本发明涉及一种氨基酸仔猪生命素的配制方法,其配方(按重量百分比)L‑酪氨酸0.6‑1.6%,天然维生素E 0.3‑1.3%,磷酸三钙0.7‑1.7%,布氏乳杆菌1.2‑2.2%,一氢三钠0.2‑1.2%,锯叶棕提取物0.9‑1.9%,侧孢芽孢杆菌2.7‑3.6%,二氧化硅1.9‑2.6%,积雪草提取物1.8‑2.8%,阴沟肠杆菌2.3‑3.1%,丙酸钙1.7‑2.7%,淀粉酶2‑3%,鹰嘴豆芽素A0.1‑1.1%,靛蓝0.5‑1.5%,木质素磺酸盐0.7‑1.7%,烟酸0.8‑1.8%,酵母铬0.2‑1.2%,钩藤碱1‑2%,益生菌2.6‑3.6%,氨基酸1.9‑2.7%,水75.9‑56.7%。本发明具有较好的改善猪舍环境,拉屎不臭,皮毛红润有光泽,仔猪喜吃爱睡,成活率大大提高,有效预防拉稀或仔猪下痢、大肠杆菌等疾病的发生,保肝护肾,调节机体内分泌,提高仔猪免疫力。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于仔猪养殖技术领域,具体涉及利用天然生物与动、植物提取物,氨基酸、微生物菌、维生素、矿物元素为基本原料的氨基酸仔猪生命素的配制方法。
背景技术
养殖业中使用抗生素的目的主要是治疗细菌感染性疾病、预防细菌感染性疾病的发生及作为饲料添加剂促进仔猪生长,虽然使用抗生素有可能降低养殖成本,但长期使用抗生素可诱导耐药菌的出现,尤其在仔猪中长期使用低于治疗剂量的抗生素可加速耐药细菌的出现,耐药菌一旦在养殖仔猪中出现并在仔猪间传播,将使大规模养殖仔猪成为庞大的耐药基因储藏库,如近期美国市售猪肉中分离的沙门菌和空肠弯曲菌已普遍对多种抗生素耐药,有研究显示,食品中的耐药菌可以通过直接或间接方式传递给食用猪肉的最终消费者——人类,对人类临床感染的治疗产生严重威胁,动物源性耐药细菌的耐药性向人类的转移,给人类的健康造成巨大影响,甚至威胁到人类的生命安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种富含氨基酸,能改善猪舍环境,拉屎不臭,皮毛红润有光泽,仔猪喜吃爱睡,成活率大大提高,有效预防拉稀或仔猪下痢、大肠杆菌等疾病的发生,保肝护肾,调节机体内分泌,提高仔猪免疫力的氨基酸仔猪生命素的配制方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现,该产品是以L-酪氨酸、天然维生素E、磷酸三钙、布氏乳杆菌、一氢三钠、锯叶棕提取物、侧孢芽孢杆菌、二氧化硅、积雪草提取物、阴沟肠杆菌、丙酸钙、淀粉酶、鹰嘴豆芽素A、靛蓝、木质素磺酸盐、烟酸、酵母铬、钩藤碱、益生菌、氨基酸、水有机混合,科学配伍而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
L-酪氨酸0.6-1.6% 天然维生素E 0.3-1.3% 磷酸三钙 0.7-1.7%
布氏乳杆菌1.2-2.2% 一氢三钠0.2-1.2% 锯叶棕提取物0.9-1.9%
侧孢芽孢杆菌2.7-3.6% 二氧化硅1.9-2.6% 积雪草提取物 1.8-2.8%
阴沟肠杆菌2.3-3.1% 丙酸钙1.7-2.7% 淀粉酶 2-3%
鹰嘴豆芽素A 0.1-1.1% 靛蓝0.5-1.5% 木质素磺酸盐 0.7-1.7%
烟酸 0.8-1.8% 酵母铬0.2-1.2% 钩藤碱1-2%
益生菌 2.6-3.6% 氨基酸 1.9-2.7% 水75.9-56.7%
配制工艺:
该氨基酸仔猪生命素是将上述产品按重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:采用能有效预防拉稀或仔猪下痢、大肠杆菌等疾病的发生的L-酪氨酸、天然维生素E、磷酸三钙、布氏乳杆菌、一氢三钠,拌入第一个厌氧罐百分比三分之一的水中,均质搅拌37.9-39.9小时,恒温14-20°C,厌氧发酵60.9-62.9小时,能改善猪舍环境,拉屎不臭,皮毛红润有光泽,再把锯叶棕提取物、侧孢芽孢杆菌、二氧化硅、积雪草提取物、阴沟肠杆菌、丙酸钙、淀粉酶,拌入第二个厌氧罐百分比三分之一的水中,均质搅拌27.7-29.7小时,恒温22-26°C,厌氧发酵61.2-62.2小时,使仔猪喜吃爱睡,成活率大大提高 ,再把鹰嘴豆芽素A、靛蓝、木质素磺酸盐、烟酸、酵母铬、钩藤碱、益生菌、氨基酸,拌入第三个厌氧罐百分比三分之一水中,均质搅拌31.9-33.9小时,恒温27-33°C,厌氧发酵60.3-62.3小时,能保肝护肾,调节机体内分泌,提高仔猪免疫力,然后再把三个厌氧罐中的液体混合在一个厌氧罐中,均质搅拌39.3-41.3小时,恒温21-29°C,厌氧发酵357.5-368.5小时,然后冷缺,包装。
有益效果:
能改善猪舍环境,拉屎不臭,皮毛红润有光泽,仔猪喜吃爱睡,成活率大大提高,有效预防拉稀或仔猪下痢、大肠杆菌等疾病的发生,保肝护肾,调节机体内分泌,提高仔猪免疫力。
具体实施方式:
本发明的氨基酸仔猪生命素主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,其步骤:L-酪氨酸0.6-1.6%、天然维生素E 0.3-1.3%、磷酸三钙 0.7-1.7%、布氏乳杆菌1.2-2.2%、一氢三钠0.2-1.2%、锯叶棕提取物0.9-1.9%、侧孢芽孢杆菌2.7-3.6%、二氧化硅1.9-2.6%、积雪草提取物1.8-2.8%、阴沟肠杆菌2.3-3.1%、丙酸钙1.7-2.7%、淀粉酶 2-3%、鹰嘴豆芽素A 0.1-1.1%、靛蓝0.5-1.5%、木质素磺酸盐 0.7-1.7%、烟酸 0.8-1.8%、酵母铬0.2-1.2%、钩藤碱1-2%、益生菌 2.6-3.6%、氨基酸 1.9-2.7%、水75.9-56.7%,混合制成,采用能有效预防拉稀或仔猪下痢、大肠杆菌等疾病的发生的L-酪氨酸、天然维生素E、磷酸三钙、布氏乳杆菌、一氢三钠,拌入第一个厌氧罐百分比三分之一的水中,均质搅拌37.9-39.9小时,恒温14-20°C,厌氧发酵60.9-62.9小时,能改善猪舍环境,拉屎不臭,皮毛红润有光泽,再把锯叶棕提取物、侧孢芽孢杆菌、二氧化硅、积雪草提取物、阴沟肠杆菌、丙酸钙、淀粉酶,拌入第二个厌氧罐百分比三分之一的水中,均质搅拌27.7-29.7小时,恒温22-26°C,厌氧发酵61.2-62.2小时,使仔猪喜吃爱睡,成活率大大提高 ,再把鹰嘴豆芽素A、靛蓝、木质素磺酸盐、烟酸、酵母铬、钩藤碱、益生菌、氨基酸,拌入第三个厌氧罐百分比三分之一水中,均质搅拌31.9-33.9小时,恒温27-33°C,厌氧发酵60.3-62.3小时,能保肝护肾,调节机体内分泌,提高仔猪免疫力,然后再把三个厌氧罐中的液体混合在一个厌氧罐中,均质搅拌39.3-41.3小时,恒温21-29°C,厌氧发酵357.5-368.5小时,然后冷缺,包装。

侧孢芽孢杆菌2.7-3.6% 二氧化硅1.9-2.6% 积雪草提取物 1.8-2.8%
阴沟肠杆菌2.3-3.1% 丙酸钙1.7-2.7% 淀粉酶 2-3%
鹰嘴豆芽素A 0.1-1.1% 靛蓝0.5-1.5% 木质素磺酸盐 0.7-1.7%
烟酸 0.8-1.8% 酵母铬0.2-1.2% 钩藤碱1-2%
益生菌 2.6-3.6% 氨基酸 1.9-2.7% 水75.9-56.7%。
