Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,由以下重量份数的原料制成:25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂4000~5000倍液 20~40份;50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂2000~3000倍液 15~25份;15%茚虫威悬浮剂 5~15份;印楝素A 2~4份;辣蓼提取物 4~8份。本发明所述的防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,具有低毒、安全、环保的特点,经过科学的药方配伍,其杀虫作用相互协调、相互促进,能有效地防治甘蔗绵蚜,药效高,针对性强,且不会使害虫产生抗药性,药效持效期长,整个甘蔗生长过程中只需喷施2~3次即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及甘蔗病虫害防治技术领域,具体是一种防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物。
背景技术
甘蔗,(学名:Saccharum officinarum)甘蔗属,多年生高大实心草本。甘蔗是温带和热带农作物,是制造蔗糖的原料,且可提炼乙醇作为能源替代品。甘蔗中含有丰富的糖分、水分,还含有对人体新陈代谢非常有益的各种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质、有机酸、钙、铁等物质,主要用于制糖。中国台湾、福建、广东、海南、广西、四川、云南等南方热带地区广泛种植。甘蔗最大的威胁来自于甘蔗病害。病害一经发生,即使用药剂防治,收效亦不理想,因病原入侵组织内部,致使甘蔗首先在生理上、组织上和形态上发生病理变化,然后才表现各种病症,而大多数杀菌剂无法进入甘蔗组织内部发挥作用。甘蔗受绵蚜危害后,一般减产13.7%~24.6%,严重的达50%以上,糖分降低10%~40%。因此,甘蔗病害的防治应坚持“预防为主,综合防治”的原则,旨在消除一切有利于病原生长、发育、繁殖、传播、致病等因素,用生物、物理、化学、机械的方法防治病害,使甘蔗病害受到最大限度的控制。
甘蔗绵蚜,学名:Ceratovacuna lanigera (Zehntner),又称甘蔗粉角蚜、白蚰、蜡毛虫,主要寄生于甘蔗叶面,对甘蔗的危害很大。绵蚜是甘蔗主要食叶害虫,受害蔗叶枯黄凋萎,同时排泄蜜露溅布在叶上,导致煤烟病,降低光合作用,影响甘蔗产量和糖质。主要危害是以成、若蚜群集在蔗叶背面中脉两侧吸食汁液,致叶片变黄、生长停滞、蔗株矮小,且含糖量下降,制糖时难于结晶。
目前甘蔗绵蚜的防治方法主要有以下几种:1、消灭越冬虫源:消灭有翅蚜于迁飞扩散前(11月中下旬开始大量迁飞);对越冬寄主(割手密、芦苇、杂草等)进行清除,同时对秋植蔗进行喷药,以消灭越冬虫源。 2、及早检查和消灭蔗田中新生小蚜群,6~7月间棉蚜在大田呈点状发生,尚未大量扩散时,抓紧消灭。 3、人工抹杀:用纤维织物制成扫把,抹杀蔗叶上的棉蚜,抹杀时可蘸些药液。 4、春、秋、冬植蔗和宿根蔗避免互相靠近、邻接,以减少传播条件。 5、保护天敌:蔗田中主要有十三星瓢虫、双星瓢虫、食蚜虻、草青岭等能捕食蚜虫,要加以保护。 6、药剂防治:用40%乐果1000倍液喷雾;或用40%乐果和80%敌敌畏各250克加水750升喷杀;或用1200倍50%杀虫灵(乙酰甲胺磷)喷杀。也可用40%乐果5倍液或50%磷胺10倍液涂蔗茎,将有虫株的基部第二片青叶剥去,然后用毛笔或自制棉球沾上药剂于叶痕处环涂一圈,使其内吸杀虫。
甘蔗绵蚜的防治方法,人工防治效果不佳,而药剂防治虽然杀虫效果好,但会对农作物造成一定的伤害,影响产量,并污染自然环境,化学农药毒性残留的问题也没有得到很好的解决,易造成农产品农药残留超标,影响人类健康。为了更好的保护环境,实现可持续的发展,为了防止害虫产生耐药性,生产出无农残安全健康的甘蔗,人们开始逐渐提倡使用生物杀虫剂。生物杀虫剂具有取材方便,成本低廉、控制期长,高效、经济、安全、无污染,与环境高度相容等特点。因此,开发一种高效、低毒,可防止害虫产生耐药性的生物杀虫剂具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,该组合药物具有低毒、安全、环保的特点,经过科学的药方配伍,其杀虫作用相互协调、相互促进,能有效地防治甘蔗绵蚜,药效高,针对性强,且不会使害虫产生抗药性,药效持效期长,整个甘蔗生长过程中只需喷施2~3次即可。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂4000~5000倍液 20~40份;
50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂2000~3000倍液 15~25份;
15%茚虫威悬浮剂 5~15份;
印楝素A 2~4份;
辣蓼提取物 3~5份。
所述的辣蓼提取物的制备方法为:取阴干的辣蓼粉碎至40~60目,加入辣蓼总重量5-6倍的体积分数为90~95%的乙醇溶液,浸泡提取2~3次,每次20~25h,将浸提液混合,蒸发回收乙醇,得到辣蓼提取物。
所述防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,其使用方法为:按配比分别将各原料混合均匀,现配现用,直接喷洒于甘蔗叶面,每隔15~20天喷施一次,在甘蔗生长过程中共喷施2~3次。
本发明生物杀虫剂的组方是经过试验后得到的,所用的每种原料都具备一定的杀虫作用,将具有杀虫效果的生物活性物质与中草药植物提取液相结合,组合成配方使用后杀虫效果更佳。
噻虫嗪,别称:阿克泰,化学名称 3-(2-氯-1,3-噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-1,3,5-恶二嗪-4-基叉(硝基)胺,分子式 C8H10ClN5O3S,白色结晶粉末。噻虫嗪是一种全新结构的第二代烟碱类高效低毒杀虫剂,对害虫具有胃毒、触杀及内吸活性,用于叶面喷雾及土壤灌根处理。其施药后迅速被内吸,并传导到植株各部位,对蚜虫、有良好的防效。噻虫嗪是1991年由诺华公司开发的新烟碱类杀虫剂,可选择性抑制昆虫中枢神经系统烟酸乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,进而阻断昆虫中枢神经系统的正常传导,造成害虫出现麻痹机时死亡。其不仅具有触杀、胃毒、内吸活性,而且具有更高的活性、更好的安全性、更广的杀虫谱及作用速度快、持效期长等特点,是取代那些对哺乳动物毒性高、有残留和环境问题的有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、有机氯类杀虫剂的较好品种,在推荐剂量下使用对作物安全、无药害。噻虫嗪对大鼠急性经口LD50 156 3 mg/kg,急性经皮 LD50 2000 mg/kg。是一种对人畜非常低毒安全的杀虫剂,同时对害虫天敌的毒性较小。
印楝素是由落叶乔木印楝(拉丁学名 Azadirachta Indica A.Juss)的种子或树皮中提取出来的四环三萜类化合物,分为印楝素-A,-B,-C,-D,-E,-F,-G,-I共8种,本发明所用的是印楝素A,其分子式为:C35H44O16。印楝素类化合物与昆虫体内的类固醇和甾类化合物等激素类物质非常相似,因而害虫不易区分它们是体内固有的还是外界强加的,所以它们既能够进入害虫体内干扰害虫的个生命过程,从而杀死害虫,又不易引起害虫产生抗药性。经现代研究表明,从印楝果实中提取的印楝素是目前世界公认的广谱、高效、低毒、易降解、无残留的杀虫剂。其通过破坏昆虫口器的化学感应器官产生拒食作用;通过对中肠消化酶的作用使得食物的营养转换不足,影响昆虫的生命力;还能降低昆虫的取食率和对食物的转化利用率,影响昆虫体内激素平衡,从而干扰昆虫生长发育。印楝素与脊椎动物的激素类质的结构差异很大,所以它们对人畜几乎是无害的。
茚虫威又名安打,分子式为:C22H17ClF3N3O7。茚虫威(indoxacarb)是一种高效低毒杀虫剂,通过阻断昆虫神经细胞内的钠离子通道,不可逆阻断昆虫体内的神经冲动传递,破坏神经冲动传递,导致害虫运动失调、不能进食、麻痹并最终死亡,其杀虫机理独特,与其他杀虫剂不存在交互抗性。茚虫威具有触杀和胃毒作用,对各龄期幼虫都有效,药剂通过接触和取食进入昆虫体内,0-4小时内昆虫即停止取食,随即被麻痹,昆虫的协调能力会下降(可导致幼虫从作物上落下),一般在药后24-60小时内死亡。茚虫威对哺乳动物及家畜低毒,同时对环境中的非靶生物等有益昆虫无毒害作用,在作物中残留低,休药期短。
吡蚜酮属于吡啶类或三嗪酮类杀虫剂,是全新的非杀生性杀虫剂。外观为白色或浅色粉末,别名:吡嗪酮,化学名:4,5-二氢-6-甲基-4-(3-吡啶亚甲基氨基)-1,2,4-3(2H)-酮,分子式:C10H11N5O,对光、热稳定,弱酸弱碱条件下稳定。吡蚜酮对害虫具有触杀作用,同时还有内吸活性。在植物体内既能在木质部输导也能在韧皮部输导,由于其良好的输导特性,在茎叶喷雾后新长出的枝叶也可以得到有效保护。利用电穿透图(EPG)技术进行研究表明,无论是点滴、饲喂或注射试验,只要蚜虫或飞虱一接触到吡蚜酮几乎立即产生口针阻塞效应,立刻停止取食,并最终饥饿致死,而且此过程是不可逆转的。因此,吡蚜酮具有优异的阻断昆虫传毒功能。试验表明,药剂处理3小时内,蚜虫的取食活动降低90%左右,处理后48小时,死亡率可接近100%。吡蚜酮具有优良的内吸活性,叶面试验表明,其内吸活性(LC50)是抗蚜威的2-3倍,是氯氰菊酯的140倍以上;其选择性极佳,对某些重要天敌或益虫,如棉铃虫的天敌七星瓢虫、普通草蛉、叶蝉及飞虱科的天敌蜘蛛等益虫几乎无害。
辣蓼提取物是从蓼科蓼属植物水蓼 Polygonum hydropiperL. 的全草提取得到的物质。辣蓼全草含蛋白质、有机酸、糖类、鞣质、黄酮和挥发油等。根据多种文献报道,辣蓼草的提取物对痢疾杆菌、白喉杆菌、变形杆菌、鼠伤寒杆菌、绿胀杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、腊样杆菌、八叠杆菌等多种病原性微生物均有较好的抑制作用。辣蓼在很早就被人们用做杀虫剂,其杀虫的主要有效成分为黄酮类及萜类物质,萜类物质如从辣蓼叶中提取的一种左旋的倍半萜烯类化合物蓼二醛,对昆虫有很好的拒食活性,对蚜虫、粘虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫和稻飞虱以及杂拟谷盗等多种害虫有效。另外,研究中发现,辣蓼含有的另一种二醛倍半萜类成分沃伯格醛也有明显的拒食活性。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明所述的防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,是一种低毒、安全、环保的防治甘蔗绵蚜专用的杀虫剂组合药物,能有效地防治甘蔗绵蚜,药效高,还能同时为甘蔗提供其所需的营养元素,有助于提高甘蔗的产量和品质。
2、本发明所述的防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,经过科学的药方配伍,其杀虫作用相互协调、相互促进,灭虫效果好,针对性强,不会使害虫产生抗药性,在作物中残留低,休药期短;其对哺乳动物及家畜毒性很低,同时对环境中的甘蔗绵蚜的某些重要天敌或益虫无毒害作用,如棉铃虫的天敌七星瓢虫、普通草蛉、叶蝉及飞虱科的天敌蜘蛛等。
3、本发明所述的防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,制备方法简单,现配现用,可直接喷施于甘蔗叶面, 使用方便,防治甘蔗绵蚜效果好,持效期长,整个甘蔗生长过程中只需喷施2~3次即可。

为了使本发明的技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
一种防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂5000倍液 20份;
50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂3000倍液 15份;
15%茚虫威悬浮剂 8份;
印楝素A 4份;
辣蓼提取物 5份。
所述的辣蓼提取物的制备方法为:取阴干的辣蓼粉碎至60目,加入辣蓼总重量6倍的体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液,浸泡提取3次,每次20h,将浸提液混合,蒸发回收乙醇,得到辣蓼提取物。

所述的辣蓼提取物的制备方法为:取阴干的辣蓼粉碎至60目,加入辣蓼总重量6倍的体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液,浸泡提取3次,每次20h,将浸提液混合,蒸发回收乙醇,得到辣蓼提取物。

50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂2800倍液 25份;
15%茚虫威悬浮剂 10份;
印楝素A 4份;
辣蓼提取物 3份。
所述的辣蓼提取物的制备方法为:取阴干的辣蓼粉碎至50目,加入辣蓼总重量5倍的体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液,浸泡提取3次,每次22h,将浸提液混合,蒸发回收乙醇,得到辣蓼提取物。
所述防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,其使用方法为:按配比分别将各原料混合均匀,现配现用,直接喷洒于甘蔗叶面,每隔20天喷施一次,在甘蔗生长过程中共喷施3次。
应用实施例
试验地点:广西壮族自治区南宁市宾阳县宾州镇
喷施时间:2017年6~8月
试验面积:8亩甘蔗地
试验方法:将实施例1~4中的防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物分别应用于4亩甘蔗地,并设置了4个对比例分别应用于4亩甘蔗地,每块甘蔗地的绵蚜病虫害程度基本相同,且相互之间虫害无传染。
对比例1单独喷施25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂5000倍液,对比例2单独喷施50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂3000倍液,对比例3单独喷施15%茚虫威悬浮剂,对比例4喷施印楝素A与辣蓼提取物按照重量比1:1配置成3000倍液进行喷施。对比例1~4与实施例1~4中每亩喷施的药剂量相同。

由上表可以看出,本发明所述的防治甘蔗绵蚜虫的方法组合药物,具有明显的提高,因此,使用本发明的技术防治甘蔗绵蚜虫具有较好的应用价值和推广价值。

1.一种防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂4000~5000倍液 20~40份;
50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂2000~3000倍液 15~25份;
15%茚虫威悬浮剂 5~15份;
印楝素A 2~4份;
辣蓼提取物 3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,其特征在于:所述的辣蓼提取物的制备方法为:取阴干的辣蓼粉碎至40~60目,加入辣蓼总重量5-6倍的体积分数为90~95%的乙醇溶液,浸泡提取2~3次,每次20~25h,将浸提液混合,蒸发回收乙醇,得到辣蓼提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述防治甘蔗绵蚜的组合药物,其特征在于:其使用方法为:按配比分别将各原料混合均匀,现配现用,直接喷洒于甘蔗叶面,每隔15~20天喷施一次,在甘蔗生长过程中共喷施2~3次。
