份、大豆油10份、食盐5份、鱼粉17份、骨粉7份、保健砂10份和上述发酵后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉均匀搅拌,所述的保健砂配方重量比例为:粗河沙35份、石灰20份、砖粉末5份、木炭粉末5份、食盐6份和维生素5份;
8)将蜂蜜3份、山楂2份、小茴2份、大茴香3份、葡萄酒10份、海藻粉5份、当归2份、大麦芽2份加入步骤7制得的饲料中进行搅拌;
9)将步骤8制得的饲料放入干燥机中进行干燥,温度为80℃,时间为20min;
10)按重量份数,取氯化钾8份、氯化镁5份、丙二醇6份、山梨醇0.5份、磷酸二氢钾6份、增塑剂0.4份,搅拌溶解15min,再加入K型卡拉胶4份、I型卡拉胶4份、海藻多糖15份,搅拌溶解8min,然后再加入呈味核甘酸二钠4份、抭坏血酸钙3份、维生素C1份、维生素E0.8份、食用盐10份、木糖醇32份、水60份,搅拌,进行胶液配置;
11)将干燥后的饲料投入造粒机入口的同时,利用竖直设置于机筒筒壁上沿水平方向均匀排列的多个喷料管将步骤10制得的胶液以雾状的形式喷入所述造粒机内,将胶液包裹在饲料表面上;

1)按重量份数选取玉米秸秆60份、高粱秸秆35份和大豆秸秆25份;
2)分别将玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆进行粉粹,制得玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉、大豆秸秆粉,其中玉米秸秆粉目数为150目,高粱秸秆粉为250目,大豆秸秆粉为200目;
3)将玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别放入不同的浸泡池进行热水浸泡,热水温度为65℃浸泡1.5h;
4)将浸泡后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别进行蒸煮,将玉米秸秆粉放入第一蒸煮罐中,所述第一蒸煮罐中注入浓度为22%的亚硫酸钠溶液,蒸煮40min;将高粱秸秆粉放入第二蒸煮罐中,所述第二蒸煮罐中注入浓度为32%的亚硫酸铁溶液,蒸煮25min;将大豆秸秆粉放入第三蒸煮罐中,所述第三蒸煮罐中注入浓度为18%的亚硫酸氢钠溶液,蒸煮42min;

7)按重量份数将玉米粉55份、豆饼粉15份、麦麸13份、红薯粉13份、花生饼9份、贝粉8份、大豆油7份、食盐4份、鱼粉15份、骨粉66份、保健砂8份和上述发酵后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉均匀搅拌,所述的保健砂配方重量比例为:粗河沙32份、石灰16份、砖粉末3份、木炭粉末4份、食盐5份和维生素3份;
8)将蜂蜜2份、山楂1份、小茴2份、大茴香2份、葡萄酒6份、海藻粉4份、当归1份、大麦芽1份加入步骤7制得的饲料中进行搅拌;
9)将步骤8制得的饲料放入干燥机中进行干燥,温度为75℃,时间为15min;
10)按重量份数,取氯化钾6份、氯化镁4份、丙二醇5份、山梨醇0.4份、磷酸二氢钾4份、增塑剂0.3份,搅拌溶解12min,再加入K型卡拉胶3份、I型卡拉胶3份、海藻多糖12份,搅拌溶解7min,然后再加入呈味核甘酸二钠3份、抭坏血酸钙2份、维生素C0.8份、维生素E0.5份、食用盐7份、木糖醇29份、水55份,搅拌,进行胶液配置;
11)将干燥后的饲料投入造粒机入口的同时,利用竖直设置于机筒筒壁上沿水平方向均匀排列的多个喷料管将步骤10制得的胶液以雾状的形式喷入所述造粒机内,将胶液包裹在饲料表面上;
12)包装,将制得的饲料放置在常温下通风保存。

1.秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
1)按重量份数选取玉米秸秆50~80份、高粱秸秆30~40份和大豆秸秆20~30份;
2)分别将玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆进行粉粹,制得玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉、大豆秸秆粉,其中玉米秸秆粉目数为100~200目,高粱秸秆粉为200~300目,大豆秸秆粉为150~300目;
3)将玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别放入不同的浸泡池进行热水浸泡,热水温度为60~70℃浸泡1~2h;
4)将浸泡后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别进行蒸煮,将玉米秸秆粉放入第一蒸煮罐中,所述第一蒸煮罐中注入浓度为20~25%的亚硫酸钠溶液,蒸煮30~50min;将高粱秸秆粉放入第二蒸煮罐中,所述第二蒸煮罐中注入浓度为30~35%的亚硫酸铁溶液,蒸煮20~30min;将大豆秸秆粉放入第三蒸煮罐中,所述第三蒸煮罐中注入浓度为15~20%的亚硫酸氢钠溶液,蒸煮40~45min;

11)将干燥后的饲料投入造粒机入口的同时,利用竖直设置于机筒筒壁上沿水平方向均匀排列的多个喷料管将步骤10制得的胶液以雾状的形式喷入所述造粒机内,将胶液包裹在饲料表面上;

2.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的保健砂配方重量比例为:粗河沙30~35份、石灰15~20份、砖粉末2~5份、木炭粉末3~5份、食盐4~6份和维生素2~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,将制得的饲料放置在常温下通风保存。
4.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述多菌种混合溶液包括乳酸菌、酵母菌、醋酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,分别将玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆和大豆秸秆进行粉粹,制得玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉、大豆秸秆粉,其中玉米秸秆目数为100目,高粱秸秆为200目,大豆秸秆为150目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,将蒸煮后的玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉再次分别放入浸泡池中进行浸泡,浸泡液为浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液,浸泡30min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆发酵蛋鸡饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,将玉米秸秆粉、高粱秸秆粉和大豆秸秆粉分别放入不同的浸泡池进行热水浸泡,热水温度为60℃浸泡1h。
