Abstract

本发明公开了一种育肥猪发酵饲料,所述的发酵饲料以玉米粉、豆粕、DDGS、麦麸、甜叶菊渣和大叶枸粉为原辅料,在此原辅料基础上加入试剂:尿素、硫酸铵、磷酸氢钙和硫酸镁,混合得到发酵底物,以枯草芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母、黑曲霉和乳酸菌的菌液混合成组合发酵菌种菌液,发酵底物与组合发酵菌种菌液混合均匀后,进行发酵,终止产物烘干,加入微量元素、维生素、及氨基酸酸,充分混合后制得饲料成品。本发明可以增加饲料蛋白质含量,降低粗纤维含量,提高动物对饲料的适口性和营养物质消化利用率,全面提升饲料的营养价值。

一种育肥猪发酵饲料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种育肥猪发酵饲料,属于饲料技术领域。
背景技术
我国生猪产量占世界一半。但我国饲料资源紧缺,严重制约养猪业的发展。同时,非常规饲料原料利用明显不足,通常被当作废弃物丢弃或作为肥料加以简单利用,造成资源的浪费和环境的污染。通过生物技术,特别是微生物发酵技术处理非常规饲料原料可提高营养价值,是低质饲料资源开发的安全高效方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种育肥猪发酵饲料,可以增加发酵底物真蛋白量,降低粗纤维量,提高饲料适口性和营养物质消化利用率,全面改善饲料营养价值,具有经济和环境双重效益。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
第一步:制备发酵原料:按重量百分比,以玉米粉60%、豆粕10%、DDGS6%、苜蓿粉5%、麦麸5%、甜叶菊渣5%和构树叶粉5%为原辅料,在此原辅料基础上加入试剂: 尿素2%、硫酸铵1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%和硫酸镁0.5%,混合得到发酵底物;
第二步:制备菌种:选取枯草芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母、黑曲霉和乳酸菌分别培养,扩大繁殖后枯草芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母、黑曲霉和乳酸菌的菌液浓度均≥1×1000000 个/ml,组合发酵菌种菌液由枯草芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母、黑曲霉和乳酸菌的菌液按照体积比为1:2:2:1 的比例混合而成;
第三步:发酵:组合发酵菌种菌液物与发酵底按1:1.5 的重量比均匀混合,30-35℃发酵48~72小时,终产物烘干;
第四步:饲料制备:将第三步所得原料加入重量0.25‰的维生素、0.003‰的微量元素、1.6‰的赖氨酸、0.9‰的蛋氨酸以及0.7‰苏氨酸,充分混合后制得饲料成品。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
(1)、本发明可以降低发酵底物粗纤维量,增加真蛋白量,提高饲料适口性和营养物质消化利用率,全面改善饲料营养价值,;
(2)、本发明的方法中使用了工业废料和粮食加工副产品,不仅解决了资源再利用和环境污染的问题,也降低了育肥猪饲料的成本,具有经济和环境双重效益。
(3)本发明的方法制得的饲料可以提高育肥猪的生长性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
第一步:制备发酵原料:按重量百分比,以玉米粉60%、豆粕10%、DDGS6%、苜蓿粉5%、麦麸5%、甜叶菊渣5%和构树叶粉5%为原辅料,在此原辅料基础上加入试剂: 尿素2%、硫酸铵1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%和硫酸镁0.5%,混合得到发酵底物;

使用实施例1 和实施例2 制备的饲料进行饲养试验,选用健康的20 日龄育肥猪90 只,随机分成3 组(对照组喂养普通的饲料),试验期为60 天。初始体重无显著差异,试验前对猪舍进行清洗消毒。试验期间严格控制温湿度,保证猪自由采食和饮水。试验过程中记录日采食量,并对猪进行称重。计算平均日增重,日采食量和料肉比。结果表明对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组育肥猪试验开始体重和平均采食量无显著差异。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组育肥猪试验结束的平均体重分别为88.65 kg/只和90.40 kg/只,而对照组育肥猪试验结束的平均体重为88.10 kg/只,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组育肥猪试验结束的平均体重比对照组育肥猪分别提高0.55 kg/只和2.30 kg/只。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组育肥猪平均日增重分别为725 g/只和757 g/只,而对照组育肥猪平均日增重为717 g/只,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组育肥猪平均日增重比对照组育肥猪分别提高8 g/只和40 g/只。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组育肥猪料重比分别为2.98和2.94,而对照组育肥猪料重比为2.99,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组育肥猪平均日增重比对照组育肥猪分别降低0.01和0.05。
喂养实施例1 和2 饲料的育肥猪的生长性能明显比对照组好,且料肉比有明显降低,饲料利用率较高。

1.一种育肥猪发酵饲料,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
第一步:制备发酵原料:按重量百分比,以玉米粉60%、豆粕10%、DDGS6%、苜蓿粉5%、麦麸5%、甜叶菊渣5%和构树叶粉5%为原辅料,在此原辅料基础上加入试剂: 尿素2%、硫酸铵1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%和硫酸镁0.5%,混合得到发酵底物;
第二步:制备菌种:选取枯草芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母、黑曲霉和乳酸菌分别培养,扩大繁殖后枯草芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母、黑曲霉和乳酸菌的菌液浓度均≥1×1000000 个/ml,组合发酵菌种菌液由枯草芽孢杆菌、假丝酵母、黑曲霉和乳酸菌的菌液按照体积比为1:2:2:1 的比例混合而成;
